Seize the chance to explore the Alcantara Valley, nestled around Mount Etna - Europe's tallest active volcano. Discover the local culture and history of a town perched on the volcano's slopes.Your journey begins with a coach ride towards the striking Alcantara Gorges for a brief stop (entrance fee not included). Next, you'll venture to Randazzo, where you can admire the historical centre and its main Cathedral, all constructed from lava stone. If it tickles your fancy, there's also an opportunity to browse the typical Sunday market. Following this, indulge in a wine tasting session at a well-known winery, complemented by traditional local delicacies. You'll return in the early afternoon.
