You can add another stamp to your passport on this day trip, as you trade Turkey for Greece on a short hop across the Aegean Sea to the island of Rhodes.You'll be welcomed at Fethiye port and guided straight to the priority boarding area. Then, jump on board a catamaran for a cruise across to Rhodes town. Here, you can explore the capital's pretty harbour, walled old quarter and upmarket New Town. You'll spend the morning ticking off sights like the charming Street of the Knights and the huge Palace of the Grand Masters. Make your way along the maze of cobbled streets, where you'll be surrounded by fountains, medieval churches and shops selling handmade goods and Greek delicacies.Speaking of food, you'll have a choice of hidden bistros or bustling waterfront bars for lunch. Later, you can head to Mandraki harbour. It was once home to the legendary Colossus of Rhodes – one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. And if you fancy seeing more of the island, hop on the land train, which takes you up to the ancient Olympic ruins and offers sweeping views across the sea.

A great day out. Transfers were very good. The 'guide' at the port was useless. No explanation of where to go, which queue to join or what you needed to show the ticket check in. As seasoned travellers this was OK but not for some. Nobody pointed out the time difference between Rhodes and Turkey! this meant we were back at the Port an hour early which was very frustrating. Good but long day out. Well worth it.

Der Tagesausflug nach Rhodos war einfach perfekt! Alles war super organisiert und sehr schön. Einziger Hinweis: Wer leicht seekrank wird, sollte vorbereitet sein. Auf der Hinfahrt morgens war der Wellengang stark und viele hatten Probleme, die Rückfahrt hingegen war ruhig und angenehm.

Firstly we were told that this was an 8 hour excursion with a 45 minute transfer we were picked up at 6:30 am and dropped back at 9:15 pm missing breakfast and evening meal, the transfer back took 2 hours Secondly - The minibus we were taken on stank of cigarettes to the point it was making me feel ill. The van had no suspension and I hurt my back as the driver took no care when going over speed bumps The driver - gave us no instructions when we arrived at the boat, spoke almost no English

Niestety, ale wszystko mówione nie mialo racji bytu. Transfer z hotelu do Fatiyah trwal 1.5 hrs.Dodatkowo trzeba bylo stac godzine w kolejce do odprawy.prom wyplynal o 09:05 a nie o 825. Podróz miala trwac okolo 1:45 a faktycznie plynal 2.5 godz. Dotarlismy na 11:25 do Rodes.O 1530 trzeba bylo byc z powrotem na odprawe.Tym razem katamaran plynal szybciej i podróz trwala 2.15. Zmeczeni okrutnie wrócilismy ledwo na kolacje o 21. Mili ludzie wydali kolacje.nie polecamy! Wydane pieniadze.

We would never have gone on this trip if we were told it would be 9 hours travel and 5 hours on the island - nobody told us it would take so long in addition the confirmation email duration is 8 hours, not 14 and a half - also we were never told that we could not get out on the deck of the fairy, again we would never have taken this trip is we knew we would be 9 hours in freezing cold air conditioning- we got back after 9pm with no food anywhere as the restaurants were closed - it was dreadful

Trop de temps de transport pour le peu de temps passe sur place . Aucune assistance TUI aux ports pour les formalités on doit se débrouiller . Véhicule de transfert vétuste . Temps de bateau annoncé à 1h30 mais 2h de bateau avec la compagnie de ferry la moins qualitative. Je sollicite de votre part un geste commercial de compensation pour cette prestation qui n’est pas à la hauteur de la renommée du groupe TUI

Ausflug allgemein war super, Zwei Kleinigkeiten 1. Wir waren ganzen Tag unterwegs, habe den Frühstück und Lunch nicht erreicht. Eine Lanchbox wurde dafür aber nicht angeboten, mit der Reisezeit von 4 h hätte uns ein Kaffe und ein Sandwich sowie Kleine Mahlzeit gut getan. 2. über den Ablauf im Hafen wurde uns nichts berichtet, dadurch standen wir in der Warteschlange zur Passkontrolle ohne eingecheckt zu sein. Etwas mehr Info vorab über den Ablauf wäre nett gewesen.

