Retken tiedoissa lukee kestoksi noin 6-8 tuntia, matka kesti kokonaisuudessaan 12 tuntia. Perillä hotellilla oltiin vasta keskellä yötä klo 2.30 aikaan.

2 hour drive there turned into 3.5 hours in minibus with much less leg room than other tours I’ve been on, air conditioning wasn’t switched on despite asking the driver who ignored us, also ignored us asking for a toilet stop on the way home until 15 minutes before drop off, Patong good though.

Gids snapt er niets van, spreekt geen woord Engels. Na te late pickup staan we 45 min. later weer bij ons hotel omdat hij mensen mist. Onderweg zitten die dan in een andere bus. Met 9 mensen in een te krappe bus, enige TUI excursie deze vakantie en meteen weer duidelijk waarom. Alleen verdienen en geen comfort of service.

We didn’t get the experience that was advertised. We were picked up from Khao Lak with our beach bags as it stated we needed this but there was no stop at Patong beach first. It took 3hrs to arrive in Patong main city and it was almost dark. No market apart from food really. Also all the bars have strippers ect and shows we didn’t want to see. We escaped to an M&S London(!) until our bus back. Disappointed!

En kveldstur til Patong Beach der du får 6 timer for deg selv, du kan gjøre alt mulig der. Dette er ingen guida tur, så det eneste som er avtalt er møtested og møtetidspunkt i nærheten av Bangla Road. Verdt å besøke.

Sleazy, prostitution on every corner. Purse was pick pocketed from bag. Felt very unsafe and could not wait to get back to hotel.

Ich sitze hier in der Hotel Lobby und sollte in 5 Minuten abgeholt werden. Jetzt bekomme ich eine E-Mail , dass es ausfällt, wegen einer Änderung des Betriebstages. Was soll das, mir das 5 Minuten vor Beginn das zu schreiben?

Der Fahrer an dich supernett. Allerdings bekommt man nicht was msn gebucht hat. 3 (!) h Anfahrtszeit von Khao Lak aus - mitten hinein in die Rush Hour. Wenn man weiss, wann in Patong der Verkehr am Meisten ist, dann sollte man die Organisation anpassen. Es wurde im Angebotstext versprochen " Baden am Patong Beach", davon war vor Ort nie die Rede, es war zu spät bei Ankunft, es kam auch keine Info, wohin wir dafür müssten. Wir wurden, wie bei einer Kaffeefahrt ausgesetzt.

Tui Changed date so moved to night before we where getting picked up early to fly home got told will be back for midnight was back before 2am driver was late picking up from Phucket it’s patong and not Phucket didn’t need till 23:30 there

The time to get there is more like 3.5 hours with all the pick ups if one of the first, the driver knows the roads and how to drive in Phuket as it’s mental but if not used to that could be scary. To spend the time exploring is something you have to see and recommend it’s an eye opener. Worth it but the journey there was too long

Bra utflykt, kostnaden för utflykten täckte i princip kostnaden för transport tur och retur. Trodde dock vi skulle till staden Phuket men åkte till Patong istället, men fungerade lika bra. Helt klart utflykten för dig som gillar närheten till strand och vilt nattliv. Trevlig chaufför som väntade in alla trots efter återkomsttiden till bilen, men notera att man åker på eftermiddagen och kommer tillbaka på natten (runt 02). Överlag helt klart värt pengarna!

Muss man mal gesehen haben. Wir wären am liebsten noch öfter runtergefahren. Vorallem für diesen günstigen Preis. Die fahrt zieht sich leider sehr ist es aber wert :)

Kuljetus olisi voinut tapahtua 1-2 tuntia aikaisemmin tai illan pituutta ko paikassa olisi hieman voitu lyhentää. Itse olimme jo hyvissä ajoin hakupaikalla norkoilemassa ja odottamassa kuljetusta takaisin hotellille jossa olimme meidän mielestä ihan liian myöhään, n. klo: 01.30

Driver was very good on our 2 hour drive to patong/phuket. We arrived around 17:30 and were picked up again at 23:30. We did research before so we were prepared for patong….. it’s busy, touts constantly trying to sell you things. Offered drugs, ********** , ping pong clubs….. etc this has nothing to do with tennis you understand……As long as you aren’t easily offended and can laugh it off you’ll have a good time, some good bars, food and shops. Lots of water sports on the beach. Good night out.

At first you think the evening will drag and there will be nothing to do but you couldn't be more wrong. By the end of the evening you're still wanting more. This evening is the most explosive, inspiring; fun packed times you could ever which for. So much to do to fill the evening and so much more to do you'll want to go back. We thoroughly enjoyed the shooting range we stumbled across and had the best time. The music, the shopping the Spiderman singer all added to this amazing evening.

2 Stunden fahrt hin und dann freie Zeit zur Vergnügung. Abfahrt ins Hotel dann um 11.30 pm - hat dann aber nur 1 Stunde 20 gedauert. Die Badesachen braucht man in Pantong nicht wirklich, wenn man nicht vor hat Schwimmen zu gehen. Patong by night ist jedenfalls ein Erlebnis wert. Viele shopping und Partymöglichkeiten. In der walking street wirds spannend wenn die Nacht einbricht. Allenfalls sehenswert und das absolute Gehenteil zu Khao Lak

It’s a great value for money to get to Patong as taxi would have cost much more however we didn’t get there until nearly 5 pm due to the traffic. Would be much better if the pick up from hotel was earlier than 2pm so we would get there earlier to enjoy the beach as well and would not be that rushed. Pick up should be 12pm perhaps so we could have got there in decent time and could enjoy it more without rushing.

Easy ride to Patong (2h from Khao Lak). The region was impressive per sé. Though it was unclear until arrival there, that we would drive back at 11:30pm. On return we had the Patong Taxi experience with music and lights.

The ride was a bumpy and fast one ,nice driver couldn’t speak English ,we got handed a piece of paper to tell us pick up time ,other then that we didn’t really have any contact, If you don’t like crowds this is not for you ,

Phuket lohnt sich als Ausflug leider nicht. Extrem aufdringliche und teils sehr aggressive Promoter der einzelnen Clubs und Restaurants. Strand extrem voll, überall Speedboote um die Gleitschirme zu ziehen, Jetskis, … Keine schöne Atmosphäre, waren froh als es wieder zurück ins Hotel ging. Aus heutiger Sicht hat sich der halbe Tag nicht gelohnt, wäre am Strand besser investiert gewesen.
