My family and I went on the parasail/snorkel/catamaran excursion. We brought our autistic son who is not the strongest swimmer. Laura and Mandrake took care of him like he was their own child! Mandrake personally took my son snorkeling in the water for at least 45 minutes and made sure he could safely participate. My son loved every second! Laura danced with him and made sure he had a wonderful time on the catamaran. The whole crew really knew how to keep the party going! We had a blast!

All of the adventure park employees were great. They were knowledgable, kind, and fun. The people in the gift shop at the end were very rude. They would not allow me to look at shirts, they got frustrated easily with questions. They were altogether very indecent people.

Booked a multiple experience for parasailing, snuba & snorkelling.I get bad sea sickness so we booked multiple experiences to be on a boat for less & more in the water. We arrived was moved between multiple boats, given a life jacket half way in & asked for it back when still in the sea.We were then told we couldn’t do snuba or snorkelling if got asthma,the rep never said this to us when booking.Last of all we got put on a party boat for 2 hours,which is great for some but not when your seasick!

Insgesamt gut, man schnorcheln leider nur ein mal. Fische soweit ok, aber kein Riff. Wer Party mag, ist hier genau richtig. ?? Rum ??????

Transport was poor, 20 mins late, mini bus not in good condition, no seat belts and took 1.5 hours for a 30 min trip collecting from other hotels. Paragliding cancelled due to wind. Catamaran was great, I opted to do Snuba too and was charged 30USD even though two in our party didn't do snorkeling. Transport for return would be 2 hours with drop offs so we went to hotel in a Uber which took 30 mins. Have received 150 Euros refund after 3 visits to TUI rep

Der Ausflug an sich war toll, auch der Ablauf und das Schnorcheln war wunderbar. Einzig negativ war der Besuch der „natürlichen Badewanne.“ Zu viele betrunkene Menschen und einfach ein unnötiger Stopp. Verkäufer die durch das Wasser kommen und verängstigte Tiere auf dem Kopf tragen sind einfach furchtbar. Dann lieber einen zweiten Schnorchelstopp machen. Außerdem war die Musik auf dem Boot zu laut. Es war eigentlich ein Partyboot und so nicht deklariert.

During the parasailing, the boat (not a catamaran) was overloaded with guests making situation awkward whilst onboard. However, as my son lost his hat during the experience, we were treated to two trips as the boat went back to retrieve his hat - nice touch. The speedboat used for ferrying between the boats was a harrowing experience - very fast in choppy weather. The advertisement stated Snuba and Snorkelling, but I was only offered Snuba (didn't matter as visibility not too good at time).

Everything from beginning to the end well worth the money had a brilliant day, staff were brilliant hard working and because of them made the day, they made it extra special as it was my partners 60th Birthday.

The staff were excellent - loved having so many activities to try in one trip, then the great atmosphere afterwards on the boat. Parasailing was incredible. So peaceful floating hight above the sea. Good instructions, felt very safe and well organised. I recommend this to anyone over any of the cheaper trips we took which were available through the hotel we were staying in. You get what you pay for - and more!

Wir waren der Meinung mit Paragleiding lt Beschreibung gebucht zu haben, was dann nicht dabei war. Ausserdem hatten wir keinen deutschen Guide. Diese redeten nur englich oder spanisch.
