The Waterbus crew themselves were fine - apart from there being no safety briefing before setting off. The trip was sold as picking up just outside the hotel but was actually a 20 minute walk away at Playa Blanca Marina, almost halfway to Rubicon Marina market where we were headed. Didn’t bother with the return leg, opting to walk back instead.

Expensive for a 10 minute trip Because it was joined with the cruise our return journey wasn't very child friendly (lots of drunk adults) The trip itself was b Nice just short for the cost

Although just using the water taxi service on this occasion, we enjoyed the boat and the crew so much that we booked to go with them again on the Papagayo mini cruise. Fingers-crossed, that will be just as enjoyable.

Wasn’t explained where to catch it from , was told it’s 20 mins walk away , no signs or information on email . Walked For 45 mins then had to pay for taxi

We were not told when we had reached the Rubicon Harbour and even the catamaran had stopped there were no instructions to get off . We were not aware this catamaran went on further and had to turn back to let us off
