Der Guide/Fahrer hat das Riad nicht gefunden und stand ein paar Straßen weiter weg. Ein Mitarbeiter des Riad konnte uns glücklicherweise führen. Wir haben uns an den einzelnen Stationen selber Informationen organisiert. Der Wander-Guide war anschließend gesprächiger und das Essen in den Bergen hat uns auch gefallen.

De bergtocht was super met een prachtige rit er naartoe. We gingen wel onverwacht kameel rijden iets wat we hadden geprobeerd te vermijden. De woestijn was verder heel mooi, maar we hadden verwacht iets dieper de woestijn in te rijden. Verder was het een top trip zeker omdat je zoveel verschillende dingen ziet in een relatief korte tijd.

We had a fantastic tour to the Agafay Desert and Atlas Mountains. Khalid was friendly, knowledgeable, and a very careful driver, making us feel safe and comfortable on the mountain and desert roads. The included camel ride was a lovely surprise and something we had hoped to do. Hussain was an excellent guide, pacing the waterfall walk to suit our fitness level and checking on us regularly. The delicious lunch with stunning mountain views was the perfect end to a wonderful day.

We could have done with a little more information about the walk before we embarked on it. The terrain was rough in places and difficult to walk on even though we had reasonably sturdy shoes. One of us slipped over causing a cut to the hand. The guide had plasters to cover the wound but had it been a worse injury I'm not sure how it would have been dealt with.

Communication and collection times were great and on Time. Driver and guide was very accurate with travel times also. Arriving in Asni we went up to the main waterfall with a dedicated guide. He was Brilliant (Hussain) and being from the village was knowledgeable and friendly. The walk has a few difficult moments so be advised if struggle with mobility, roughly 2 mile round trip. Lunch was provided. Then we went to the dessert for Camel Ride, everything went as planned and service was great.

Both our driver/guide and mountain guide were wonderful. It was just the two of us in a lovely 9 seater comfortable van, Ahmed arrived in a suit, he was informative without being too much, giving us peace to enjoy the scenery but lots of local information. Muhammed our mountain guide was lovely, took everything at our pace, checked on us. No pressure to buy at any stops and as a local, knew so much. Great food, such a pity we couldn't eat more! Then a surprise camel ride! Truly wonderful day.

We had a bespoke trip. We were unable to do the climb due to mobility problem but we were taken to a beautiful mountain hotel where we were made mist welcome and given a delicious meal. Our driver was so kind and friendly. The ' stop off ' at a Berber cooperative tent was interesting and a nice break during the journey. The sights and sounds of the trip were memorable. Would highly recommend.

There was a small problem when the guide didn’t show up. The TUI staff at the hotel phoned and sorted it out. The guide arrived an hour late and our tour then finished an hour later which was fine. Both guides were very attentive and answered any questions, giving lots of information about the Berber people and the country. They made us feel very comfortable in a culture we were still a little unsure of.Very knowledgeable. The local people were lovely and the food prepared for us was delicious.

Despite the cold rainy weather, our driver Marouane was friendly and gave us lots of detail about the Berber culture and history. The further we got away from Marrakech, the more the landscape changed. The four visits were well chosen and well paced. Would definitely recommend.

Our guide in the mountains was fantastic. He was conscious of our safety and was friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a wonderful hike and the views were spectacular. Our driver knew all the best photo stops and was safe. The vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable. I would recommend that the trip description is clearer about the hike as it is reasonably strenuous on uneven ground. The trip includes a camel ride which was not advertised, so not everyone wanted to partake (animal welfare).

