Wir waren sehr verwundert, dass wir uns bereits am Bus in Badesachen begeben mussten und nichts mitnehmen durften. So haben wir im Bikini eine kleine Wanderung unternommen - eher unangenehm. Uns war bei der Buchung nicht klar, dass erwartet wird, dass wir die Fälle auf jeden Fall heraufklettern werden. Bedenkzeit war nicht eingeplant. Handys sollten am besten im Bus belassen werden, damit man für 40 $ die Fotos dann kauft. Fast ähnlich dann bei den Blue Holes …

It tooks 3 hours 40 mins to get to Dunnes River that was amazing blue hole we were they 45 mins rushed around and did not do rope swing or anything? Not value for money at all.

This is expensive and a long coach journey from Tropical Bay. The guide joined/left in Montego Bay. The pick up was 10 mins late. Dunn's river was busy but the guides were really helpful. The photo package was an all or nothing which was annoying as a cheaper picture option would have been nice. Blue hole was great, another falls experience with really helpful guides

Incredible trip, worth the price. We had an hour's drive to Ocho Rios and our guide Shirley gave us local history and fun facts along the way. Blue hole is an absolute blast, can't believe it's not talked about more. Jumping into the pools is so refreshing, but no pressure at all to do it. Dunns River is more touristy and busier, but still a good experience. So glad we did both. Lunch was OK. Minibus ride was a bit rickety in parts but I took anti-sickness. Whole day was about 7 hrs. Loved it!

The blue hole was absolutely brilliant. Sadly dunns river falls wasn’t. It was all about staff taking pictures and videos to sell us just ruined the whole experience. A shame because it was a beautiful place. We had to keep waiting and the big sell on the way out. Couldn’t wait to leave

We loved both excursions, the staff were amazing and helped out as much as they could, they were friendly and funny which made you feel at ease , it was a long day ,pick up was 6:25 and we got back at 7:30

Tijd bij the bleu hole in was beperkt, ik had gehoopt daar nog rustig wat te kunnen zwemmen maar daar was geen tijd voor. We werden snel door de watervalsprongen geleid en dat was het (bleu hole) de beklimmingen de watervallen was geweldig, geen tijdsdruk gevoeld, hele fijne gidsen die je een veilig gevoel geven bij soms wel gladde beklimming. De gids was heel fijn, wist veel over het eiland te vertellen!

Duns river can't fault excellent experience and staff amazing. Blue hole just didn't have the wow factor and staff not as attentive and rocks not scrubbed like dun falls so quite slippy. The bus stops off at a shop on the way to dun falls please be wary as I purchased a bottle of banana cream Rum at th cost of $80+tax that they took from me and wrapped in paper and it was when we came to pack our cases to come home that we noticed that the seal was broken and it only had 1/2 bottle in it ??

This trip should never have been offered from. Negril. Our pick up was 6.20am and we got back at 7pm so over 12 hours out for essentially 2 one hour experiences plus 40 minutes lunch. Very long day. Plus should be clearer on the actual activity for Dunns River Falls as no where to walk up the slide you either climb up the waterfall or don't

Danica & Big Mike ( our tour rep and driver ) were amazing, on the drive to our attraction Danica gave us so much information about Jamaica but she also gave us some really helpful information about both excursions, making our safety a priority but ensuring that we also had the best time. Danica is an absolute credit to the company!!!!

Gut organisiert. Mich störte das Shopping in dem indischen Laden. Ich würde lieber bei Einheimischen einkaufen. Tourguide war super nett. Wir hatten teilweise kein gutes Gefühl bei der Fahrweise des Fahrers. Der allgemeine Fahrstil ist hier gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Hele leuke excursies, zeker de waterval oplopen was echt te gek dit moet je gedaan hebben . Minder is toch en dat zie je overal de fotograaf voor ons hoeft dat niet maar wij willen de excursie beleven en niet voor elke waterval of rots naar de camera te moeten kijken. Dit heb ik ook al op andere excursies in andere landen als zeer storend ervaren .

I was disappointed because it was supposed to be a trip to the blue hole and Dunn's River Falls. However, half an hour of our time was spent in a cheap tourist gift shop. This wasn't what I paid for and that half hour would have been better spent allowing more time at the falls. The lunch was not good. I couldn't drink the fruit juice on offer as it contained orange which makes me ill. I asked for a lemonade and had to pay for it! Not what I expected for $135 !!

