A Albânia fica a apenas uma curta viagem de barco de Corfu. Excellente opportunité de découvrir un coin de l' Albanie sur une journée. Trajet en bateau relativement court. Très bon guide sur place et visite d' un site antique (Butrint) niché dans un magnifique cadre de verdure (parc national). Vue également depuis le sommet d' une colline sur la ville de Saranda et environs. Il faut compter environ 12 heures depuis le départ de l' hôtel jusqu' au retour à l' hôtel.

I wish to complain about the Corfu transport arrangements for my Albania day trip from Sidari. The Albania excursion itself was excellent, but the return journey was unacceptable. The initial pick-up was 20 minutes late, while the return journey took approximately two hours instead of around 50 minutes. The driver also failed to drop us at our hotel, leaving us a 20-minute walk after a 14-hour day. Hotel pick-up/drop-off was included, so I request an explanation and appropriate compensation.

The initial arrival at the port was stressful as there was no guidance as to where to go or where to find the coach on the other side of the ferry. We followed others who also didn’t know where they were going but thankfully there were another group from a tour who had been given adequate information. The port tax is 20€ each and they prefer cash. It would have been good to know this ahead of tind also as this ate into our spends. The guide in Albania was fantastic as was the driver.

Great day out , collected from hotel and taken to the port and onto ferry, The passport and immigration was quick and easy. Ferry very basic re food and drink so take your own ! Met by a wonderful guide the other side . The only downside is that they took us to the most expensive restaurant / hotel in Saranda for coffee and breakfast! The view was great and decent This was also the lunch venue, and the lunch was very poor buffet, only disappointing part of the trip , rest fab

The only issue we had was that three buses turned up at the slotted times lot- all going to Albania and we were worried we’d got on the wrong bus. The ferry was fun, lots to see, the snapshot of Albania was amazing as we got to see the castle, ruins and town itself. It makes me want to properly visit Albania for a full holiday. 100% would go again!

The coach in Corfu was very old. The air con didn’t work and there was a broken seat which made the transfers very uncomfortable. The ferry crossing was good and also the coach in Albania. The guide was excellent. Itinerary was good. The hotel was fabulous for toilets, drinks and lunch with great staff. TUI should make it clear the trip is organised by Finnikus as people were getting lost. The German guide spoke so loudly that for those of us at the back of the coach he drowned out the English.

The Guide was excellent. She was knowledgeable and kept us informed and was very engaging. The included buffet lunch at the Restaurant was very good. We were given ferry tickets going and coming back, in other people’s names which I didn’t think was good from a safety point of view. We enjoyed the trip but Albania has a long way to go before I would consider it for a holiday as the prices were expensive and there were piles of rubbish every where even at the UNESCO sight.

Excursion trop chère car trop de temps passer en bus et ferry l arrêt du matin à l hôtel est une perte de temps et insiste à consommer visite château et site archéologique trop long repas trop court faut payer les boissons puis à Sarandë avons eu que 45 mns pour se balader il fallait être au point de Rv à 15 h30 pour ferry 16 h donc pas assez de temps très déçu du transport de l hôtel à Corfou car bus vieux et pas de Clim aller comme retour journée à 240€ et 60€ de taxe albanaise trop chere

Interesting trip. Guide was excellent. Would have liked more time in Saranda at the end. Not as happy having to wait for the Paxos ferry before being transported back to hotel. Extended the day unnecessarily by about 30/40 minutes. Hotel transfer should be separate for paxos and Albania not together on return transfer.

The day didn’t start off too well , we were told to meet at top of a steep hill at entrance of hotel then when coach arrived went down to reception to collect other guests! Didn’t make sense, the driver was a grumpy old man who didn’t seem to know where he was going and kept turning around, at one point he had forgotten some passengers and had to turn again and go back and get them, I think a TUI guide is needed from start to finish of your! The trip once on the Ferry was amazing,guide was great

Trop de temps passé dans les transports (bus jusqu’à Corfou, bateau, bus en Albanie où on met 45 minutes pour faire 10km à cause des embouteillages) et pour passer la douane (au moins 30-40 minutes à chaque fois). Total=environ 8h de transport/trajet en tout pour 4h hors trajet sur place. Butrint pas mal, mais Sarenda aucun intérêt : station balnéaire où il n’y a rien à voir à part la plage et les boutiques de souvenirs.