What we was sold... To what we actually received was very far apart.... We was told 45 mins transfer to dock + hour and half ferry ride... Although leaving our hotel at 635am we arrived in Greece at 1130am ... Boarder controls ques were very long waited... The ferry was very cramped and on one of the hottest days we had the air con packed up on the boat meaning we was beyond hot and uncomfortable... We then had to be back at dock for 4pm to which we arrived at hotel at 915pm A bad experiance!

A better real time and more descriptive itinerary of the day would be better for future tourists to enjoy this trip. The day overall was quite good, however after being dropped off at Fethiye port by our non English speaking driver, we were left confused as to what the next step should be, thankfully a local pointed us in the right direction. The travel times given by the reps need to be more realistic and accurate, this would enable better planning and time allocation for the day.

The actual time in Rhodes was beautiful and we had a lovely meal. Unfortunately, the process of getting there wasn’t elaborated. From Tui Blue Tropical we had a 1.5 hours coach ( we were told 1 hours tops) then it was a 2 hours crossing on a boat where unfortunately myself, my 2 year old and other passengers were poorly. Then it was the same journey home. All in all 4 hours there and then 4 hours back. You also have no guide or itinerary to follow.

The driver, who did not speak any English, failed to provide any information during the two-hour journey each way. More critically, his driving was incredibly reckless and aggressive. He consistently disregarded speed limits, nearly caused two accidents, acted aggressively in traffic, ran red lights, and failed to yield at roundabouts and pedestrian crossings.This dangerous behavior instilled a deep sense of fear and anxiety throughout the journey.

Es ist ein sehr langer Tag! Man muss für die Hinfahrt mit dem Bus und die Hinfahrt mit dem Schiff fast 4 Stunden einplanen. Meine Frau hatte Kreislaufprobleme und lag auf dem Boden dey Schiffes, trotz Kameras, kam niemand von der Crew umzuhelfen!Die Stadt Rhodos ist schön, allerdings sind die Koberer sehr nervig. Die Einkaufsläden sind nur auf Souvenirs ausgelegt- mega enttäuschend.

Ein langer Ausflug von 14 STUNDEN der sich lohnt. Der Katamaran selbst war ziemlich dreckig und die Preise an Board unverschämt teuer. Der Transport vom Hotel zum Hafen war super! Vor Ort, war sehr viel los, da 3 Kreuzfahrtschiffe da waren. Die Stadt selbst wunderschön. Der Souvenirladen direkt am Hafen, ist viel günstiger als die anderen in der Stadt. Es kommen zusätzliche Kosten von 6 Euro pro Person nochmal dazu (Hafengebühr).

Trudno nazwac wycieczka gdyz to tylko transfer - wiedzielismy o tym i nie ma z tym problemu, klopot w tym, iz jesli nie uzbiera sie 10 osób wyjazd zostaje odwolany szkoda tylko, ze dzien wczesniej, dlatego nie polecam rezerwacji czegokolwiek na wyspie typu bilety wstepu czy wynajmu samochodu bo za to juz zwrotu kosztów nie bedzie Czas pobytu na wyspie to 5 h wiec spokojnie mozna zobaczyc stare miasto z najwazniejszymi obiektami.

Der Bus kam pünktlich und der Fahrer war sehr zuvorkommend. Leider war kein Guide dabei und man war ab dem Hafen komplett auf sich alleine gestellt. Zum Ablauf der Reise gab es vorab leider auch kaum Infos. Rhodos ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, aber man muss damit rechnen, dass man zwei Drittel der Reise im Bus und auf dem Schiff verbringt.

Vi var blevet lovet 3 timers transport hver vej og 5 timer på Rhodos. Men vi fik 5 timers transport hver vej og 3 timer på Rhodos. Sejlturen tog bl.a. meget længere tid end vi havde fået afvide og det var IKKE pga dårligt vejr. Derudover tog det langt over en time hver vej igennem pas og sikkerhedskontrol. Rhodos er en fantastisk by, men denne “udflugt” er totalt spild af en feriedag.