Het was een erg leuke excursie. Bij de blue hole kun je op diverse plaatsen de waterval inspringen. Zelfs mijn zoontje van 3 kon dit doen en vond het erg leuk. Bij de dunns loop je via een bepaalde route de waterval over. Hoewel mijn zoontje lang genoeg is om de waterval te beklimmen vonden wij het te gevaarlijk en hebben wij halverwege gewisseld. In het park is op zich genoeg te doen voor een driejarige, maar het is goed om dit vooraf te weten! Waterschoenen zijn bij beide locaties verplicht.

By far the best experience I have been. The tour guide was excellent. Really informative and we learnt alot about the Jamaican history and culture. The guides for both activities again were really helpful and motivated you when you wasnt quite sure if you could do it, especially the big jumps at the blue hole.

The Blue Hole was an exceptional experience in every capacity. The gentlemen who supported our group were knowledgable regarding safety, patient, kind, helpful, supportive and fun. We would definitely recommend this to others. Dunns River was also a really good experience as it felt like a huge achievement to complete. Our tour guide Peter was particularly knowledgeable about which rocks to step on safely, in order for the excursion to be a safe and enjoyable experience.

Our tour guide “ Jerome Reid” was the best tour guide we have ever had. He is the one that made this experience so amazing. Both the excursions were fantastic and we all really enjoyed them. From the moment we were picked up to the moment we were dropped off. Jerome gave us so much information about Jamaica , the history, wildlife and people all the while making us laugh and feel so welcome. We can all say that by the time we got back to our hotel, we all Felt like we had made a friend for life

Prachtige watervallen en enorm leuk en mooi om te beklimmen. Hou er bij Blue hole wel rekening mee dat je op verschillende niveaus naar beneden springt. Je kunt ook een pad terug naar beneden nemen om het springen te omzeilen. De rit vanuit Negril is wel erg lang, maar zeker de moeite waard. Je bent in 12 uur uit en thuis.

I paid $280 for me & my son. The scheduled day arrived & they didn’t even have our reservation. I showed them email confirmation and nothing on their end. It was a fight to get in the spare 2 seats on the coach but we travelled ‘alone’ as wasn’t apart of their booking. Due to that we had to buy food as we wasn’t on their booking (original booking included Dunns, Blue Hole, Lunch & travel) tour guide was nice but overall waste of money. Once paid you’re on your own. Cheaper & safer to go alone.

Blue hole and falls cannot be faulted. Memories for a lifetime. My issue was with the TUI guide and service. My daughters lunch order was not fulfilled therefore they didn’t eat all day which did not seem to bother the guide at all as it the restaurants fault, despite what my daughters ordered being served to tours the followed us into the place. Just a poor attitude that I didn’t appreciate.

Dunn’s river was echt TE druk. Het was allemaal erg gehaast. Hadden ook geen tijd om echt te genieten van het park of het strand, dat was erg jammer. De fotograaf was best opdringerig en de tourgide van het park wilde ECHT een fooi. Blue holes was daarentegen FANTASTISCH!! Romaine is echt een super gide. Deze trip raad ik aan! Park is heel mooi, activiteiten zijn leuk en je kan echt genieten. Mensen van carribean works waren heel vriendelijk en wisten veel. Echt een plus !

Tui rep told us it would take us around 2.5 hours to get there but took 4 hours. Not impressed as had plans for the evening which had to be cancelled. Most of the day was spent on a bus with a driver who was manic. He hit another minibus while doing a pick up. Falls itself was great but had the rep been honest we would not have done it

Our tour guide and driver were excellent. The guides at both places were really helpful. Dunn’s river was really busy and at times felt a little rushed, but still enjoyable. Lunch was poor. The portion size for the amount of activity was not enough. On booking the trip I wasn’t asked about dietary requirements (I am vegetarian) and all I had for lunch was salad and rice, and told I would have to pay for vegetable stew. Overall travel time was not what is stated on booking and is 2 hour drive.

Tui didn't really do anything except take the money and subcontract everything else out as we done the trip with Americans who had never heard of tui and paid less than us but had the exact same day as us. Everything did feel a bit rushed from the guides and didn't want us to hang around looking at merchandise or gifts to the point the actually argued with some of the Americans aforementioned regarding being rushed when buying souvenirs.

The whole experience was so good except tha because l have dietary needs l spoke to the rep who said she had informed the people about my needs . But on the day l asked the guide and she knew nothing about this she had to ask the restaurant when we arrived to do mine as per my needs and because of this l had to wait practically after everyone else had finished nearly before having mine which should not have happened

Absolutely amazing trip, you need to be good with heights and have a level of fitness. Lots of fun for all the family. You need water shoes pretty much everywhere in Jamica so is recommend bringing some.