The guide was so knowledgable and informative ( linda) & the driver ( george) was also very polite and good. The lunch proded at the mediterane hotel was kovely too.....maybe a little bit longer at the castle on the hill. But overall a good trip.....although getting through passport control once back in corfu took nearly as long as the return bost trip in the heat was difficult especially with a child. Would still reccomend the trip

La prise en charge c'est bien passé, au port dommage que l'hôtesse ne parle pas français, Arrivée en Albanie nous avons été reçu par le guide parlant Français, toutes les explications des excursions étaient claires Par contre le choix du restaurant est pas terrible très peu de choix

We had just finished our traditional lunch that was included in the cost, then given free time at the waterfront. There was not much to do there. The trip was really interesting. The tour guide was very informative and friendly. A guided tour through the town would have been better than free time.

Albania itself was great, nice scenery, interesting history, the guided walk around the ruins was very interesting. The downside was the amount of travelling and the lack of time at the ruins and the restaurant. Getting back to Corfu we had to wait nearly an hour to come back through passport control, I would recommend seeing Albania but more time should be allowed for the ruins. Must mention the guide who’s name I have unfortunately forgotten, she was very good.

Wir hatten in deutscher Sprache gebucht und waren in englisch sprechender Gruppe, ein Tausch zu einer deutschen Gruppe wurde abgelehnt, das Essen war minderwertig und lieblos, Fahrt wegen starkem Verkehr nur Schritttempo, Einreise und Ausreise in Schlange stehen, die Ruinenstätte sicher interessant, wenn man es versteht, aber dafür 80,-€ viel zu teuer, der große Aufwand für das bißchen Kultur ..., Ausflug schön beschrieben um Touristen das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen

Good to see a few bits of Albania and tick off a new country. From pick up to drop off at hotel was 12 hours so a long day. Lunch meal was good and logistics were well organised. Took a long time to get to the UNESCO site as the traffic was so busy but an interesting day overall.

Mon fils étant malade, nous n’avons pas pu participer à l’excursion. Malgré notre demande, le prestataire a refusé tout report à la journée suivante d'excursion. La seule option était de fournir un certificat médical, une démarche coûteuse et contraignante, sans garantie d’acceptation. Résultat : excursion payée, mais aucune prestation réalisée. Cette rigidité commerciale est, selon moi, inacceptable et ne renvoie pas l’image de service et de satisfaction client que l’on attend de TUI et Lookéa.

Cette excursion n’a aucun intérêt - Bcp de car pour des minis trajets - un site archéologique sympa mais en plein soleil … revoir les horaires de visite - au début on monte voir une ruine …. C’est super haut et on s’aperçoit qu’à l’intérieur il y a une pizzeria et une boutique ! Cela ne sert à rien ! On a 15 min ! Le dej ça passe ! Et la l’aprem temps libre dans une ville balnéaire qui n’est ni jolie ni sympathique - je pense qu il faudrait trouver un lieu plus typique pour l’aprem

La découverte de deux sites albanais c'était top. En revanche trop de trajet et d'attente. Un guide trop mou, pas assez dynamique surtout pour l'âge du groupe. On a plus suivi un cours d'histoire comme a l'école. Il aurait fallu quelques anecdotes, des expériences personnelles...

The guide was very informative and was conscious of the heat and the need for hydration. The only down side was the time it took for passport control going and coming back but not sure what you can do about that. However, a lot of people will be put off by the long waiting time in a queue.

We were sold an 8 hour trip - when in actual we were out of the hotel for 13 hours. The bus driver was constantly holding his phone, scrolling through to get to the next pick up point, then at a set of traffic lights he was given a magazine through the window. He spread this in the steering wheel and continued to drive us to the port. Long delays at the port. Over an hour late to Albania then the whole day was rush, rush, rush. Only 10 minutes at the first stop! Overall not an enjoyable day!!

