No refund will be provided if high tide prevents certain parts of the tour, but adjustments to the route will be made for client safety and comfort
If access is restricted due to private events inside St. Mark's Basilica and/or Doge's Palace, the tour operator cannot be held responsible. This is a situation beyond control. No refund can be issued
This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
All guests must supply their full name that matches a valid ID at the time of the booking. Should you fail to provide these, your reservation will be cancelled. Name changes are not permitted
Please note that a photo ID is required to visit the St. Marks Basilica. Failure to bring an ID can result in the security staff refusing your entrance to the monument

Seeing this after dark was incredible, the 'light show' really showed the beauty of the golden ceilings & artworks. The guide was very informative and the detail of the tour was very good. Think this is the best way to view St. Mark's Basilica. Can't really fault anything.

Bei der Buchung war ich skeptisch ob sich der recht teure Besuch der Basilika nach den Öffnungszeiten lohnt. Nach dem Besuch muss ich zugeben - JA, unbedingt. Der Führer war wunderbar und der Erlebnis wenn in der Basilika das Licht angeht und man die Mosaike ganz in Ruhe betrachten kann - wahnsinn!

We thoroughly enjoyed this unique experience. Rather than visiting with hundreds, if not a thousand other people (which I’ve done in the past) our small group of 20 got a knowledgeable guided tour and beautiful views / photos with some unique experiences they can only put on at night. Do this!
