Great views of the coast lines, the rock faces was great, they have eroded over the years, the batman hole in the rock, as well as the caves, The sunset was a great experience. To watch the sun ?? disappear was great ??. Also the Guide who had local knowledge made the experience even better.

het ophalen en terug brengen naar het hotel verliep super vlot,alles werd ook duidelijk gezegt i.v.m uren om terug te keren .De boottocht zelf vonden wij zeer mooi, moet je echt gezien hebben er werd veel verteld over de streek , leuk extratje was toen de dolfijnen rond de boot kwamen (gebeurd niet altijd ) .De zonsondergang was magisch .op de boot kan je een drankje kopen maar dit kan enkel cash .

We came on this experience 2 years ago and loved it so booked again but disappointed as we were on the boat for 30 minutes less than last time. Last time we saw much more scenery and the price has increased. The guide was excellent as was coach driver. We were expecting the same as last time but disappointed by time difference on the boat.

I felt that the kids pool could have had some shade, parasols from around the seating area had to be used to cover the edged when the big pool had lots of natural shade from buildings and a tree. It made the kids pool very warm all day. Service was always good and staff very helpful and friendly. Bit disappointed that we couldn't fill water bottles though so had to buy water to take to the rooms. Rooms were nice and clean but nowhere to hang wet swimwear on the balcony

Obviously everyone wanted to be on the top floor of the boat to get the best view and therefore the experience was overbooked. We had to stand. The drinks available with the voucher given were absolutely disgusting as was the fizz at the point of sunset. The TUI guide was good and the transfer from our hotel was very comfortable. We had a nice evening but felt that the boat bit was below our expectations.

Boat trip was lovely! Sunset seen and lots of photo opportunities! Should have taken cash to use onboard the boat though, to buy the professional photos taken by staff there, and for drinks and snacks (or bring your own). Would have liked a bit longer in San Antonio maybe (though an hour and a half seems long it wasn’t long enough to really explore or sit down for a service type meal so many tourists including myself ended up in fast food restaurants eating KFC or Burger King on street benches)!

Sunset itself was disappointing but the boat trip was lovely and we had enough time for dinner in San Antonio. However, we had not been warned that we needed cash to buy additional drinks on the boat and didn’t have a physical card with us to be able to withdraw cash. Initially the rep booked us for the wrong date but thankfully we both realised before the trip so this was resolved.

I turned up at the meeting point on my text 15 mins before the start and waited more then an hour for no one to show up , I asked port staff where the TUI boat goes from no one had every heard of it , I could not even see any people getting on boats , I never got to go on the trip

Super Sunset auf dem Boot, kurzer Aufenthalt im der Stadt, aber mit fast 7 Stunden anders, als erwartet für den ganzen Trip. Lange Transferzeit. 90 mon Boot, 60 min Stadt dann im Verhältnis wenig.

It was fantastic, from pick up to drop off. The staff were really pleasant and I got the feeling that they just loved what they did. The sunset was spectacular that night too and the tour around the coast was really informative and interesting. Due to the extremely high temperatures that week, the breeze was a welcome beak too. Over all an enjoyable trip and the sunset was amazing and enjoyed the time in San Antonio afterwards. The coach guide seemed a little hesitant so may have been new but was friendly. The boat guide was very informative. It was a struggle to bring the drinks up onto the top deck, no help offered.

We never got on the cruise because the bus that was supposed to pick us up never turned up at our pickup point. We were ment to be picked up at 7.11, we arrived at 6.57 at our pick up point and finally gave up at 7.35 with no bus arriving. My wife and I were really looking forward to go on this cruise as it was the last evening of our holiday. It was such a big disappointment and took the shine off our first holiday in 10 years. I am looking that you will fully reimburse us the full cost of£92.

Pick ups were to long, drivers were miserable and no introduction, driving horrendous and scary, guide was not orderly, not enough outside spaces for everyone so we ended up sitting inside looking through a plastic window, when guide was doing her speech upstairs we couldn’t hear anything, no actual stopping for sunset, when boat trip finished we got 1 hour 30 minutes to do something which wasn’t long enough, then to top it off walking down a dark smelly alleyway to get back. Dreadful waste!

