Our guide Erik was amazing, he was so knowledgeable and patient with us, allowing us freedom to move at our own pace. He was very understanding and supportive around disability while allowing us to experience what we wanted to experience. Value for money is a very difficult and subjective consideration, it’s likely to be value for money but it’s not a cheap excursion.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen ca. 9 Stunden langen Ausflug, welcher um 07:00 Uhr begann. Der Fahrer war pünktlich und den Guide haben wir in Playa del Carmen abgeholt. Fahrer, Guide und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren super! Als Snack bekamen wir leider nur 3 kleine Süßigkeiten. Für einen 9 Stunden langen Ausflug ohne Frühstück (Frühstück im Hotel gibt es erst ab 07:00 Uhr) war es zu wenig! Da muss man nachbessern, denn ansonsten verhungern die Touristen.

Hace mucho calor y no dejan entrar con botellas de agua. Estábamos todos necesitando de agua. Sobre todo los niños. Ojalá puedan hacer fuerza para que cambien las reglas dentro de la zona de las ruinas. O avisar que lleven botellas recargables. El guía excelente.

Vivre l’expérience en privé permet un meilleur échange avec la guide. Anita était parfaite par son énergie et ses connaissances culturelles. Arriver à l’ouverture du site de Tulum est un must pour profiter du calme et l’expérience de la cenote familiale était très chouette.

The private tour of Tulum experience was perfect for our party of 6. It was an early start 7.20 but this got us to Tulum for opening and there were no queues. Out guide gave us a guided tour and then we had 1 hour to ourselves. The visit to the Mayan village was amazing and the cenote was a big favourite!

Die Ausgrabungsstätte in Tulum ist super interessant und wir haben einige Interessente Fakten von unserem Guide erfahren. Wir hatten sogar Zeit in dem Shop vorab zu stöbern (wenn da kein Interesse besteht kann man auch direkt weiter) und einen Tequila gratis zu probieren. Das Tortilla-Machen im Maya-Dorf war mir etwas kurz, nach einem eigenen Versuch war es schon vorbei. Die Cenote war aber wunderschön und wir haben sogar eine Schildkröte gesehen. Unser Guide war super!

Wir haben die private Tour mit dem sehr gut informierten und gut deutsch sprechendem Guide sehr genossen. Auch der Fahrer war sehr umsichtig. Wir waren vor dem "Ansturm der Massen" in Tulum und auch der anschliessende Besuch in einem Maya-Dorf mit schwimmen in der Cenote hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zeitplanung der Tour war perfekt.

We had a fantastic experience overall.. Tulum ruins and views were spectacular and Gustavo our guide was very knowledgable and explained every little detail to us.. The swim in the Cenote was wonderfully refreshing and amazing although the toilets were a in need of some attention..and finishing with the Mayan village experience which again was fulfilling being able to take part and understand the difference in cultures. Thoroughly recommend this trip to all..

We had the best day. Glad we went early as was so hot. It was more than we could have imagined and Coralie - our guide was exceptional. So knowledgeable and very helpful. But just remember to take bug spray !!

Unfortunately I did not think our guide was particularly good - Ewa, she seemed to give a lot of her own opinions on things rather than explain more about the site and the Mayan dynasty. This was particularly noticeable when we we given time to walk around the site ourselves and we could hear other guides providing a lot more information to their visitors.

Tulum ist wichtig zusehen. Die Erklärungen waren gut! Das wir - so wie bestellt - früh vor Ort waren, empfanden wir als sehr wichtig. Das TUI die Durchführung der Reise an Blue Caribe Tours weitergegeben hat, fanden wir nicht gut. Das die Reise in einem „Maya-Dorf“ mit Verkaufsraum (überteuert) geendet hat, hat uns negativ berührt.

Super gids Jolande een aanrader kennis van zaken top zou het aan iedereen aanraden de twee activiteiten voor een halve dag was leuk tulum en cenote zeker om dat we met ons viertjes waren is zeker zijn geld waard