Pour faire bref Trop de temps en bus et en bateau Même pas d’arrêt pipi le premier à 11h30 depuis six heures le matin Même pas d’arrêt pour s’acheter une bouteille d’eau ni au vieux château ni au vestige 1h30 pour faire 18 km. J’étais avec une petite de six ans, ça a été très compliqué On nous promene sur un point culminant et au vestiges en plein soleil sans nous proposer la moindre petite bouteille d’eau même à acheter 1h de libre pour dépenser de l’argent dans des souvenirs hors de prix! Bref

We werden vantevoren ingelicht om flesjes water mee te brengen. Vanwege de extra hitte (35 graden) die dag waren deze flesjes water al snel genoeg op. We hadden wel wat eten bij maar niet voldoende. Om 6u stonden we aan de main road en om 6:45 werden we opgehaald. De lunch was pas rond 13:30 waardoor (corfu tijd 14:30) dit was een te lange tijd waar we zelf vantevoren geen extra drinken of eten konden halen. Eigenlijk was het niet verantwoord met de extreme hitte van die dag.

Die Ruinen in Butrint und der örtliche Guide waren super. Ebenfalls die Stadt Saranda. Man muss jedoch wissen, dass man sehr viel Zeit mit Warten verbringen muss. Der Check-In auf die Fähre sowie die Passkontrolle in Korfu sind schon etwas speziell. Hinzu kommt, dass der TUI-Bus uns morgens 20 Minuten zu spät abgeholt hat, der Busfahrer uns dann noch angeschnauzt hat, weil wir ihm nicht schnell genug waren und der Bus generell seine besten Jahre hinter sich hatte. #zu warm #zu eng

Veel over de geschiedenis van het land werdt verteld. Jammer was wel de douane controles die veel tijd in beslag namen waardoor er minder vrije tijd op de boulevard in Albanie was. Ook erg warm in de maanden juli en augustus wat de confort deed afnemen.

Bus zeker 20 minuten te laat,lange rij bij de haven en dan nog 20 € p.p. havenbelasting. In Albanië is het een chaos om de stad uit te komen zo druk en de lunch was pas om 14 uur terwijl we geen ontbijt hebben gehad vanwege de vroege vertrek.

Es war ein sehr schöne Tour. Der Guide war echt super, er hatte viele Infos und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Hotel war war sehr gut. Rundum ein gelungener Ausflug.

ik vond het te duur voor wat het was. Aan de gids heeft het zeker niet gelegen want zij vertelde heel veel maar ik vond het niet echt de moeite . Het uitzicht waar we heel kort stopten was wel heel mooi maar te weinig tijd. Het hoort een lange dagtrip te zijn maar dat is het niet echt. Om 16 uur zaten we al terug op de boot naar Corfu.

Felt like a school trip was herded about the trip to Butrint took the majority of time and too much detail was given to each bit. A relaxed approach would have been nicer maybe even with a printed map or guide to explore with more independence. Was told we would be back at hotel for around 7 and booked a table at entertainment for 21:45 had to get a private taxi at port as everything was disorganised at a close of 70 euros. Not enough time to explore Sarande. All info is was repeated 5 times 😞

Unser Guide Marce Salijev war super, er hat sehr ausführlich Informiert und hat sehr auf unser Wohlergehen und unsere Sicherheit geachtet. Der Ausflug hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Butrint ist sehr sehenswert! Leider war die Zeit zum Verweilen knapp bemessen.

Parc national de Butrint , historiques, archéologiques et naturels, patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO était très intéressant et riche, mais nous avons perdu toute une journée, les frontières ( aller-retour) , contrôles des passeports, qui duraient plus de 1 heure chaque fois, les embouteillages dans la ville de Saranda, avec énormément des touristes… c’etait fatiguant , long et surtout trop cher , de se lever 5 h du matin, retourner 9h le soir mais voir le pays seulement 2-3h.

