I was not picked up on time, they didn't know I am at hotel waiting 8:00, I was not in system, eventually I was joined only as passenger, I paid to drive buggy not to be passenger! TUI / MusementSPA / Nexus is responsible only! There is glitch on experience app, Staff who was doing experience were professionals. ********** Tours helped from first moment to make phone call.
