Aqualand park itself was great with a large variety of water slides. The Tui rep was fantastic but we encountered problems when speaking to a couple of the lifeguards who were unable to understand what we were asking. This was a concern as it would have posed a problem if there had been an emergency. We also observed that there were obvious height restrictions on the slides yet small children that were obviously under this restriction were still allowed to ride. This is a safety concern.

The wave pool was only operated twice during the g the whole day. In other water parks we have visited it is every hour. My son has been very sick since visiting. The only thing we can think of is some water has gone in his mouth and caused this. Would not recommend this water park and would not visit again.

We got to the park and unfortunately there was a thunderstorm so all got closed for 45 mins and only had a short time at the park so couldn’t go on everything, but the 4 we did manage were good! wasnt enough floats about and lots of waiting unless you wanted to pay another €70 for fast passes and food was expensive

Great day out for family - kids particularly enjoyed the slide where you skimmed over the water on a plastic sledge which was very different to any we've done in the UK. It was busy and there was quite a bit of queuing but the TUI rep had warned us about this and told us to take water shoes so we didn't burn our feet while waiting. Great advice. We were able to save costs by sitting on the grass in the shade of a tree and used the picnic area as they charge for sunbeds loungers.

Aqualand was absolutely brilliant it’s very expensive for food and drink though! We paid €230 for a family of 4 which is ok But good and drink is another €50-100 and if you want fast pass which my kids kept begging for is another €100 Next time I’ll be more prepared as it was my 1st trip However none of it ruined our experience it exceed my expectations I’ll definitely go back the kids loved it

Heel druk. Er worden Speed passen heel duur verkocht. Heb je er geen kun je eigenlijk enkel de gewone glijbanen doen. Veel tijd is er anders niet. Vanuit Tui hadden we een Golden ticket. We zouden voorrang krijgen om het park te betreden maar we moesten toch gewoon aanschuiven. In deze tickets zat 1 drankje. Onze dochter drinkt enkel plat water. Met dit ticket was dit niet mogelijk enkel soft drink. We hebben dan water moeten bijkopen.

Overpriced to get in. The Fast passes are then a further €70 pp up from about €40 last year. Food is exorbitant. Gold option offered by TUI is not worth it. Advertised as speedy entry to park. In reality, the guide gets the tickets and you join the general entry queue. Huge queues for rides, even with fast pass. Lifeguards seem disinterested and are not proactive in managing queueing system. And were negligent and disinterested with regards to safety when I was there

This trip was far to short, once we were picked up and the coach was mixed we another trip and got to Aqualand it had already been open an hour we were then told pick up again was at 4pm which didn’t leave us much time. Aqualand itself was amazing but we paid for a full day and had to leave 2 hours before it closed. That’s 3 hours of Aqualand we had to miss. When paying lots of money for a family you expect to have the whole day there. TUI really haven’t thought about this trip

We did have a good day, the TUI coach / provider was good . However aqualand as a whole wasn’t the best experience - organisation for fast past was chaos , staff in shop were rude and all the videos we watched on YouTube mention 35€ cost for fast pass we were prepared to pay this but on arrival it’s €70 per person for fast pass - absolute rip off !Considering the cost of the entrance . We went to a water park in Crete last year , same time no need for fast pass and a lot more included in price

great day , but poor customer experience let down the day. i stupidly left a hat on the bus on way back. realised straight away as bus pulled off. that hat was great important to me. tui reps not interested, even thought they knew the rep on the bus , coach firm etc - just shrugged shoulders and said fill in the online form. obvs the form is absolutely useless and just got AI response. so hat is gone. it didn't need to be gone., and i and very disappointed in tui for that

We thought we would have longer there as our rep said we would be picked up at 5 but was then told we would be getting picked up at 3.45. The park didn't close until 6pm. The queues were massive and only got on 4 rides. It's really over priced. The fast track tickets are between €25 and €75 so again very pricey on top of the entrance fee and transport. The floors are very slippy and hurt my back by stopping myself slipping. Tiles are missing in the kids splash area so it's dangerous.

Overpriced, The que time for all slides are far too long for the alloted time of the coach pick up. The tour guide wasn't clear at all on where we should go or what we should do, he didnt have a uniform so wasn't easy to pick out. The floor at aquamarine is NOT slip proof! It's very slippery when wet. Just vert poor value for money.

Aqualand itself was great. We felt cheated by TUI as the organised transport home meant we had to pack away and leave the park just after 3pm. Park closes at 6pm meaning we’d shelled out a lot of money and missed out on 30% of the day. If we’d have known this up front we’d have used another provider. The original complaint raised was not really dealt with. A terrible waste of money on our part.