Bus non climatisé, (1h30 de bus avec du ramassage d’autres clients dans d’autres clubs) Le bateau pour l’Albanie, aucunes places assises dans celui ci ! Arrivé en Albanie, de nouveau 45 min de bus pour arriver aux site des vestiges. Visite sous 40 degrés de ceux ci , et toujours sans avoir déjeuner ! Déjeuner hôtel 4* , pour y manger de la salade , des crudités basiques, des boulettes de viandes, dessert extraordinaire « une pomme ».100 eur/ pers , une honte absolue !

Fantastic day trip to a country I probably wouldn't have visited otherwise. The guiding was quite intense - it did feel like a school trip at times due to the volume of information being passed to us (we were on a coach with an English speaking guide and a French speaking guide so the commentary was constant).

Our guide and our visit to the unesco site were very good. The afternoon free time in the port town was pointless as its siesta time and many shops close. The transfer from corfu was ridiculous, the driver got everyone off for the wrong trip, then fell asleep with the coach closed.

Es war alles sehr gut organisiert. Allerdings war das Programm sehr gestrafft. Durch Butrint mussten wir fast rennen. Der Guide war zwar sehr sympathisch, stand aber unter enormen Zeitdruck. Sehr mühsam war es dann am Schluss nach Ankunft im Korfu: wir warteten nach der ewig dauernden Passkontrolle noch ein gute halbe Stunde im Bus, scheinbar grundlos (es waren alle Passagiere da). Ein zweites Mal würden wir den Ausflug nicht mehr machen, da zu stressig.

Bonjour, Organisation a revoir : 1h40 de visite (matin) en tout et pour tout sachant que nous etions partis a 6h40 et rentree avec 1h de ********** à 20h40. Trop,Trop d’attente. Aucune visite l’am (lâché a Saranda avec comme consigne : acheter a ce magasin, manger a celui là, de tout façon l’activite reprend a 17h en Albanie : chaleur). Alors pourquoi organiser une excursion d’une journee a ce coût : touristes ?

La visite en Albanie mêmesi elle se fait au pas de course pour découvrir les 3 endroits prévus dans la journée est intéressante. En revanche l'organisation pour le transport est une grosse galère. L'heure du retour repoussée sans explication,1 heure et demi d'attente sous le soleil. Arrivée à Corfou départ du bus qui ramène 6 personnes à leur hotel, encore presque 1 heure de perdue, 25 autres personnes attendent dans le bus. Retour à l'hotel avec 1h30 de **********.

Aucune information sur les différents temps de transport : 2h de bus + 2h de bateau + déplacements en bus en Albanie. Manque cruel d’accompagnement sur place : aucune information dans le bus corfiote, des vacanciers se sont même égarés pour passer la douane. Guide en Albanie désagréable. Repas du déjeuner insipide qu’il a fallu avaler en très peu de temps. Visite en ville très courte et sans aucun conseil ! Aucune information sur les implications d’un voyage hors UE (forfaits mobiles, monnaie)

A good introduction to Albania with a day’s tour. Our English guide was excellent together with 2 others who spoke French & German. Only complaint I have is the buffet lunch which was very plain with mostly cooked vegetables, dried up meatballs and tough pork slices. Migration process was very smooth and staff were most helpful with directions.

The trip is fine if you’re just keen to see Albania. However, if booking this as a fun day out, that’s not what you get. Booked the trip for support with the port / passport control in particular but didn’t receive any help, was very overwhelming trying to get through passport control! And the whole day was rushed - only got 45 mins in Sarandë. Nobody could help us find the right bus to our hotel on the way home. No TUI reps. Apparently tour company had a different name but nobody disclosed this

Was very rushed. The guide kept running off in front with no concern for those who couldn’t keep up with her, the microphone on the bus didn’t work half the time so couldn’t hear what was being said. Lunch was hardly a buffet. The 3pm ferry was missed or late so we got the 5pm ferry with everyone else who was trying to get on it and we were fighting to get on to return. I would not do this trip again. 15 minutes at a castle. Lunch turned into 40 minutes and free time 45 minutes