Der Ausflug ist sehr anstrengend… wir waren von 6:30 Uhr bis 20:50 Uhr unterwegs. Rhodos lohnt sich trotzdem, aber bei 38 Grad war es auch sehr heiß zum erkunden, aber die fast 5 Stunden Aufenthalt haben wir trotzdem genutzt.

Wir bewerten hier ausschließlich den TUI-Teil: Abholung und Fahrt zwischen Hotel und Hafen bzw. zurück. Das war alles top. Die Fähre allein kostet hin und zurück 65 Euro pp. Auf der Fähre und in Rhodos ist man selbst unterwegs - man findet sich gut zurecht. Nur als Info zur Fähre: - nicht empfohlen wenn sie leicht Seekrank werden - Toiletten super gruselig - Klima auf der Fähre läuft auf Hochtouren, wer empfindlich ist sollte einen Schal mitnehmen - mehrfache Passkontrollen - Zeit mitbringen

Die Buchung über die TUI App war sehr einfach und schnell. Was mir nicht gefallen hat: im preis waren der Hafengebühr mit gerechnet aber leider musste ich am Hafen trotzdem Hafengebühren zahlen. Der Mitarbeiter am Schalter hat es wenig interessiert. Was ich sehr gut fand: nach dem TUI eine Nachricht gesendet haben und erklärt habe, dass die Hafengebühren doppelt gezahlt wurden, hat sich TUI sofort gekümmert und die doppelt gezahlten Hafengebühren zurück erstattet.

Leider fand ich das Verhältnis von Überfahrt und Aufenthalt nicht Verhältnismäßig. Hinfahrt 4h, Aufenthalt auf Rhodos 4h und Rückfahrt erneut fast 4h. Der Beschreibung nach bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass die Überfahrt ca 3h dauert und man dann ca 6h auf der Insel verbringen kann.

Aufenthalt in Rodos war super aber Zeit info über den Ausflug stimmte nicht wir waren 15 Stunde unterwegs uns wurde gesagt der Ausflug dauert ca. 8 Stunden 1 Stunde Bus eine Stunde Fähre ca. Es waren 1.5 Stunde Bus und 2 Stunden Fähre plus die warte Zeiten am Zoll das alleine hat auch ewig gedauert würde ich nie wieder buchen

Der Ausflug war sehr schön allerdings gab es ein paar Dinge die nicht so toll waren. Wir wurden von einem Bus abgeholt und dann nach Fethiye gefahren. Kein Guide war im Bus anwesend. Der Busfahrer hat uns auch nicht erzählt wo es hin geht etc. Wie landeten dann nach 1,5 Stunden Fahrt in Fethiye und stiegen dann auf die Fähre. Am Fährterminal waren wir auf uns allein gestellt.

Super Hotelanlage mit Service rund um die Uhr, sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, umfangreiche Essens Angebote, viele Sportangebote und direkt am Meer gelegen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel 100% weiter. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Absage von TUI, das wir unseren bereits in Deutschland gebuchten Ausflug nach Istanbul aus betrieblichen Gründen nicht machen konnten. Das war aber auch der Einzige Minuspunkt, der das Hotel nicht betroffen hat.

Sehr gut ist die Anlage, das angebotene Programm inklusive Animateure. Ebenfalls das Essen ist sehr gut und von hoher Qualität. Schade war, dass Angestellte mit Maske rumlaufen müssen, sogar im Freien. Corona ist zwar ein Thema aber dem Service schadet das leider. Die Freundlichkeit der MitarbeiterInnen im Gastro Bereich war teilweise nicht sehr gross. Verglichen mit anderen TUI Magic Life Hotels, z.B. Kalawy wird klar, Englischkenntnisse und Kundenorientierung fällt ist Sarigerme deutlich ab.

Rhodos Stad is een interessant stadje, dat is overwoekerd door op toeristen gerichte winkeltjes, maar die ook een heel levendig beeld opleveren. Echter de reis vanuit Sarigerme via Fethiye is absoluut totaal af te raden, want duurt absurd lang. Anderhalf uur met de bus, een uur douane en wachten in Fethiye, dan twee uur met de boot (en om half vier in omgekeerde richting) staan in geen enkele verhouding tot de vier uur die je in Rhodos Stad ter beschikking hebt.

