Did not really like the katacombs. Very much enjoyed everything else in Palermo and the cathedral in Mondreaux was outstanding. Our tour guide Roberta was fantastic, so knowledgeable a lovely girl who built up a great rapport with our group. She was outstanding.

Hervorragende Reiseleiterin Silvana konnte ihr Wissen gut vermitteln. Sie bemühte sich die Wünsche der Teilnehmenden zu erfüllen. Es war außerdem eine gelöste und freundliche Stimmung. Mit Silvana würde ich Palermo wieder besuchen!

Besichtigungen und Infos der Reiseführern waren gut, der Treffpunkt in Palermo für die Busfahrt war schwierig zu finden, hier wäre es besser wenn die Reiseführern mit zu dem Treffpunkt/Meetingpoint geht und diesen zeigt

Lors de la réservation de l'excursion nous devions avoir un guide francophone. A la prise en charge, malgré que nous nous sommes exprimés en français auprès de la guide, celle-ci n'a pas tilté qu'il y aurait un souci de compréhension. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un groupe exclusivement anglophone. La guide ayant eu pris connaissance de la confirmation que ne devions pas nous retrouver dans ce groupe, cela n'a rien changé !! Payer pour pas avoir ce que l'on demandé !

Roberta was a charming, helpful and knowledgeable guide. Nino was a very competent diver and we felt safe driving through the manic traffic in Palermo. Montreal was beautiful and a peaceful place after the bustle of Palermo. No negatives on this trip. Disappointed with the cancellation of our Lipari trip the following day.

uitleg in 2 talen is teveel en duurde te lang. Je verlies veel tijd daarmee. Je zou de keuze moeten hebben om de kathedraal van Monreale op eigen tempo te bezichtigen en daardoor nog tijd over hebben om de kloostergangen te bezichtigen. De tocht in Palermo is interessant maar wel op een snel tempo. Niet veel tijd over om zelf iets te bezoeken of te ontdekken. Wel ideaal om de volgende dag Palermo op eigen tempo te ontdekken.

Firstly TUI administration messed up. We booked this excursion at least two months before our trip organised by TUI to Cefalù. We turned up at the appointed place 10 minutes early. When the coach arrived the guide didn't have anyone booked by TUI on his list. So he was about to leave without the four people who booked through TUI. Fortunately the guide had the sense to ring TUI to check if we were on the list and TUI admin accepted that those 4 people were on the list. Secondly the start of th

The guide, Salvatore, was excellent. Very friendly, efficient and a brilliant translator. However, he had to translate everything into French and English, which meant that at any one time, half of the guests were bored ! I believe the trip should have been split into two, one in French and one in English. It would have made Salvatore's job a lot easier and led to a more enjoyable experience for all the guests. Other than that, the trip was perfect !

A little more information regarding the whole trip itinerary would be useful as we were unaware that street food was included . The food was very good but we had to wait approximately an hour for it as the suppliers couldn’t cope with the number of people on our trip so it was rather chaotic. Wrong information about pickup times from tui meant we had to return to Cefalù to pickup more passengers before continuing on to Palermo , the bus also broke down on the return journey.

This was a very full day and we saw all the main important sights with a knowledgable and helpful guide. The group was large I would estimate somewhere between 40 and 45 people. This was awkward on extremely busy streets for the people of Palermo and led to slow progress for us. The radio devices were difficult to use in the noisy environment and in addition the guide had to constantly switch between English and French this made it painful and sometimes impossible to hear.

Die Tour war schön und äußerst interessant. Wir haben viele Empfehlungen und spannende Infos über Palermo und Sizilien erhalten. Die freie Zeit war für mich ausreichend. Ich werde Palermo auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen! Unsere lokale Reiseführerin hat einen ausgezeichneten Job gemacht. Zudem war sie ausgesprochen freundlich und witzig. Eine Tour mit ihr ist sehr empfehlenswert. :)

Roberta our tour guide was the star of the day. She has an infectious sense of humour coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of both history and culture borne very clearly from a love of the area that she has grown up in. Her knowledge and understanding of Palermo in particular was clearly down to her affection for the city and her 4 years living there. Palermo despite a darker history is now a vibrant city and I would have preferred to concentrate the whole trip there. Thank you Roberta

De Palermo tour was de moeite waard. Zeker gids Roberta kwam daar vandaan en wist ons met veel enthousiasme veel te vertellen. Helaas is Palermo te groot om in zo'n korte tijd erdoorheen te gaan.

Guiden var igen rigtigt god. Det gør sig gældende for de fleste ture. Der var samtidigt god tid til egen opdagelse ved stops. Som altid kommer der en ekstra pris i form af entre ifm tuis udflugter… det synes jeg personligt godt man kunne have inkluderet i prisen eller gjort opmærksom på. Derudover skulle vi skifte bus og måtte vente i ca. 45 min på dette. Men det gjorde tui godt igen ved at tilbyde snacks på food market. God stil.

Utflykter skall kompletteras med kontaktuppgifter för både beställaren och ansvarig för utflykterna. Vid en utflykt kom de från hotellet i bil och meddelade att våran buss var trasuh. Det kom en ny efter en timme. Det är bättre om de ansvariga för utflykterna hade kontaktuppgifter om oss .

This was a good trip but it was very tight on time which meant we had little opportunity to stop for drinks. When we got our free time, my partner felt ill as he was dehydrated. Roberta, the guide is amazing and a lovely person that goes over and above. She was so friendly and knowledgable.

The tour guide, Roberta Scialabba was fantastic. She had very good English and was very knowledgeable as well as being friendly and helpful and introduced humour into the day. She was very responsive to the group's needs and was prepared to flex the itinery to meet the group's needs. She related to the whole group and was eager to ensure we had a good experience. The content of the day was excellent and I thought it represented very good value for money with some time for personal wandering built in. It achieved a lot in a short time.