Et mauvais renseignements fournis par une déléguée marmara à l'hôtel : aucun guide avec un panneau " Tui" ne nous attendait à la sortie du bateau..il a fallu se débrouiller en anglais pour trouver le bon bus, perte de temps. Bus pick up sent us to a hotel 15 mins away then the bus takes off on time good job the next pick point was out side of our hotel ???got to the port all good guide get on the bus hands us boarding pass for the ferry and says more information will be give on the ferry. Which never happened, we got off the boat no guide to be found .Myself and wife and another couple from the bus went true passport control and still nothing. Persönlich gebucht Butrint bei Tourguide („B. 2 Std Zeit“). Individuelle Erkundung von B. mit späterem Treffpunkt vom Guide auf Anfrage NICHT erlaubt. Butrint 75 Minuten (Weltkulturerbe!!!). Zeit für S-Promenade 75 Minuten, hier Treffpunkt Pflicht! und trotz Einwand räumlich so ungeschickt, dass man sie einmal hin und zurück und dann noch einmal als Gruppe gehen musste. Zeitaufwand von gesichtsloser, neuer Strandpromenade und Weltkulturerbe für mich (ehem Tourguide) im DEUTLICHEM Missverhältnis.

Rien à dire sur l'organisation qui est bien. Mais cette excursion ne vaut pas la peine d'être faite sauf si vous voulez ajouter un pays visité sur vos profils. 01h20 de car le matin pour aller au port, 40mn de ferry, 45mn de bus pour aller sur les 2 sites aller, 45 mn pour en revenir et déjeuner, à nouveau 40 mn de ferry puis à nouveau 01h20 de car pour renter au resort. La ville de Saranda est inintéressante et y rester 01h00 le soir avant de partir ne sert à rien. Butrint au top mais trop loin

The guide was very knowledgeable but we felt the trip was very rushed to fit everything in. It was a very long day, advertised as 8 hours but in actual fact it was round about 13 hours which is a very tiring trip. Also the trip cost quite a lot but then had to pay port tax of €20 each which was a total rip off. It was far too rushed being herded from bus to ferry to bus and then back on the ferry and bus back to hotel

The guide was a bit rude, tried to be funny but was just irritating. Seeing the ruins was good, but then rushed at the end unable to view the craft stalls. Lunch was rushed and not good value. We had to leave before everyone had finished. We had a 10 mins walk towards the port where we spent 45 mins with little to do, then 10 mins walk to the port. we had to wait over 1 hour on the coach for the next Ferry passenger's to arrive before the hours trip back to the hotel. Shocking!

Nous avons aimé le site historique. Par contre trop de temps dans les transports. 1 h 30 de bus car ramassage de plusieurs hôtels. Trop de temps à la douane. Il devrait y avoir une file pour les groupes. 1 heure de ferry. Visite du château 15 mn chrono.Visite du site historique au pas de charge.Restaurant simple, crudités, boulettes,riz pas de dessert et sans boisson. J ai vu mieux sur d autres sorties. Shopping 45 mn.Et retour sur le ferry. Journée trop longue et fatiguante pour peu de temps .

Aucun accompagnement de marmara. Guide récupéré uniquement en Albanie. Beaucoup de transport pour peu de visite le prix payé ne vaut pas la prestation fournie. De plus nous avons pris 5 excursions et aucune remise proposée. J aurais du prendre les excursions en dehors les prix étaient largement inférieur pour les mêmes services.

Consider the excursion very poor value for money. Only visiting one site and stop for lunch. Site visit felt extremely rushed by guide. Free time at port was extremely limited. Barely 15minutes. Felt rushed to finish lunch for moving on. No indication terrain at site would be rough. Would definitely not recommend it.

Albania was a good experience but we could have spent more time at Butrint and the castle. Didn't need free time in Siranda but this could have been option for lunch or not at all. Straight to to Butrint would have been preferable and return via the castle with more time and an opportunity for refreshments However, we were not enamoured with the paxos, antipaxos trip combined with ours. We waited at least 45 minutes for their boat to arrive. Also there was lack of communication between the rep,