We were at the Piquafort Park Hotel and our rep was poorly, not having one for our first 3 days. The hotel reception were very helpful and directed us to Son Baulo hotel and managed to book through Leo. Not all the information given was accurate, having made the decision to spend more on the "gold" package. We were told that the gold package got a reduction on a 20 Euro fast pass, but this was 40 euros. We were also told that we would get 10% off food, but this isn't part of it either.

Ik zou nooit meer deze excursie via Tui met de bus boeken. We moesten al om 16.00 uur bij de bus zijn terwijl het park tot 18.00 uur open is. Echt onbegrijpelijk! Ik zou de volgende keer altijd met met de auto gaan zodat je zelf de eindtijd kunt bepalen. Naderhand klacht ingediend bij TUI maar ze verwijzen er gewoon naar dat de dag tussen de 4 en de 8 uur zal duren; dit is in mijn ogen een te ruim begrip.

Our guide was outstanding and it was great to have him look after us. The park was insanely expensive, 40 euros for two fast food meals! Fast passes for one adult and one child were 80 euros, which became 72 with the discount we received. The free sunbed and ice cream and drinks were nice. The lockers worked well. You can only use these with a bank card, no cash. A few clear signs would help make clear the rides adults weren't allowed on as this confused so many people. coaxh driver ace too!

Det var et fint badeland. Mye å være med på, men en del venting. Fordel med fast pass. Bussen til TUI skulle vært der ved åpningstid, og gått tilbake senere enn den gjorde.. Altså oppholde i parken kunne vært lengre enn 5 time.

Lots of choice for slides. Something for everyone and the teens loved it. We found it quite pricey, 36 euros each to get fast pass even though tickets were 68 euros each. 10 euros for each photo and 7 euros for a small locker. Apart from price, we did enjoy it. We did feel the time we had was short after a drop off after 10 and pick up at 3.30. Would have preferred longer

Die Organisation hat gut geklappt. Leider war unser Guide unfreundlich. Sie hat kaum Englisch gesprochen. Eine Verständigung war nicht möglich. Es hätte wohl auch noch eine Option „Gold“ gegeben. Auf das wurden wir leider nicht aufmerksam gemacht. Alles in allem wäre es vermutlich sinnvoller, ein Taxi zu buchen und den Eintritt separat zu kaufen.

Grundsätzlich schöner Park. Aber der dort eingeführte Fast Pass ist eine reine Geldbeschaffungsaktion. Kunden die normal Eintritt zahlen werden als Menschen zweiter Klasse behandelt und in den Fast Pass gezwungen. Spätestens zu Mittag hatten dann aber so viele den Fast Pass aufgebucht, dass auch diese trotz einer massiven Mehrinvestition von doch 40 Euro pro Person bei den beliebtesten Attraktionen genauso warten mussten. Ich finde diesen Fastpass unseriös. Der Ärger darüber überlagerte alles.

Aqualand itself was brilliant and our 5yo has the best time on all the slides (there are so many there for the smaller kids!) We paid for 'Gold' which I feel was a waste of money. We arrived after the main opening so there was no 'priority entry'. The free gift for kids at the end is a baseball hat so obviously our son was a little disappointed. We arrived at around 1030 and had to be back on the coach by 340 when we could easily have spent longer there! It was a shame to leave so early.

We paid for the Aqualand gold ticket, 2x adults and 2x children, using our gold ticket we skipped to the front of the queue, x2 Sunbeds, 2 gifts, 4 ice creams and 4 drinks included- we felt this was great value as drinks/ food is expensive in the park. Sunbeds are €5 each if purchased separately. Fast tracks are a MUST in the summer months, you can be waiting around 30/60 mins per slide without. Martin our tour guide was lovely and helpful, great day all round!

We travelled from sa coma. This was about a 1h transfer, we didn't mind this. The bus was cool. Pick up arrived a little late but easy with different pick up points. Pick up was 8.45 and we was collected at 3.45. Aqualand is suitable for all ages. We travelled with two teenagers, they really enjoyed this trip. It was an expensive day out but worth it. Total 205 for tickets and bus. 28 euros each for fast track tickets. 7 euro for a locker. I would take your own food, each meal 20 euros each.

