Nice day out although the "Panoramic Tour" did not last long and not what was expected. We had a few hours in Trieste to explore and very nice place to explore

Nice scenery. A long time on the coach to basically go shopping! The guide was good but 3 hours free time is hard to fill when there is little to do apart from looking at expensive clothes shops. Remember we are tourists with weight limits on our luggage.

I enjoyed hearing about the history of Trieste and the tour guide was very good. The trip was well organised but overall I didn't think Trieste was a very pretty city and not worth a visit.

Knowledgeable guide walked with us for an hour to show all the main points. Gave us a brief on where to find what we hadn’t seen & honest info on accessibility for the less able. Felt no pressure for the whole trip & came away fully satisfied with the day

A beautiful city, so many areas to explore. Our driver Vittorio and guide Mauro were excellent. Very patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to travel with. Having free time to explore alone was very enjoyable.

Beloofd bus met panoramadak,gekregen taxibus met 6 ,Heen en terug met 130 over de snelweg, weinig kunnen zien,Triest 25 min gids daarna 3 uur zelf rondgekeken,om ong. 13 30 weer opgepikt en met 130 weer naar hotel. Chauffeur en Gids waren van goede wil maar de beloofde excursie leek een F1 race

We were on the bus for 3 hours to Trieste, no break for drinks, then the guide carried on in Trieste for another hour & a quarter without a break, we left him to go get a drink & our lunch. Return trip to the hotel was another 2 & 3 quarter hours without a break. Probably the worst TUI trip I have been & I have done several trips in the past.

We would have preferred to be picked up from the hotel as other guests were rather than from the bus stop. It was a very early start and we had to leave at 06.40 as my husband has poor mobility. Trieste overall was a little underwhelming. The Panoramic Bus Tour as described did not happen.

First time this trip ran. Guide left us all alone after a short walk around the square, leaving us free time for 4 hours, without a map or any real idea about attractions & facilities. Described as a panoramic tour of Trieste, which it definitely was not. Feeder coach from hotel to meet main coach, again not explained when booking or joining the trip.

We booked this tour because of having a guide and a “panoramic bus tour” included in the price. Unfortunately we only had the guide for half an hour whilst she showed us two squares and then left us saying to meet the bus in 4 hours. The panoramic bus tour did not happen. We are elderly and 4 hours left wondering was too much. The tour details advertised did not match what actually happened. A reimbursement for the panoramic bus tour component would be appreciated.

Apart from the transport provided to get to Trieste which was not a panoramic bus tour, upon arrival our guide spent a maximum of 10 minutes with us then sent us on our way to walk around for 4 hours, with no real information provided. If I had realised this would be the plan, I would have spent time researching Trieste so that I knew where to go.
