Det dök inte upp några delfiner och vi kunde inte heller simma då det krävdes höga hopp från båten och det vågade inte mitt barn. Utflykten bör inte marknadsföras som delfin safari om delfiner inte kan garanteras. Totalt slöseri med tid.

The boat crew were amazing, unfortunately we almost missed the bus, if it hadn't of been for the bus man coming to look for us we would have missed the bus and lost our money/trip as were told the wrong bus stop by TUI staff. Boat crew were great with father in law who was quite poorly, had no use of left arm due to a stroke and we're brilliant with him.

Tui verantwoordelijke vertelde ons dat het snorkelen inbegrepen was in deze activiteit. We kozen daarom deze activiteit maar dit materiaal was niet aanwezig op de boot.

We were advised pick up, 15 minutes late, driver was excellent, we arrived left harbour at 10.30am. Boat was excellent, the lady advisor was very polite when asking questions, they gave us what we travelled for, a group photo opportunity to see dolphins close up, we been on a few trips but this experience was far the best we had. Fantastic value. thank you,

All staff were very friendly, lots of seats on boat. Got to see loads of dolphins and for a long period of time, it was incredible. We got some excellent videos of them through the clear blue water. Lovely views when we got to go and swim in the ocean, closer to the shoreline.

Whole trip was great, got picked up down the road from the hotel, got to Puerto Rico and straight on the boat, all staff were friendly, seen the dolphins, stopped for a swim, got back to port then straight back on the bus

Op de eerste plaats was de dag dat geboekt was al slechts geregeld. Ze zijn ons niet komen ophalen terwijl de opstapplaats goed was en dat we er al drie kwartier hebben staan wachten. We hebben toen een andere dag kunnen boeken en toen kwamen ze wel. Dat was dus frustrerend. Verder was het wel leuk.

Een uur zwemmen in deze tijd is veel te lang en veel te koud, maar een enkeling ging zwemmen de rest moet dan wachten. Liever langer op zoek naar dolfijnen, want die hebben we er maar max 10 gezien. Als je aan de goede kant van de boot stond op dat moment. Zakjes vooraf uitdelen ivm de wilde zee. Was alleen chips te koop om te eten.

We were given a second chance! The first trip we went on the crew couldn't find any dolphins, although we experienced flying fish, a first for me. At the end of the trip the skipper announced we could rebook for free for another attempt. So we did, we even had a coach pick up and return included. This time we also saw a pod of Atlantic spotted dolphins which was fantastic to watch. It was so lovely to be given a second chance and the crew were so lovely.

De activiteit zelf was erg leuk, goed geregeld door de crew. Ze hebben net zo lang gezocht totdat ze de dolfijnen vonden. Nadeel voor ons dat de transfer niet is gekomen, waardoor we zelf een taxi moesten regelen.

Any anxiety about getting on a boat was soon alleviated by the professional staff and the announcements by the captain were wonderful at keeping us informed about what wildlife we could see and where. The only improvement I could suggest is we would've liked to have been told is the time of the swim as we weren't sure when it would be taking place. Overall an incredible experience and we would definitely recommend it!

Het is sowieso al heerlijk om op het water te zijn, dus eigenlijk kon het uitstapje niet mislukken. We hebben een leuke school dolfijnen gezien en het zwemmen vanaf de boot was heerlijk. Gratis frisdrank aan boord was ook fijn. Voor wat de gids betreft...die hadden ze wel thuis kunnen. De man heeft werkelijk alleen gezegd dat we op de terugweg moesten opletten dag we in bus 7 stapten en vervolgens heeft hij op de terugweg alleen de uitstapplaatsen omgeroepen. Geen enkele toetevoegdewaarde.

I didn’t like the fact it was a 2 hour coach journey prior to the trip and I hadn’t been made aware of that, due to how many pick ups there were and the fact people weren’t ready and us having to wait around. Other than that the day was good. Also the swim would have been better to happen nearer the the start and the end so we had time to dry before getting back on the coach

Der Service und die Organisation waren sehr gut, bis auf die Abholung. Die Stelle an der der Bus die Gäste abholt sollte genauer beschrieben sein. "Kreisel xy" ist nicht ausreichend, wenn der Bus nochmal ca. 100-200m an einer anderen Stelle steht. Dadurch das natürlich viele Busse fahren, weiß man nicht direkt zu welchem man gehört. Die Bootfahrt und Delfinschau waren sehr gut, aber absolut nichts für seekranke Menschen. Die Wellen sind doch schon teilweise sehr stark.

