For an adrenaline-packed day out, head to Ocho Rio's famed Mystic Mountain. The adventure kicks off straight away as you hop on the Sky Explorer chairlift to take you 700ft above sea level to the park. Once you've landed, the fun begins with the chance to choose one of three exhilarating activities. I was not advised by my Tui rep that I needed to bring my driving license to Mystic Mountain So as a result I was unable to participate in the ATV activity for which I paid for

The activities and the whole place was okay, the only problem we encountered was the driver didn’t pick us up despite being at the hotel lobby on time, the TUI rep was not helpful and he had to use our own money to get a taxi to and from mystic mountains.

We booked the silver package but we're told we had to wait until 4:30pm for our transfer back to our hotel because all the others on the trip were on an all day excursion including Dunns river falls. We had to make our own way back or wait for 3 and a half hours. This shouldn't be the case and excursions shouldn't be mixed leaving people stranded

The experience was okay, staff at the mystic mountains where pleasant but the transfer was an absolute nightmare, we thought the excursion was 2 hours we understood the transfer would take longer making it 6 hours in total, when we arrived at the mystic mountains it was half 10 we were told our transfer back would be 4pm due to another couple doing the dunns river falls aswell meaning we were stuck for 6 hours with very limited activities. We were ready for going back after 2 hours.

Von Anfang bis zum Ende einfach nur super nettes Personal, ich habe die ZIP Line gemacht. Dazu muss ich sagen,das ich MS habe und eine Krücke brauche, die haben sich so Klasse um mich gekümmert ??. Hat richtig gut getan und sehr viel Spaß gemacht ??, ist eine super Erfahrung gewesen.

Went to see the hummingbirds but no hummingbirds at this time of year!! Bus trip supposed to be 1.5 hours each way. Actually 2.5 each way. The scheduling for the pickups was badly worked out on the way. Unfortunately traffic congestion due to a festival on the way back caused that problem.

Cant fault it , expected one zipline but had to do 5 !!!! and a rickety rope bridge , we loved the whole experience . We were really disappointed that the cameras were not working as we would have loved a keepsake photo . Big shout out to the zipwire boys whole made it extra special with their comments and jokes . Xxxx

Toen we boekten stond er dat de uitstap 2 tot 4 uur duurde, duurde 8 uur. En dan zaten we nog als voorlaatste op de bus en 25 minuten verwijderd van de activiteit. Overal wachten, wachten, wachten. De zip ride was leuk maar ipv 8 à 10 personen per groep was de groep zeker 40 personen. 1 plaats waar je iets kon drinken en het was 6 dollar voor een simpel biertje. Heel mooi om te zien en te doen maar een hele dag voor dit, terwijl er 2 tot 4 uur gezegd werd bij de boeking, gaat er echt wel over

Definitely worth doing the full experience gold or platinum rather than silver as 4 hours is too long and once you're there you'll want to do more than 1 experience and it's more expensive there. Pick up & collection on time no problems