Dieser Ausflug ist sehr Empfehlenswert. Auch wenn der Ausflug nicht auf Deutsch war, ist er absolut gigantisch. Empfehlung: nehmt für Video/Fotoaufnahmen entweder Kreditkarte mit oder mind. 40 Dollar. Es lohnt sich. Wir hatten bewusst die Karte im Hotel gelassen und nicht soviel Bargeld dabei gehabt. Wir hatte dort vereinbart, das wir dem Tourguide/ Busfahrer bei Rückankuft das Geld geben. Das Video sollte dann den nächsten Tag gemailt werden. Ich hoffe das es heute ankommt. Liveguards Top!

The staff at dunns river falls were amazing and felt very safe the whole time The staff at the blue hole were not so great i fell over and hurt my leg at the end the staff were very pushy demanding a tip even got on our bus telling husband to get off the bus to confront him The journey was long and bus was uncomfortable But we enjoyed our day out and made some amazing memories

Quite expensive but a good tour. Shame they want to charge approx £40 for a few photos and a video in both venues. £80 on top of the £111.00 each is a bit expensive especially when they guides at the venues insist on tips as well. They would probably make more money by charging less, more people would probably end up buying ?? Driver and Tour Guide were brilliant though. One note…. Don’t wear Crocs, they will make you buy Water Shoes

Great tour guide on the bus. The staff at both blue hole and Dunns river falls, were exceptional, they were continuously monitoring our safety whilst having fun and making a fab experience. I was too scared to jump at blue lagoon initially, but one of the tour guides jumped in with me. You definitely need anti slip water shoes, and a water proof phone case to take photos as you will want your phone to take photos. You can buy these en route as there is a toilet stop.

For some reason we were under the impression that our trip was on Thursday as we had a conversation with the rep about traveling home the following day, we realised when we opened the voucher ( the trips at this hotel for some reason don't appear on the app) we were in our room at the time of pick up but no one called the room or rang my phone which was on all the time and for which I gave the number. We tried to contact the rep through the app and the hotel and have heard nothing £220 wasted

The price is quite high when you add on the tips expected by the guides and bus crew as they are not on a regular payroll. Priest Jerome our bus guide and driver MrD were superb! Couldn't of asked for any more helpful, entertaining, or considerate to anyone's needs! The guides at both locations were outstanding, especially looking out for any physical personal issues that would effect your experience or be of danger to yourself. A wonderful experience even in our early 60's

Die Dunn's River Falls sind auf jeden Fall sehenswert. Allerdings muss man die Fälle hochkraxeln, dass ist nicht für jeden geeignet. Das Blue Hole ist ein Badespaß inmitten tropischer Vegetation und hat uns gut gefallen. Die beiden Stopps waren insgesamt sehr knapp bemessen, wir hätten uns etwas mehr Zeit für Fotos etc. gewünscht.

Dunn's River Falls & Blue Hole sind eigentlich sehr schön. Nur hat man viel zu wenig Zeit die Natur zu genießen. Auf der Hinfahrt vom RIU Negril saßen wir fast 6h im Bus und hielten dann noch an einem Shop um einzukaufen. Völlig unnötig. Es gab zwischen durch ein Mittagessen was gut war. Badeschuhe sind auf der Tour ein muss. Tour auf deutsch gebucht und englisch bekommen. Englisch Kenntnisse muss man unbedingt haben sonst kommt man nicht weiter.

The views were magnificent. Was advised by rep at hotel that this trip was suitable for someone with a walking stick and reduced mobility, but that was not the case. This trip is for able bodied people.

Bei einem deutschen Reiseveranstalter würde ich mir zumindest eine zweisprachige Reiseleitung erwarten. Es wurde zwar eine deutsche Reiseleitung angeboten, jedoch kam nie die erforderliche Zahl von acht deutsch sprechenden Gästen zustande.