Gebucht habe ich, das ich von Hotel abgeholt werde Fehlanzeige um sonst gewartet, eine telefonische anfrage zu TUI lautete, die Nummer existiert nicht oder bin zur Zeit nicht erreichbar darauf habe ich ein Taxi bestellt der mich zum angegebenen Treffpunkt bringen sollte auch der wusste nicht’s mit dem namens des Treffpunkt anzufangen also bat ich ihn mich nach San Antonio zu fahren zum nächsten Treffpunkt das klappte mit 32€. zusätzlich für das Taxi. Darum 5 punkte für den Service

Fahrt vom Hotel: nicht die von der Mitarbeiterin angekündigten "ungefähr 30 Minuten", sondern fast das Dreifache (1 Stunde 20 Minuten). Auf dem Boot: angeblich ein Freibeträge - aber nicht von der Karte, sondern ein kleiner Becher No-Name-Limo. Man soll ein Foto von sich machen lassen, sehr teuer. Die Bootstour selber ist ganz nett, aber überhaupt nichts Besonderes, see Kommentar ("people have a food time here, dream of peace") unterirdisch. Die Stadt: touristisch, voller ********** Engländer

Sent us to the wrong pick up point and couldn't find the boat taking us. Rang Tui for help and although they tried to help us they couldn't so I've asked for a refund which I will demand for on my return to the UK, as this was a shocking experience which I don't recommend at all

The tour guide was nervous to begin with as her first excursion. But Sophie soon calmed her nerves and was an excellent tour guide. On arrival at San Antonio, we met up with Olivia and joined some other tourists also. Once on board the boat, we were soon on our way and enjoying the knowledgeable commentary,gliding past the enchanting little beaches and caves. Once, we had seen the sights, we stopped to view the beautiful sunset and celebrated this with Cava. The captain was also very attentive.

We had no idea the boat left from San Antonio, only that we had time in San Antonio after the cruise, didn’t realise it was an hours bus ride to get the boat. There was no guide til we got to San Antonio, felt we were on a magical mystery tour initially. When we met guide, we were so far back couldn’t hear what she was saying, blindly followed others to the quayside where the guide pointed out landmarks for our return to the bus station. Drinks on boat awful, cava was sooo dry! Sunset amazing!!

We loved the adult only areas. The pool was gorgeous. All staff were superb! So helpful and lots of fun. The gardens were spotless and beautiful. Food was good. We particularly loved T Beach.

Der Guide hat, nachdem wir aus dem Bus in Empfang genommen wurden, nichts erklärt, wie die Tour abläuft. Außerdem sprach sie leider ein sehr schlechtes Englisch. Ansonsten war der Sonnenuntergang sehr schön und die Informationen, die ich verstanden habe, interessant.

Inka was our guide and she was amazing got picked up right outside hotel and dropped off Inka did not leave us at all to which I was very grateful for as I suffer from anxiety and me and my son went as my daughter and husband don’t like boats but it was definitely worth doing to see the beautiful parts of the island you can’t see on land we paid £40 each and had two drinks and shopping time in San Antonio was amazing will do it again next time.

The staff are very nice and friendly and the rooms are spotlessly clean. A Kettle in every room would be a bonus also Net curtains for privacy. The restaurant was very busy especially at breakfast. Longer opening hours would assist with this, also in the evening 9 o’clock finish seemed early. Fabulous location near the town and beautiful beaches.

From booking the trip with Kristof to the very end was amazing. Kristof our tui rep in the hotel was fab, he explained everything and made sure he had let them know we had a wheelchair taking with us. The sunset cruise was amazing, lovely staff, amazing views and a nice bit if free time before you head back to the bus. I would highly recommend this trip and go again in a heartbeat

It is a great way to visit the west coast of the island and we enjoyed having time in San Antonio after the cruise which meant we got to see the Sunset strip. The sunset was disappointing both times (non-existent the second time) which isn't anyone's fault but we felt that the guide on the boat could have done better to upsell it - instead of mentioning the lovely colours the clouds were producing she just said 'oh well no sunset this time'!!!! Hmmm. The coach transfer is also SO long...

The staff on the boat were excellent although the actual boat trip was less than a hour. It says the excursion 2-4 hours. We were 5 1/2 hours from getting picked up to being dropped off. The first bus was so hot heating was set at 23° had to ask to turn it down

Good trip,informative guide,nice vibe on the boat,obvs sunset can’t be guaranteed but great views anyway,,sangria and cava a nice touch,free time in San Antonio afterwards,good transfers,back at hotel in time for a drink,done a few boat trips in Ibiza I’d say this one is reasonably priced and worth the money and that was without seeing the sunset due to cloud cover which is out of anyones control-but when it’s there over that part of the island it’s a spectacular sight for sure

The whole trip was good the TUI rep was very informative from the time we got on the buss at the harbour on the cruise and after The cruise its self was great just a shame the dust stopped us seeing the sunset but the rest of the cruise was great and would do it again next time I visit ibiza

Het was een aangename excursie. De boot trip was erg leuk, er was genoeg tijd om de zonsondergang te bekijken, de omgeving was ook prachtig. In San Antonio was er ook voldoende tijd om het stadje te verkennen en van de omgeving te genieten.