Het minder leuke aan de trip was een uur lang mensen ophalen voordat de trip begon. Dus 2 uur in de bus om mensen op te halen dus bij elkaar duurde de busreis 1 1/2 uur. Terwijl het een half uur rijden is. Dat vond ik erg tegenvallen. Verder was,alles prima geregeld

The staff were lovely, they were really informative and the tour kept perfectly to time. I'd recommend sitting downstairs as you get closer to the dolphins as when you are out of the harbour you can move to the front and sides of the boat (plus there's more shade). Free soft drinks are also included.

The pick up drop offs took 4 hours which is way too much for a 3 hour experience. I know it’s more economic for TUI but with.two young kids and no food or toilet breaks it made the trip 7 hours. Good once there though.

Er stond bij inclusief transfer vanaf het hotel, wij zouden om 10 uur opgehaald worden bij het hotel maar dit bleek niet het geval. Wij hebben toen met Tui gebeld en toen wisten zij het ook niet, uiteindelijk moesten we rennen om nog optijd bij de boot aan te komen. Het was niet duidelijk aangegeven dat wij zelf naar de activiteit moesten gaan omdat er inclusief transfer bij stond. Dit moet voortaan echt beter aangegeven worden.

Leuk: heel veel dolfijnen gezien!!! Boot was ook ruim genoeg Zwemmen minder goed georganiseerd. Mensen mochten niet uit het water omdat mensen er nog in wilden. Daardoor bijna paniek omdat er mensen echt wel moe werden van het zwemmen. Dus misschien een idee om een erin en een eruit kant te maken. Het was niet duidelijk naar welke haven of boot we moesten in Puerto rico. Mensen in de haven hebben ons goed geholpen

What ruined it for us was their was no boat information so we had no idea which boat to get on. We bought via app the month before going. Told no rep at hotel but 1 arrived the next day. We asked about the boat and she said the spirt of the sea. Today we got there and told not them try next boat along. They said yes got on boat about to leave and asked us to get off wasn't them. Told go the other end of the harbour the really big catamaran. Told yes was them and again as about to get on no.

Huikean hieno elämys. Näimme paljon delfiinejä ja jopa valaan. Uintipysähdyksen aikana oli mukava käydä uimassa ja nauttia virvokkeita. Merenkäynti oli välillä tosi kovaa!

Själva upplevelsen var bra men otroligt dåligt information från TUI gällande vart man ska bli upphämtad. Vi fick klura ut det helt själva vart bussen skulle hämta upp oss. Ingen tui guide ens i närheten att fråga heller.

Personalen var jättebra på att berätta, informera. Superbra resa dock inte med mindre barn, under typ 10 år. Svårt att röra sig på båten då det går ganska stora vågor. Svårt för mindre barn att se då de flesta hänger över relingen för att knäppa kort på delfinerna som gärna simmade väldigt nära båten.

Selve oplevelsen på vandet var godt. Vi så en lille delfinfamilie og to hvaler, og efterfølgende badede vi ved bugten. Dog kan det ikke anbefales at booke turen, såfremt man ikke bor ved Puerto Rico eller Puerto Mogán. Vi boede ved Bahia Feliz og busturen - hvor alle andre i de nærtliggende byer, skulle hentes - tog c. 1,5 timer. Havde vi selv skulle tage bussen, havde turen maks. taget 20 min. Det havde været lettere og tidsbesparende, hvis vi havde booket turen udenom TUI.

Gut war, dass die Delfine gesucht aber nicht gejagt wurden, wir waren nah an den Tieren dran und am Ende ging die Tour sogar eine halbe Stunde länger als geplant. Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Nicht so gut war der Wellengang (wofür der Veranstalter aber absolut nichts kann). Uns ging es gut aber man hätte mehr auf eventuellen starken Wellengang und damit verbundene Seekrankheit aufmerksam machen sollen, da das Boot stark geschaukelt hat, was am Anfang ein mulmiges Gefühl ausgelöst hat.

Es war ein toller Ausflug mit einer mega Crew. Allerdings war meine Familie und ich extrem Seekrank so das wir den Ausflug leider überhaupt nicht genießen konnten. Was aber nicht mit der Crew oder dem Ausflug selbst zutun hatte. Die Crew hat sich sehr sehr gut um alle Seekranken gekümmert. Leider waren es bei unserm Trip rund 80% denen es nicht gut ging.

Der Transfer hat reibungslos funktioniert und war bei Hin- und Rückfahrt pünktlich. Wir haben sehr viele Delfine gesehen und fotografieren können! Die Bootstour selbst war bei starkem Wellengang sehr schaukelig und für Menschen mit Seekrankheit nicht zu empfehlen (wie schon in der Beschreibung des Veranstalters angegeben). Der Schwimmstop war in Küstennähe und auch sehr schön (Wechselwäsche empfiehlt sich). Ein sehr gelungener Ausflug uns nur zu empfehlen.
