As travelling with a disabled sister. We couldn't do walk at the ghost village and had to wait in the carpark for others to return then hang around for another half hour while they had drinks or looked at shops. Would have preferred a shorter trip just to the cable car.

Loved both parts of the trip and were given lots of interesting facts by Baris, our guide about the ghost town. Some guests were vulnerable as the town had (obviously)rocky and uneven paths and steps that they had not fully anticipated. The time given for a little shop and coffee time was great. with authentic crafts on offer to buy. The cable car was amazing. Fab views but could only go up partially on the day. The guide was wonderful and the driver super too. Felt really looked after.

Leider wurde der Ausflug nach der Geisterstadt abgebrochen wegen Unwetter und somit sind wir nicht mehr zum Babadag Seilbahn gefahren. Allerdings wurde nur 20% des Preises rückerstattet.

Visiting both the ghost town and cable car was amazing, we would definitely do it again and recommend it to others. We was collected from our hotel by coach workout guide, we drove to another hotel to collect other guests. When we arrived the coach tried to drive into the hotel and got stuck on the wall outside. He had to reverse the coach and as he did he hit a packed car behind him causing damage to the car, the guests were collected and we drove off. He did not stop to see what damage done

Ghost town was great as was cable car. Chairlift was closed for no apparent reason which was disappointing. Guide was lovely but the pick up / drop off of other guests was an omnishambles with the poor driver carrying out U-turns in the coach (which took a crunch) and us spending more time on the coach than was necessary.

We loved our day out with Rose and Jim the driver. Rose was very informative and helpful. The views on the way up the mountain were amazing. And watching the Paragliders taking off was fantastic and sometimes funny. A great day all round.

I thought we would have been able to walk around the ghost town more. It was interesting to learn the history but I felt it would have been more interesting if we could have walked further around the site. I particularly enjoyed the cable car experience it was just a shame the chair lift was out of action to take us up to 1900 m. This was not the fault of our TUI rep Rosie who was fantastic throughout the experience

Cable cars were brilliant however the ghost town was not so good. I am basing it on other ghost town tours we have done, it was not as rich in history as others I have done and the tour guide was hard to understand and to be honest didn’t keep me interested all that said he was very nice and always answers our questions

I liked the views, price of food at the top of the cable cars was expensive. Ghost town was nice to see. Very hot and great wee bar/cafe at the end. Would have liked to buy the leather items at the end as I didn’t take money as wasn’t made away there would be an opportunity to buy things.

Also bei der Buchung Strand dass wir Babadag am Abend besuchen. Das war nicht der Fall. Es war sehr enttäuschend,dass wir den Sonnenuntergang nicjt sehen konnten. Bei der Buchung stand es leider nicht so. Von der Reiseführerin haben wir die Info dann bekommen,dass das seit 4-5 Jahren nicht mehr gemacht wird. Was noch rin Minuspunkt ist,dass wir in Babadag nur 1 Std Zeit hatten um was zu machen,da die Fahrt hin und zurück knapp 30 Minuten dauert. Hier sollte mehr Zeit für Besichtigungen sein

Mount Babadag Cable Car experience was good, Kayakoy Ghost Town Tour was ok, but more emphasis should be placed on uneven paths around the Ghost Town. Barish was a nice fellow, but sometimes found it difficult to understand him.

Loved the views, cable cars and chair lifts at Baghdad but it would be nice to have a bit more time at the top as 1hour goes so fast. First time we did it we got to see the sun going down which was lovely. Maybe an evening trip as well as a day trip would be nice. The ghost town is so peaceful and full of history. We have done this trip 3 times already and still enjoy it each time

The tour overall was amazing. My first cable car experience. So would it have been helpful to get information and guidance beforehand. We were picked up from our hotel just as lunch started so we took packed lunches only to be told we had to leave them on the coach! We had just enough cash to get one portion of chips between us. I recommend facing your fears of heights and do the cable car and the ski seats. The views from the top are stunning. Ghost town story very interesting.

Po pierwsze to rezydent Tui powinien przekazać,że nie jest to wycieczka dla osób z małymi dziećmi (zapytana powiedziała, że każdy zna swoje dziecko). Droga w opuszczonym mieście jest bardzo wyboista, pełno kamieni, dużo śmieci. Rezydentka nie wspomniała również, że jest to wycieczka tylko po angielsku a były z Nami osoby nie znające języka. Ogółem samo Babadag Cable Car warto zobaczyć. Uczulam na górze jest bardzo zimno. Kayakov również,ale bez dzieci

At this time of year (May) do not expect to go all the way to the top of the mountain as it is closed due to the weather at the top you only go up to 1200 metres. The restaurant is fair priced for food and drinks. The abandoned city was very informative. The 2 excursions in one is a great idea and me personally felt that you wanted more time at the 2 stop location to experience and explore better! All in all a good half day out!

Coach arrived exactly on the time stated to pick us up from our hotel. Our guide Mel was very good (as was the driver) she was very informative and clear with instructions about timings etc. the cable car was good with great views over olu deniz . The ghost village was very good, we were glad to have worn good shoes, as it would be impossible to do in flip flops. We were fortunate to see a large wild tortoise walking around one of the houses. 😁

Extremely good value for money. We worked out that it was less than 10€ each per hour! Rosie, our guide, and the drivers, were friendly and helpful. The cable car ride was superb. At the beginning the staff told Rosie the top part was closed us to the weather, but when we got there it was, so we were able to go up. It was the last day, however, so not surprising! The “ghost town” was fascinating and Rosie was very knowledgeable.

