Reflect on the events of September 11, 2001, when visiting the moving 9/11 Memorial and Museum. Then sail around the Statue of Liberty on a sightseeing cruise that also cruises under the Brooklyn Bridge and past Ellis Island. Take in incredible views of the iconic New York skyline. Receive a timed ticket to the 9/11 Museum, which displays over 10,000 artefacts linked to the events of 9/11. The Museum has special exhibits, rotating galleries and 3 permanent exhibition sections which are:
- The Historical exhibition covering the Day of 9/11, Before 9/11 and After 9/11
- The Memorial exhibition commemorating the lives of those who perished on September 11, 2001
- The massive Foundation Hall housing the last column and the slurry Wall
Also visit the National September 9/11 Memorial located next door, featuring twin reflecting pools located where the Twin Towers once stood. Afterwards, enjoy views of famous landmarks of the Manhattan skyline during a 1-hour scenic sightseeing cruise from Pier 36. Know in advance:
This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly
Your cruise will be scheduled on the same day as your Museum visit, usually around 3-4 hours after your Museum entry time to give you time to grab some food and make your way to the boat
Please note that the cruise does not land at either Liberty Island or Ellis Island
If you choose the option with One World Observatory, it is open daily 9am-9pm – but check opening hours for the day you plan to visit. One World Observatory tickets are anytime tickets and can be used any day, up to 7 days after the scheduled tour date. You will need to pass through airport-style security to enter the Observatory. During high season, the wait at security can be up to 20 minutes

Go directly to the “Ticket Holder” line at the 9/11 Museum where you will need to show the timed entry ticket that was emailed to you by the local tour operator. The Cruise departs from Pier 36, 299 South St, New York, NY 10002, USA. Once you arrive at Pier 36, do not try to enter the Pier 36 building. The boat is docked behind the building and can be accessed from walking round either side of the building. Proceed to slip 4, the dock for the “Majestic Princess”, where you will find the check-in line. For One World Observatory, go to 117 West St., New York 10006 any time during operating hours in the next 7 days. Enter from West Street, descend the escalator and proceed to security where you will need to show the separate entry ticket that was emailed to you by the local tour operator.