Advertised for 8hrs. The total day took 16! We got picked up and the driver couldn’t speak a work of English. He used one of the guests to translate to everyone. He also got the wrong entrances to the hotel. Once we arrived at the dock, he just dropped us off and didn’t explain where to go, what would happen. We had to ask locals! The boat trip is over 2 hours and passport control took an awfully long time. On way back. We saw the driver so knew where to go. If not, we wouldn’t have known at all

Die Angabe Tagesausflug 8 Stunden ist irreführend. 6:10uhr Abfahrt, und gegen 22 Uhr zurück! Im Hotel gab es kein Essen mehr. Hungrig ins Bett. Ein Hinweis, dass es länger dauert und man in Rhodos etwas essen sollte wäre hilfreich!!!!!

Rhodos ist wirklich traumhaft wunderschön muss man gesehen haben ! Was nicht so gut war das man nicht über die Anfahrt mit dem Bus informiert wurde sprich über die Zeit , mit dem Bus waren es knapp 90 min und dann mit der Fähre nochmal 2 Stunden das war uns zu lange . Wurden morgen um 6 abgeholt und waren gegen 21 Uhr wieder zurück

We zijn er van op de hoogte dat dit een trip was zonder gids. Echter hadden we het wel fijn gevonden als we iets meer uitleg hadden gekregen over wat we waar allemaal moesten vinden of doen. De buschauffeur zette ons aan de haven af maar was nadien gewoon onmiddellijk weg. We hebben zelf moeten uitzoeken dat we eerst naar betaalhokje van de haven moesten gaan. Alsook in Rhodos wisten we niet welke kant we uit moesten om het dorpje te vinden. Handleiding zodat je weet wat je moet doen.

We enoyed the chance to explore the Old Town of Rhodes in our own time. The time available in Rhodes was shorter than expected due to being on the mini bus for 90 minutes each way, time taken to process passports, 2 1/2 hours on the ferry each way. This was not explained beorehand or on tthe descrption. I would suggest some research beforehand to work out what you would like to see in the time you have. Also, purchase drinks etc before getting on board the ferry .

Wir haben den Ausflug über dir App gebucht/gezahlt. Das hat alles super funktioniert. Dann sollten wir plötzlich noch vorher unsere Ausweise kopieren und hinsenden.....was wir dann vor Ort im Hotel erledigt haben. Damit hatte es sich aber auch mit dem Service. Wir wurden in ca. 1,5h nach Fethiye zum Hafen gefahren. Dort mussten wir unsere Ausweise trotzdem vorlegen. Rauf auf eine Katamaran-Fähre.....für ca. 2,5h. In Rhodos mussten wir wieder unsere Ausweise zeigen. Natürlich immer alles mit Anstehen.....und zurück dasselbe Prozedere. Also alles in allem war Rhodos-Stadt einen Ausflug wirklich wert. Aber das ganze Drumherum war sehr nervig und anstrengend. Die ewigen Ausweiskontrollen könnte man sicher genauso organisieren wie für die Kreuzfahrer...Da gibt's für TUI Verbesserungspotenzial. Außerdem müsste bei der Beschreibung des Ausflugs eine Dauer der Transfere erwähnt werden. Wir haben um 6.00Uhr morgens unser Hotel verlassen (wussten wir) und waren kurz nach 21.00Uhr (Fähre um 17.00Uhr...2h Fahrzeit zurück....fast 1h anstehen für Ausweiskontrolle) gerade noch rechtzeitig um einen Happen Essen abzubekommen. Hätten wir alles das mit den ewigen Kontrollen und den doch recht langen Transferzeiten (Bus und Fähre) genauer gewußt, hätten wir den Ausflug wahrscheinlich nicht gemacht. Wie schon gesagt...da könnte TUI nachbessern. So waren wir uns selbst überlassen nach Verlassen des Hotels.
