Take in the best bits of Soufriere on a full-day boat tour exploring its highlights. Enjoy a light Creole breakfast as you sail along the west coast of Saint Lucia, passing the picturesque fishing villages of Anse La Raye and Canaries.It all starts with a chance to soak up the scenery, sailing by the majestic Piton Mountains – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, once in Soufriere, take the shuttle to Toraille Waterfall. It's a natural wonder of Saint Lucia, full of glistening pools, cascading waters, tropical flowers and plant life.With a stop at Sulphur Springs, you can submerge yourself in a mud bath or take a tour of the volcano – it's the hottest and most active geothermal area and only drive-in volcano in the Caribbean. After lunch on board, there's a spot of swimming and snorkelling in the secluded waters of Marigot Bay. To round off there'll be music, dancing and rum punch as we sail back to shore.

This trip was amazing ,the tour guide staff were excellent and made the experience fun and educational from start to the finish , they helped with capturing your moments with photos throughout the trip from the mud bath to the water falls ,this trip was worth the Money and I would do this again due to how much fun it was .

The catamaran and the coaches were great the the mud bath and hot springs were to crowded as lots of people all turned up at the same time so we didn’t have time to get in and out the rest of the trip was fine

Fantastic full day. Well organized and just the right amount of time at each activity. Staff were great, friendly and knowledgeable. The snorkeling was amazing. Couldn't fault anything.

Great tour, lovely people, a bit of an issue booking as did it online and confusion kicked in, but that is a TUI issue not the tour, the tour is first class, friendly helpful people throughout

Overall the tour was great with an enjoyable cruise on a catamaran followed by a great visit to the volcano and waterfalls, the view from the catamaran of the iconic pitons was fantastic. The organisation involving transportation to and from the hotel as well as the transport to the volcano and waterfall was well organised without any issues. The only down side was the duration on the bus from the hotel to the catamaran.

The excursion overall is good, a little rushed in the middle but overall good. The food on the catamaran was very nice, and the sailing to and fro excellent.

The cruise was excellent with friendly, helpful staff, good food and advice. The mud pools and waterfall were brilliant with staff taking photographs for us spontaneously. The stop-off for a swim / snorkelling was great with good quality equipment provided. The rest of the return cruise was a bit tedious. The transfer arrangements were a shambles. We were ready at 07.50 hrs and then told it had been changed to 08.20 without us being notified. How we ended up on the right bus back is a mystery

We would have enjoyed it more if we stayed on the boat. The mud springs is just a cattle market, one we stood aside & watched. Silly gimick, hearding sheep in & out. Rushed, novelty thing. The waterfall too, beautiful but so crammed, rushed & noisy. The boat trip itself was brill as were the staff, would live it to have just been the boat part. The food for lunch was dreadful & i threw most of mine away. The rice was barely warm, tepid, & i know is a real health hazzard when reheated!

Liked the whole experience from beginning to end. staff were wonderful friendly accommodating. I was told I could have 10% off if I book through you so I did. I chose you instead of another company which offered it cheaper. But when I booked I did not realise I had to put in a code to get the discount. Why do you do that? Just automatically give the discount. So I~ ended up paying more for being loyal to you when you were not loyal to me causing me to have to jump hoops to get discount.

book the diamond club has own pool your own butlars who can book restaurants for you and sort out things quickly. the main hotel bars not so good at times you can wait 30 minutes to get served always seem to run out of certain drinks bar staff just say supply issue but a senior manager told me no there is is plenty of stock if the bar staff needs more they just ring and more will be delivered in minutes..book the helicopter to the airport around £400 for 2 only 15 minutes worth it for views

Very disappointed with this trip. No Tui reps, with Sandals residents. Sunburnt so wanted to do volcano tour but no choice given. No one to take photos as guides only interested in sandals guests. Everything was rushed, no time to shower or enjoy the mud baths, waterfall. Boat staff was fantastic, lots of rum punch and great food

Worth the money. At first it seemed a little expensive for a boat trip but we got to see a lot of St Lucia by boat and mini bus. The staff on the trip were very entertaining, the food was great - they offered rice, salad, chicken and fish and drinks were flowing all day. You don’t get a lot of time at the mud bath or waterfall, just enough time for a photo and then back on the bus. The snorkelling was good and 40 minutes was just enough time. Great to get to see a glimpse of Marigot Bay too. We just wished it went on for longer as we were all just getting in to the party spirit when we returned back to the marina!

Everything was perfect from pick up to drop off. We were picked up and taken to the boat, all staff are super friendly, professional and helpful and clearly want all their guests to have a good time and be safe. The experience itself was superb, well run and good quality. I have been on experiences before where you are waiting around for other guests or just general waiting time, but it was run so well there was none of this and I think that's what made it so pleasurable for us. We were lucky to also see dolphins and whales on our boat.

The hotel is lovely. It's located right on the beach with wonderful views across the bay. The hotel itself is clean and tidy although it could probably do with a little TLC. All the staff are really helpful and friendly.

The Queen of the Caribbean crew were all very lovely and friendly. Felt very safe on the boat. Food good and dancing and music was fun. Volcano wasn't quite as expected but guide very knowledgeable.

Catamaran good. Food ok. Staff pleasant. Trip to Soufriere itself only average. Smelled of sulphur bad at times..not curable! Drive through volcano not what we expected. Interesting but very short. If we had known would have gone to mud baths. Waterfall also very understated . Still had an enjoyable day on catamaran

Good trip, variety of activities & places to see on trip, however advert misleading as Botanical Gardens are no longer part of the trip. 20% refunded swiftly by TUI. Loved the catamaran, snorkelling, views of the Pitons, waterfalls. Mud bath very very hot!!
