It may be named after the Roman god of the sea – but Neptune's Grotto was discovered only a couple of hundred years ago. Hidden just above the water level at the base of the towering and remote Capo Caccia cliffs, the grotto is one of Sardinia's most dramatic natural attractions.After sailing from the harbour, you'll pass rugged coastline before reaching the grotto in under an hour. On arrival, you can choose whether to go in to Neptune's Grotto or not. If you do, you'll see stalactites biting down like incisors from the roof of the cave and stalagmites stabbing up from the floor like daggers, and a saltwater lake that stretches out for 120 metres – all while having the geology expertly brought to life by your local guide.If you choose not to take the subterranean tour, you can stay on board basking in the sunshine. Either option is a great way to spend some time before a leisurely trip back to port.

Der var alt for mange i grotten på en gang. Guiden i grotten råbte og skreg hold til venstre og alle vadede rundt hulter til bulter. Vi var i en gruppe hvor 3 personer syntes det var ok at gå og småsynge og de sang ikke godt. Så vi kunne ikke høre hvad der blev fortalt. Der mangler oplysning om at man vil få information om grotten og derfor skal være stille. Men det er selvfølgelig svært når guiden med mikrofonen råbte hold til venstre hele tiden

Great boat tour operator, really nice friendly and efficient staff, perfect boat for the job. The grotto is a surprise. It is spectacular. Way way too many in there at the same time and no apparent capacity limit.

Väldigt häftig grotta men stressigt att ta sig igenom den då det var sjukt mycket folk på ett långt led så man måste anpassa sig efter ledets fart. Ingen möjlighet att se sig omkring när turen i grottan var över utan då var det direkt på båten igen. Hjälm i grottan hade känts tryggare (men det tycker väl bara vi trygghetsknarkare från Sverige...)

Very difficult to find the boat, because there was nothing signed as Antonio's Boats. The trip itself was lovely, other than the boat being so overcrowded that it was impossible to sit down.

Bateau très bien entretenu.
Pratique pour aller aux grottes et revenir.
La visite des grottes (payante en plus) nous a moins plu mais rien à voir avec le transport en bateau.

Obwohl ich eine errinerrungs mail von TUI erhalten habe. Und 270 jm extra für diesen ausflug in kauf genommen habe musste ich vor ort erfahren das die Toure wegen wellengang ausgefallen ist. Konnte diese info nicht weitergegeben werden? Ich habe 1 tag und über 500km machen müssen in meinem wohlverdienten urlaub

Overall a fantastic trip, the only downsides were that the tour of the caves felt rushed, and on the return journey we couldn't get a seat on the boat (im sure there were enough seats but other people spread themselves out and refused to move up) so we had to stand for the whole journey

Die Bootsfahrt ist gut. Die Höhle lohnt sich nicht. Man wird in 20 Minuten durchgejagt und wenn kleine Kinder mal etwas sagen oder Fragen werden sie sofort von der Guide zur Ruhe gerufen. Auch das Englisch von der Dame ist so schlecht, das man kein Wort versteht.

Selve bådturen meget fint. Den guidede tur i grotten gav for lidt tid til oplevelsen. For stor gruppe? Der blev fotograferen og taget selfies i stor omfang - irriterende.

Unsere Buchung wurde zwar um einen Tag nach hinten verschoben- es wurde als Alternative aber die komplette Rückzahlung angeboten.
Wir sind einen Tag später in den Genuss der absolut sehenswerten Grotte gekommen!

Altfor lite informasjon om turen- både fra TUI og fra personal på båt/guider. Vi savnet informasjon om tid til rådighet, skulle gjerne hatt mer tid etter guiding i grotta (som vi ikkje visste om før vi stod ved grotta og betalte inn). Kunne tenkt oss å gå trappene oppover når vi først var der ute. Grei guiding inni grotta, fin båttur til/fra.

Firstly, finding the pick up point was difficult if you don’t know the area. No one spoke to us when we boarded the boat so we had no clue of timings. The boat arrived at the cave, we got off and followed a long queue round the pathway. You just follow a line of people so it’s hard to really enjoy the whole experience as you don’t want to stop and get in the way. You can’t hear the recorded info regarding the caves as people are close by chatting. Beautiful caves but we felt a little rushed

Schöne Bootstour, die Neptungrotte war beeindruckend.
Leider wurde man ziemlich "durchgetrieben" und hatte wenig Zeit, hier und dort mal stehen zu bleiben und das Naturwunder auf sich wirken zu lassen.
Kapitän Antonio hat die Passagiere beim Eingang zur Grotte recht unfreundlich zur Eile gemahnt .

We were not told that there were extra charges when we arrived. I had understood fee charge was inclusive of cave entry but this turned out not to be so doubling costs.

We really enjoyed our trip to Neptune’s Cave. The boat trip was great and the caves were magnificent. The only disappointment was we were told all over the internet that entry to the cave was €10 and when we got there we got charged €14, even though it said €10 on the board.

Man skal betale 14 euro pr voksen for rent faktisk at få lov at se grotterne. Man har kun betalt for sejlturen. Grotterne er dog en rigtig smuk oplevelse.
