We found the pass a little confusing to start with, as it gave the impression that the pass included entry into the attractions and the hop on hop off bus was included. However, after reading it a bit closer we realised that the hop on hop off buss was counted as one of the attractions, therefore if you used it for the bus you had one less attraction you could visit.

It was good value for money. Booking online meant we did not have a guide book & the online bus route map was fairly useless. We were unable to locate bus stops easily & ended up not using the hop on hop off bus at all. Finding information about how to use the pass, & a full list of attractions, required a lot of searching online. The staff onboard had limited knowledge of how the pass worked. Once we had found the relevant information we were able to use the pass to gain entry to attractions.

Completely smooth and stress-free experience. We did a combination of a pre-booked river cruise and a couple of experiences that we used the passes ad hoc and both worked equally well. It is always good to see that the pass is universally recognised and accepted. Really enhanced our city break

Good value for money and you could skip the line with the QR code, which was much appreciated. Only drawback was that I did not realised you needed to pay separately for different parts of the Hofburg Palace which looks like one venue on the map but is actually made up of lots of different parts. You can't visit the Hofburg in one day, you will need at least 3 days + you need to book a time slot for the Sisi museum which I was not aware about. Flexi pass should make that clearer for tourists.

The Flexipass offers a lot of choice. For tourists with limited time it is not easy to work out what to fit in. A pass for one attraction or some guidance on what can be done in a day. No queuing, thoug, which was great.

Es ist etwas mühsam, sich den Flexi Pass erst abholen zu müssen. Es wäre besser, wenn man ihn nach Bezahlung ausdrucken oder auf‘s Handy laden könnte.

A good way to see attractions in Vienna. We used the hop on hop off bus to go to the Schonbrunn Palace which was very impressive.

Easy to use, great selection of places to visit. Take care to check the times of the hop on bus, as they stop around tea time. Schonbron Palace was good but had to book a time on arrival which was 4 hours later so have a plan to see other stuff then return. National museum was excellent.

È strano che nel 2023 bisogna comprare on line e recarsi ad orari ben precisi in un unico ufficio, per ottenere dei pass che potrebbero essere inviati direttamente sullo smartphone. Visita a Schonbrunn gestita in modo vergognoso. Bisogna fare un ulteriore passaggio per ottenere un biglietto cartaceo

Ottima carta per visitare più musei senza dover comprare sul posto il biglietto. Valida ovunque tranne che nelle chiese. Uniche note dolenti: allo schunbrunn devi comunque passare dalla biglietteria e per ritirare la carta gli orari dell’ufficio sono imbarazzanti (9/12 solo al mattino)