As soon as we got into the car, the driver didn’t speak to us to let us know what was going on. It was 2 hour drive from our destination to the atlas mountain. Which is long time when you have no clue what is happening. When we arrived 2 hours later, we arrived at this location and he told us to come up some stairs . When we arrived into the place that is when we was told what we was doing. the guide man up the mountain was great! And the camel ride was unexpected but good

Nach der Fahrt von Marrakesch nach Imlil, einem Berdorf im Hochatlasgebirge, machten wir uns auf eine Wanderung am Fuße des mit 4.167m höchsten Berges Nordafrikas, dem Toupkal. Der Besuch eines kleinen Wasserfalls, ein landestypisches Mittagessen, sowie dem anschließendem Kamelreiten in der Agafay Wüste machten dieses Erlebnis einzigartig. Ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, der freundlicher Fahrer, sowie ein ortskundiger Guide taten ihr Übriges. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Lovely driver and guide and a fantastic guided mountain walk with a beautiful lunch. Just wish I had known that a camel ride was organised, nowhere states this and had I known this I would not have booked. It is not something I agree with ethically and am frustrated that Tui did not make this clear at booking. To be clear, this is a issue on Tuis end, not at all any of the service providers in Morocco.

Our driver Mustafa and guide Hussain were both polite and friendly making the experience enjoyable. We were offered tea at every stop and had a surprise camel ride experience that was not mentioned when purchasing the trip.

Our driver "W.I" was great. He drove very safely and took us to various places and was knowledgeable about what we were looking at, we changed our plans and he accommodated us wonderfully and stopped off where we wanted. Our guide for the hike was Hussain. He was super, he took us exactly the right pace, stopping when needed, continuing when we wanted to. Hussain pointed our various things, helped us across streams and down gravelly slopes. The hike including the waterfall was brilliant.

I loved every minute of this experience, 10 full stars from me. From the driver who picked us up (Merwen - very polite and friendly man), to the lovely ladies at the breakfast stop, to our tour Guide (Hussein -friendly, knowledgeable, just a lovely human), to the outstanding lunch, the waterfall stop and finally the camel ride before taking us back to our hotel. Lovely scenic views throughout the journey, and our driver allowed us to stop and take pictures on the way. I would do this trip again!

Zeer mooie en interessante dag. Onze gidsen waren vriendelijke en rustige plaatselijke jonge mannen, Youssef, die ons rondreed, en Yassine, die de wandeling in Imlil leidde. Beiden kunnen je veel leren over de way of living en de mentaliteit van een Berber berg gemeenschap en hoe zij de uitdagingen van hun mooie omgeving aanpakken. De pauzes voor thee een lunch zijn in een aangename setting. De dromedarisrit is natuurlijk toeristisch maar een fijne ervaring, ook met zicht op ander landschap.

Der Tag war von vorne bis hinten ein schönes Erlebnis. Erst eine schöne und eindrucksvolle Wanderung rund um Imlil mit einem leckeren Mittagessen und nachmittags eine Fahrt über das Kik-Plateau und abschließend ein halbstündigen Kamelritt durch die Wüste. Unsere Guides waren immer aufmerksam und kompetent, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erwähnenswert aus unserer Sicht war die komplette Werbefreiheit (keine ungeplanten Besuche bei Händlern) und die Herzlichkeit unserer Guides.

This was one of the best experiences on our trip to Morocco and amazing value for money. Our driver Mustafa was excellent, made quite a long drive feel easy and did plenty of stops to take pictures/stretch our legs. The walking guide Yasim was exceptional, so friendly and super informative about the area and people. The walk was beautiful and lunch was nice and a very generous amount. The camel ride was a nice fun way to finish off the day. Overall an amazing day out and well worth the money.

Precies op tijd werden we opgehaald door Moestafa, die ons de gehele dag rustig en veilig heeft rondgereden. De stops onderweg waren afwisselend en weinig opdringerig. We hadden een fantastische chauffeur Abdoul, die we helemaal voor ons alleen hadden. Hij reed zeer veilig en wist ons allerlei extra informatie te verschaffen! De dromedaris was voor ons net iets te toeristisch. De argan coöperatie was heel interessant maar daar het gevoel dat het uiteindelijk om “centen” gaat… Het Atlas gebergte: ronduit schitterend. Daar keren we zeker terug. Wat een contrast met de Medina. Rust en pracht en heel fijne mensen. Lekkere echte tajine gegeten bij mensen thuis.

