Es war wunderschön: ein kompetenter und lustiger Guide welcher gut deutsch sprach und uns bestens über alles informierte. Auch der Chauffeur war sehr gut: ruhige und sichere Fahrweise. Einzig den Landhausbesuch gab es nicht, dafür landeten wir, vom Guide als kurze Pause angezeigt, in einer riesigen Verkaufsshow.

Keine deutschsprachige Führung. Die Vorführung der Affen sehr nett. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Von der angekündigten Dschungelfahrt war nichts zu bemerken. Wie alle von uns besuchten Ausflüge hat auch dieser den Eindruck einer Verkaufsfahrt hinterlassen.

This was an awesome experience. We loved our guide, Matias. He was able to converse in many languages without the heavy accent. The driver was great. The monkeys were awesome. We loved everything about this experience. Highly recommend.

Our driver De metrio & guide Saturnino are the best. Then arriving to monkey land the whole staff was amazing superb!!!!! ??

Our guide Matias was so personable, knowledgeable, and was multi lingual and professional. Our driver, Diego, was great too. The monkey part was phenomenal! We loved how the trainer got them to interact for pictures. We had enough time to take good pics. Beyond that, we got to taste the best coffee, cocoa, and Mamaguana during the tour. We loved listening about the history and current situation here and to the information about the flora and fauna. Don't change a thing! We loved it!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von ca. 15 Personen. Wir haben die Tour mit deutschem Tourguide gebucht. Leider waren wir die einzigen deutschen Teilnehmer (2 Personen). Dadurch sind wir "hinten runter gefallen" und es gab kaum deutschsprachige Erklärungen. Hauptsächlich wurde die Tour auf Englisch geführt.

Hätte unser TUI Reiseführer hier vor Ort uns nicht drauf hingewiesen, wären wir zur falschen Zeit da gewesen. Beide gebuchten Ausflüge wurden gegen einander getauscht. Also auch andere Abholzeiten. Emails von TUI sagen nur die gebuchten Termine für uns aus. Da muß der Service besser werden. Der Ausflug selber war sehr schön.

Obwohl in Ihrer Beschreibung stand, dass der Ausflug nicht für mobil eingeschränkte Personen geeignet ist, habe ich es gewagt, meine gehbehinderte Frau mitzunehmen. Die zu laufenden Wege waren recht kurz und der Guide erwies sich als enorm hilfsbereit beim Ein und Ausstieg in den Bus. Auch wurde das Tempo behindertengerecht angepasst. Der Ausflug war sehr entspannt für alle Beteiligten.