Naar aanleiding van de locatie Aqualand was alles ok, enige dat niet zo leuk bevonden is, is dat het uur van ophalen veel te vroeg was, maar dan ook veel te vroeg. Dit had min één uur à één uur een half later mogen zijn. Bij aankomst van 15.45h wou ik dat meegeven aan de begeleider, maar was van kort antwoord omdat we slecht 5 min later waren. We krijgen de commentaar dat we veel te laat waren en dat we geluk hadden want hij zou om 15.52 vertrokken zijn. Daar hij zo boertig overkwam, ben ik niet

Vi betalade 10 euro extra per person för guld, då skulle man få bla fast pass och slippa stå i långa köer, när vi kom fram så sa de att vi fick 4 euro billigare fast pass för vi hade köpt det. I vanliga fall kostade fast pass 18 euro per person men nu fick vi det för 14 euro istället per person

Kø systemet på badelandet laget unødvendig lange køer selv om det ikke var mye mennesker der,frekke badevakter fikk beskjed om at det var mot he’s problem at jeg hadde tatt feil farget badering for sklien,det fikk jeg beskjed om på toppen etter 30 min kø..de har høyde rangering på skliene slik at barna var for «store» for noen sklier de ville kjøre osv..i utgangspunktet en fin park,men med elendig service og logistikk.. jeg har vært på aquaparker i samtlige verdensdeler men dette er faktisk det

Das Aqualand ist ein schöner Freizeitpark, in den man jede Menge Adrenalin ausstoßen kann. Tolle Rutschen, gerade für die Teenager ein großer Spaß. Das Essen dort sehr teuer und insgesamt kommt man günstiger, wenn man einen der öffentlichen, kostenfreien Busse nimmt und dann ein online Ticket kauft. Wir würden wieder hinfahren

För det första var bussen sen i 30min, sedan var guiden oerhört otrevlig och sade inte ens sitt namn. Bussen vi åkte i var manuell och busschauffören fick motorstopp flertalet gånger med den vilket inte kändes så tryggt. Sedan kom problemet i helhet att vi fick åka buss i totalt 4:30h och bada i 4h.. vi åkte liksom runt i en buss i 1:30h åt fel håll och plockade upp enstaka personer för att sedan åka samma väg tillbaka för att åka mot destinationen. Tui får förklara att det blir mer buss än bad.

Really enjoyable day. Highly recommend getting fast passes. Bring own drinks and food if possible because quite pricey at park. Also sliders or some sort of wet footwear to save your feet on the hot ground

Didn't enjoy anything, overpriced for what in my opinion is not worth a visit. On arrival we had paid for extras, sunbeds, drinks and an ice cream, but according to the rep on the bus we had not and told us it was entry only, I showed her the email I got for what we had paid for but was ignored and she walked of, I followed and demanded we got for what we paid for, after nearly 30 minutes of arguing at gate we were given our vouchers, very disappointed and would definitely not return.

Det bra var den positiva, proffsiga personalen, fräscht boende, egentligen allt förutom att det var lyhört och att pentryt var så trångt, dåligt med avställningsyta när man diskat och det fanns inte så mkt porslin så man var ju tvungen att diska direkt efter middagen. Die Wasserrutschen war mega Cool, die Arbeiten/ Arbeiterin auch sehr nett und hilfbereich. Das alles so gelaufen ,wie das vorher mit die Tui Mitarbeiterin besprochen. Vielen Dank die Überraschung ( kostenlose Liegestuhl, Eiscrem und Trinken )was von Tui mit dem Ticket bekommen. Eine habe ich nicht gefallen, bei dem Parkplatz oder bei Busparkplatz gibt kein Mülleimer .

The food vendors there are really expensive and short staffed. We waited 45minutes for an ice cream and a coffee which wasted park time. It would be good if Tui offered a return discount as this is advertised in the park. We ended up paying the 130 ish euros twice as my children were keen to go back.

The park was quiet but for the price you pay there are not many slides. The food prices are horrendous €5 for a bottle of water and €20 for a thin pizza. The service from staff inside was so rude. It’s a lovely park but not worth the cost of £55 which did include transfer

It was easy to get on all of the slides. We couldn’t find the free sunbeds, free drinks and 10% off of food deal that were sold to us in the gold package. Food on site was extortionate price, but good quality.

Wait time for food/drinks was very very long. Under staffed. Not enough lifeguards/staff at rides or signs confirming height requirements. Guide should send a text or written confirmation of pick up time.

We was told buy the tui rep that we was sold it from had told us we would receive a drink, an ice cream and a sun lounger. Also we was told the money for the lockers would be refunded. We went to the park expecting all this. We didn’t take any cash as we was expecting a drink and ice cream. To be told non of this was included. We then had to use our bank card which was for emergencies. Which we then get charged for. I am really disappointed in this experience. Especially the amount we paid.

Expensive for tickets, the food when you get there is €20 for chicken nuggets and chips, half of the attractions were closed and to top it off the health and safety in the park pretty much didn't exist. Looks to be run by teenagers. Wouldn’t recommend. Some of the slides are good though.

Wonderful day out with the kids. Transfer went smoothly from start to finish, just a little over an hour from our hotel. Theres something for all ages. Take a picnic, food is overpriced and not great. We didn't need fast track passes as wasn't overly busy. Also plenty of grass areas to sit so no need to buy a sunbed for the day.