An incredible day which started at 9am with our lovely driver who spoke great English. We went to a cooperative selling Argan oil and could make purchases and have tea and bread dipped in the oil. Then into the mountains and a 2 hour stunning walk followed by a traditional Berber lunch, the guide was wonderful and took lots of pictures. Camel riding in the afternoon which was fun. Tremendous day and we saw so much of Morocco. Would recommend and amazing value for money

Een echte aanrader! Mustapha was onze chauffeur voor de dag, een heel aangename jonge gast die heel voorzichtig reed (niet volgens de meeste chauffeurs daar). We hebben ons op geen enkel moment onveilig gevoeld. Ook gids Hussein die ons meenam in de bergen was top, hij nam ons echt mee in de cultuur en bracht ons naar de mooiste uitzichten. (Stevige wandeling!) De trip is een perfecte mix tussen natuur en cultuur. De rit op de kamelen zorgde voor de nodige folkloristische afsluiter.

All our guides were fantastic, Husain who took us on our mountain/waterfall trip was very friendly and helpful and his information about the area and people was very interesting.

The tour got off to a bad start as the driver was 1.5hr late due to confusion as to which tour we had booked. Although we were annoyed at this it did not detract from the day. The driver was very chatty, had excellent knowledge of the local area and was full of interesting facts. The guide for the hike was the same, super friendly with some nice off track routes. The camel ride at the end was not listed on the tour but was very fun, the staff were happy and willing to help! 5*!

This excursion was the best excursion I have done before. You get collected from outside your hotel and driven to the Atlas Mountains. This is a hiking tour and you hike for around an hour and a half. Then you go for some lunch. The guide Houssein who takes you on the hike is such a lovely man. Best day thank you.

Guide dans les montagnes extraordinaires... Nous a guidé et expliqué la réalité de la vie dans la montagne. Chauffeur était sympa et a donné des informations sur les villages que l'on a traversé. Ce que j'ai moins apprécié, c'est la promenade à dromadaire... cette activité n'était pas écrite dans la présentation et ne correspond pas à nos valeurs.

We had an amazing day, our driver was very helpful and informative, showed us a lot of interesting places. He was also happy to take some photos of us!! Our guide in the mountain was wonderful as well, he had huge knowledge about the area. Our lunch was brilliant. And the camel ride in the end of the day.. something we waited for! Onze gids had alle aandacht voor veiligheid, ook in het verkeer op soms moeilijk terrein,en ons comfort, sprzk zeer goed Engels en wist veel van de streek, ook van de heropbouw na de aardbeving. Zeker de wandelingen, de maaltijd in het bergdorp en de tocht met de kameel waren een mooie ervaring.

Our driver Omar was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the people who live there. Our guide in the Atlas Mountains Yaseem was a great guide. He gave us an insight into the lives of the Berbers and took us on an amazing walk. He arranged for us to eat in a Berber's home and the food was most impressive which we enjoyed in very comfortable surroundings with amazing views. We also enjoyed the camel ride in the Agafay desert - I cannot recommend this trip enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed the day, had a private car and driver to ourselves, Aomar was very informative and polite. Viewed some fantastic scenery throughout. Some unexpected experiences not advertised in the trip description, including the final stop camel ride. We enjoyed the walk but would have avoided the shopping stop. Difficult to understand guide who was very helpful. Breakfast stop was great and Berber lunch were excellent with Toubkal view. A very memorable experience of Morocco overall.

This experience was so much than it’s description. Omar, our driver, was very friendly and safe allowing us to stop for pictures throughout the journeys. The hiking guide Hussein was also very friendly and informative. We also got to go on a camel ride in the desert, visit Lake Lalla Takerkoust and the women’s cooperative for argon oil. Very e joyful experience, highly recommend.

It is much more than what is written in the tour description. The driver Yasin came on time.He is very polite,respectful and speaks good English. The car, driving and cleanliness were also good. Afterwards, we met with our guide Huseyin.He took us around the Atlas Mountain,introduced the Berber village and had us have lunch in local. He also offered us tea. He was friendly and helpful. After our hike in the mountain, we met up with Yasin again for camel riding in the desert. Many thank you both.

Our driver Abdul picked us up in a bit Mercedes, he drove very well, spoke great English and was happy to chat to us. Our walking guide Samir was lovely, we had tea in his house and then we went for a camel ride where we could choose how long for, the camels looked healthy and relaxed. Mountain roads were a bit precarious with falling rocks but a great experience.

