What to expect
Get the VIP treatment at Mexico's paradise playground, Isla Mujeres. Sail across the Caribbean for a day out at Garrafon Natural Reef Park. Kayaking, snorkelling, and high-flying ziplines are just a few of the experiences on offer. What's more, you've also got access to an exclusive beach club where you can hang out in a hammock, hit the buffet or enjoy the open bar.

What to remember
Port tax of USD 15.00 per person is not included and needs to be paid on the day at check-in
Photos, souvenirs, snack bar, coffee shop and pier fee are not included
Adults are considered from 13 years old, children are considered from 6 years old, and children up to 5 years old are considered infants - infant access is included for each paying adult
For safety reasons, snorkelling is only for ages 10 to 60 years old, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Snorkelling is not recommended for people with a history of heart problems, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, or any other significant medical condition
Guests who are more than five months pregnant will not be able to participate in water activities or zip-lining
All guests from 6 years of age need to pay the dock usage fee
To participate in the zip-lining activity, the maximum allowed weight is 130 kg and minimum height is 1.10 m
Senior or disabled guests will need to speak with the recreational supervision area to check if indivioduals are safe to participate
The minimum height to participate in kayaking is 1.30m and children must be accompanied by an adult
All activities are subject to weather and operational conditions of the day, as well as safety personnel evaluation
The use of life jackets is mandatory in water activities
Registration to participate in the temazcal ceremony must be done in advance at the information desk, there's a maximum of 20 participants per session and this one is for adults only
Policies may be modified without prior notice when safety circumstances require it
Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time
Bring bathing gear and sunblock
Bring biodegradable insect repellent
Bring a towel
Bring money for extras or gratuities
