Mystic Mountain Adventure Pass

Part of the advertised tour was not available and hadn’t been for 2 years

The time on the ticket was incorrect so we had to wait for over an hour for the transfer. Then we were given a private vehicle instead to get us there which was lovely. The chair lift was really fantastic to get to the park. In the park all food and drinks were very expensive so better to get the deal with the meal ticket. My daughter then decided she did want to do the Bob sleigh, we only had the basic deal, so we spoke to the staff at the attraction. She asked us to pay 90 dollars (2 people)for one go and didn’t show us the brochure price. I said no so she then led us into the toilet and said she would do us a deal for 30 dollars, put it in her back pocket and used her pen to add it to our wristband. This was all very uncomfortable. The nature trail was shut unless you get a guide and pay them, the bird garden was tiny.

We booked the basic pass then paid for the activities whilst there

A package that includes lunch at mystic mountain would be a great offer, we paid and upgraded our package on the day to include all the rides, cost more than if it were in a package already