Omar our driver was on time and very helpful. He's a good driver and knows the area well, he would provide us with facts and stop us at good photo spots. Yacine guided us on our hike in the mountains and was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Both guides spoke good English and were always happy to take photos of my partner and I. The breakfast tea and picnic lunch were both great. Overall my partner and I really enjoyed ourselves on this tour and loved the sights. - Oscar and Meeka

An excellent experience all day. Abdoul our driver was polite, informative and attentive. Hossein our walking guide quickly assessed our abilities and tailored the route to suit. He also was friendly and informative. The packed lunch was ample and tasty. Walnuts from a nearby tree an unexpected extra! The scenery was spectacular from the deep valleys, extensive plateau area and the stony Agafay desert. The camel ride was an interesting experience! We would thoroughly recommend this trip.

The description completely under sells this fantastic day trip by not describing the itinerary fully, if you like the sound of the list below I'd thoroughly recommend this trip to you. • Drive from hotel to Imlil in High Atlas with stop for mint tea. • 3hr/5km long/335m ascent hike with packed lunch provided (take a bag to carry this) • Drive down to and onto Agafay Desert with a stop for a short 20min camel ride. Then driven back to hotel across the desert. Above is all included in the price.

De chauffeur bracht ons overal veilig naartoe. Was stipt en vriendelijk. De gids in de bergen bezorgde ons een onvergetelijke tijd. Heel veel mooie uitzichten gezien en uitstekende begeleiding tijdens het wandelen en lunchen met een adembenemend uitzicht. Het rijden op kamelen in de woestijn was fantastisch en we hebben er heel veel mooie foto’s van ons genomen door de begeleider.

Best trip ever! You WILL be hiking though for a good 2-3hrs. We are not the fittest and our guide Hussain was great, went at a good pace with regular breaks. Our driver Hassam was brilliant all day and the camel trip in the afternoon was a very welcomed surprise. Best day of our holiday ?? the atlas mountains are just spectacularly beautiful. Highly recommend.

The driver (Abdul) and walking guide (Youssef) we’re amazing and really went out of their way to make the experience memorable. Improvements would be a more accurate description on the website (we weren’t expecting camel riding, which was a surprise bonus) but also we were expecting a slightly longer trip (it was 8 hours instead of 12). We weren’t expecting to be asked how long each experience we wanted to last

Een verrassende dag gekregen. Top de interessante info zowel van chauffeur die onderweg even stopte en vertelde over locale gebruiken etc...de gids in de bergen super tof geleid,verteld en gastvrije ontvangst voor maaltijd bij eigen familie. Innemend. Ritje woestijn dan mss net iets te ver om 30min op dromedaris te zitten. Ook beetje attractie ipv echte beleving maar hilarisch plezant in typische klederdracht gestoken de 'kameel' op. We hebben even geproefd meer mag je op 1dag niet verwachten

De Chaufeur was heel goed, door hem Hebben we een hele leuke dag beleeft . De uitstappen waren echt de moeite waard Hassan baghmad geeft ons echt goed in de watten gelegd top chauffeur!!!

War ein ganz toller Trip … nur sollte Mann für ältere oder unsportliche Menschen schreiben das Mann feste Schuhe und etwas Ausdauer braucht um gut durch die Berge zu kommen .. ??

A fantastic full day experience. Driver was smart and very knowledgable showing us sights on the way to meet our guide. Upon handing over to the guide he was also excellent and very knowledgable. Lunch was provided that was above expectations. Both driver and guide made a wonderful day for us. It was excellent value for money

Privé-excursie met eigen chauffeur. Je kan onderweg zelf aangeven waar je wil stoppen voor foto's etc. Wandeling naar de waterval en terug (met ervaren gids) duurt een paar uur! Dit staat niet duidelijk vermeld op de website. Let op dat je geschikte kleding meeneemt (bij ons lag er sneeuw). Kamelenrit in Agafay woestijn is zeker een aanrader!

Zeer goede gids, neemt zijn tijd en geeft veel uitleg. Prachtige uitstap naar Atlas gebergte, Imlil. Perfecte organisatie. Doen we zeker nog eens.