Dunn's River fall was very crowded, we had to wait long. I found it very dangerous too. The staff, guides are very kind. We absolutely lived Blue Hole. Dunn's River Fall was a dissapointment. Because of lots of tourist it lost its magic :(

Yvonne (guide) was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and proud of her country and history. Kirk the driver was also fab-some drivers are a tad crazy out here, but he wasn’t (how he knew where all the potholes were on every road and managed to avoid them I don’t know!!). 10 out of ten to them both. It’s a long drive from Negril, but rest stops were sufficient. Thank you Yvonne and Kirk

Blue Hole: Einzigartig, muss man(n) gesehen, gemacht haben! Ein Erlebnis! Dunn‘s Ricer Falls: Wäre wunderschön, wenn nicht viel zu viel Besucher wären. Ewiges warten, um dann per ‚Herdenauftrieb‘ hochgeführt zu werden. Schade um‘s Geld! Blue Hole: Top, Dunn‘s Flop!!! Unsere Reiseleiterin war auf max. Zeiteinsparung bedacht. Zwischen den beiden ‚nassen‘ Events: keine Zeit zum Umziehen. Saßen also mit nassen Klamotten im klimatisierten Bus und haben uns ne Erkältung geholt.

Bluehole - I think the description of this trip should be more clear. The trip said swimming in the water, but 95% of it was jumping into the waters, with some very large heights to jump from. This trip isn't suitabke if you have health issues or are pregnant!

Wat een leuke ervaring om te doen zeker niet overslaan als je hier bent . Enigste jammere was wel dat je bij de bleuhole overal maar een keertje eraf mocht springen 2x was wel leuk geweest vooral voor de kinderen en tieners die erbij waren . De watervallen beklimmen was toch echt het kersje op de taart prachtig mooi en zo leuk om als gezin of individueel aan mee te doen . Word goed begeleid en iedereen helpt elkaar om de steenrijke waterval te beklimmen . Onze kinderen waren helemaal enthousiast

Was a great outing! The falls are impressive and great fun climbing up them. Our guide Vinnae and driver Captain Kirk were an awesome duo! Lunch was good some jerk chicken at a local restaurant in Ocho Rios.

The tour was great didn’t like the craft market being hounded and the guides asking for money which I think puts pressure on people to pay up and standing around the bus waiting for money overall the tour was great

Blue hole was excellent, really enjoyed the experience. Would liked to have spent a little longer there Dunns falls was harder than I thought(I am 60 though). The guide was a little abrupt and we had to keep stopping for the photographer which was tedious We were felt obliged to tip the guides at both places , the guys at the falls did deserve it though. The driver was excellent and I can't stress how good our bus guide was, Tenitia was absolutely brilliant with her knowledge and entertainment,

Excellent tour. Both waterfalls are challenging but the guides, especially at Blue Hole were really helpful. All very well organised Lunch was good. Overall great trip glad we did it

Guide was very good but We were only taken to dunns river and never got to go to the blue hole. So feel slightly cheated, Also we paid the $40 for the photo and video package supposedly sent by email. 3 days later we have received nothing?

tolle Landschaft, tolle Wasserfälle, am Wochenende leider zu voll. Der Transfer verlief gut, der Reiseführer hatte einen gelangweilten Gesichtsausdruck, aber er hatte uns auf dem Weg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten etwas über die Geschichte Jamaikas und seiner Helden erzählt. Egal wohin Sie gehen oder was Sie tun, Trinkgeld wird überall groß verlangt.

Was overpriced considering Dunns river park entrance fee is $25 entrance fee @ $145 per adult for a family of 4 paying this. Was offered an alternative with private tour with guide for $300 for all 4 of us by another tour operator. Trip was fantastic and the guide was great

Great trip, our tour guide was brilliant and told us lots of Jamaican history and information whilst on the way. Both the blue hole and dunns river falls were so fun and we really enjoyed our day, definitely recommend.

The guide on the bus was very informative and engaged well with all the tourists. There was a lot of travelling from Negril. It must have been around 6 hrs on the bus. The lunch was ok but we thought there should have been more drinks provided for the price and it was such a long day. Lunch was also very basic and being as we couldn’t have breakfast a snack would have been nice. Overall a good trip as you get to see a lot of the Jamaican landscape with good commentary from the tour guide.

I would’ve liked more time jumping at the blue hole. Dunns river falls extremely busy as well which can be chaotic but guides handled it well. Not recommended for nervous or inactive people

The experiences were great, and out driver/guide Mr. C was great as well. The only negative experience was the restaurant for the free lunch.. I forgot the name unfortunately.. I offered to buy our driver a drink, and they charged me 10$ for some sort of fruit punch that he had.. outright robbery. It wasn't evem for me but for our driver..

Amazing trip, the guide was really good, as well as the staff that take you though the waterfall climb and the jumping at blue hole. Well worth doing