The cable car ride was spectacular and the views were amazing. The facilities at the top were very good, toilets, burger bar etc. The chair lift was also safe and enjoyable.The tour of the Ghost town was very interesting and the guide was informative.We would certainly recommend this trip.

Der Babadag hat sich gelohnt. Der Guide hat jedoch, außer die Tickets zu holen, nicht dazu beigetragen! Die Geisterstadt ist sicher für einige Menschen interessant, wir fanden es langweilig. Danach mussten wir noch 1,5 Stunden Pause machen in einem Lokal, wo nichts los war und wir nur rumgesessen haben. Vermutlich gab es hier einen Deal zwischen Guide und Wirt. Das war war absolut unnötig und Zeitverschwendung. Den Ausflug kann auch alleine machen,

Wird als 2 bis 4 Stunden Tour angeboten, waren aber 7 Stunden, davon 2 Stunden alleine die Transferzeit. Über Berg Babadag wird nur erzählt, dass die Schweizer die Seilbahn gebaut haben. In Kayaköy musste man 45 min am Ende in einen Restaurant sitzen und konnte zu erhöhten Preisen was Trinken. Außerhalb gab es günstiger Trinken. Man hätte sich aber den Schluss sparen können und gleich wieder zurück fahren können. Geschichtlich war es dennoch interessant.

Lovely afternoon with knowledgable guides. We had two guides - one for English speaking guests and one for Polish families. Both were cheerful and helpful. Views from the top of the cable car were amazing and was very relaxing watching the scores of paragliders taking off whilst enjoying a drink in the cafe. Kayakoy Ghost town was random in a good way. Having the story of how it became the way it is today was very interesting.

The tour bus was over an hour late; our rep did keep us informed and offered a taxi alternative but by this time the trip would have been shortened, our 5 year old had lost patience. Turns out traffic is a well known issue for this trip, wish our rep informed us of this, instead of finding out from a hotel staff member!!

Guide put us off taking the chair lift to the top. Kept saying he wouldn't wait for us if it broke down. Surely this should have been mentioned when booking, then we could have made alternative arrangements and not do this trip. The ghost town part was very good. BUT surely a 45 minute break before returning back was excessive.

Als ik ter plaats contant moet betalen, dan verwacht ik dat bij annulering Tui ook ter plaats ontant betaalt terug en niet 2 weken later via bank! We hadden dat geld ook aan iets anders kunnen besteden! We zullen geen tui excursies aanbevelen aan anderen. Grote teleurstelling was dit ook omdat de annulering pas 1 uur van te vooren was verteld. We zullen kennissen aanraden niet van te vooren aan jullie betalen. Pas als ze op de boot zitten.

The cable car experience was first glass, however before you can get on the cable car you have to go through a security area with scanner and metal detection, not for security reasons other than to makesure you are not carrying any food, so you have to buy the food when you get to the top, which is ridiculous. The ghost town was ok very hard to walk on the cobbles.

Coach driver arrived 40 mins late , drove too fast . Cable car was excellent . Ghost town was interesting , but place for drinks was too long , full of flies , dirty , small penned animals in pens too small , large peacock penned up in small cage , rabbits in run far too small , 2 chained up camels for photos on entrance …. Horrible in this day and age .

Nice things to see but the free time on the top is too long for a place having only a coffee shop. It’s kind of a waste of time. The whole tour must be no longer than 3 hours even at the same cost. Won’t waste the tourists holiday time. Overall it’s a nice attraction, spectacular view from the cable car and the coffee shop. I would recommend it !!! Thanks

The ghost town was a fantastic experience I would do it again and spend a little longer there exploring.The cable car ride was enjoyable but we couldn’t go all the way to the top due to the time of year

This excursion was not very interesting at all. The cable car ride was good and the views amazing but once we up there, then we just had to sit and wait for 1.5 hours with the o Lu option to go to the restaurant. The guide have no interesting facts (eg when was it built, why…). Then the guide took us to Kayakoy and spoke to us for 10 minutes with very general information about the Turkish and Greeks. Then walked around the site for 5 minutes, then gave us 1.5 hours to go to the restaurant again.

£275 for a family of 5. 15 min ride up cable car and 15 min back. 1hr45 min at restaurant( only thing to do after taking pics was buy lunch £100). 30 mins guide tour of ghost town ( then another 45 min stop at cafe £20 for drinks) spent more time in restaurants/ cafes than on the actual trip. Felt like we were brought to these locations just to spend money in local eateries rather than see the sights. Very disappointed

Would’ve been nice to have down the ghost town first and then go up mount babadag as could’ve seen the sunset, but all the same it was a very enjoyable day out

Absolutely loved it! It was one of the best experiences of my entire life. The views from the top of the mountain were absolutely phenomenal and i took some gorgeous pictures qnd made memories to cherish forever. Food and drink up there was fairly priced, at least from what we saw. Loved it to bits!

We were picked up 25mins late. When we arrived to the cable cars she said to leave at highest point 3:20pm. We left 3:25pm and the cable cars stopped in the air. When we got to the bottom the guide had left us there and we didn’t see the next part of the trip so we had to get a taxi back she also left another family there which was poor. She should allow for the cable cars stopping that was out of our control. Appalled if I knew that I wouldn’t have rushed back to the bottom
