On entering the departure area we were unable to locate the VIP fast track desk. We saw three different TUI reps in the departure area inside the main entrance and not one of them had a clue where the meeting place was. We showed them them confirmation documents and we were met with complete " I have not got a clue what this is". After going through the booking procedure, passport and security checks we had so little time left in the VIP lounge to make use of those facilities. A waste of money.

The VIP Service at Dalaman Airport through to the lounge was the best thing I have ever done.....!!!! I'm a frequent traveller - the staff walked us thro the airport, security, etc like we were Royality. Would definitely recommend, will definitely do again - well worth the money spent. Thanks

No one there to meet us and after speaking to 2 tui reps and waiting for nearly an hour some one from the airport told us that they had never been informed that we were booked in After eventually getting our bags checked in we would have been quicker going through with everyone else We ended up only having 1 hour 45 minutes in the lounge. What a waste of £150 . The rep in the hotel told us that it was all in place and we would be dropped off first to be met which did not happen.

This was the best airport experience we have ever had anywhere! Our greeter phoned the coach to check we were on it and was waiting right where we arrived. She took us from the coach directly to the lounge and even made sure we had the WiFi code before she left. She was so friendly and professional.

From arriving via coach transfer and seeing 2 members of staff holding our names up, taking care of all the luggage through check in and passport control then escorting us to the lounge area really made us feel like VIPs What a credit the staff are in dealing with clients, Highly recommend

We were met on our arrival at the airport by a rep who took us straight to the front of the checkin que Much to the surprise and probably annoyance from the passengers at the front, from there we were taken again to the front of the passport control and through the security checkpoint. Once all cleared we were taken into the V I P lounge. Can’t recommend this service enough, worth every penny.

Absolutely wonderful service. I mainly booked this service for the fast tracking as Dalaman airport is always so busy and I have health issues. The lady who met us was great and got us through all checks speedily. Lounge was brilliant lots of comfy chairs and drinks and snacks highly recommend

Unfortunately we were only able to use the lounge for approx 15 mins. It would be more helpful had a member if the TUI team was on hand to guide us thru the process. No one was about to help us so had to go thru passport control. Where 3 kiosks closed. We had no benefit as our gate opened for boarding. And unable to benefit from the facilities. Ad such unsure if I will use it again.

our taxi arrived at the airport. Staff greeted us, took our cases. Checked in for us, wonderful, then delivered us to the lounge. It was fast, trouble free, extremely polite service.

The lounge itself was excellent but the airport announced that the gate was closed and we dashed out of there, only to wait for nearly an hour at the very uncomfortable gate - I am due to have a hip replacement and so we were looking for comfort - perhaps have a discussion with the airport?

The whole experience was amazing my husband had been sick during the holiday and this was a surprise which he greatly enjoyed. This was easier for me as he has epilepsy which is triggered by stress so this stress free end to our holiday was a wonderful end

service was very good, the staff very friendly, the choice of food, hot or cold was good, and the drinks hot, and cold plenty of. the seating was very comfortable, and with free wi-fi as well. also, it wasn't crowded plenty of room for all, and some to spare.

Lounge was peaceful. Plenty of comfy space. Hot food was poor. Cold was ok. 1 free beer or glass of wine. Was told on arrival that the wifi might work, might not! Paid £58. Travelling Club with BA who presented a voucher on checkin, CIP weren’t interested in giving refund for original payment.

I enjoyed the tui experience so much that I don’t remember what I didn’t enjoy!! Tui is lovely such nice people and so helpful very polite! My husband and I enjoyed every moment. The hotel was amazing, staff amazing!!! Wahit our waiter at the restaurant was absolutely superb, took such care of us is was just a 10/10 experience if not more!!!

Our 7th time at Sensatori Fethiye. Fantastic holiday as ever, however noticed several cutbacks. For example no table runners on tables in evening and no linen napkins in buffet restaurant. On the Gala night there was no red carpet or musicians greeting you on arrival. Also on Gala night not such an impressive array of food. Breakfast the first day no bacon or sausages but after speaking with the “Head” Chef, we had both every day after. Staff as always go out if their way to help and look

Arrived at the airport shortly before 8:00pm with flight time scheduled for 9:45pm. Our opinion of Dalaman airport is very poor from previous experience so decided to take up this option in case of possible delays. There was a mix-up of where we should be dropped off at the airport causing us delay in being taken through the ‘fast-track’ process and lessening our time in the VIP lounge. There was no prior information to what we should expect at the airport prior to our arrival there - not good!

We were met off the bus transfer and taken straight through check in and security all within 10 minutes and we were in the vip lounge, There are comfortable sofas and chairs , plenty of chargers for phones ect, hot and cold snacks,soft drinks are included. Notice in the lounge limits a stay to 3 hrs after the three hrs the Wi-Fi stoped working , however we stayed beyond the 3 hr limit as our flight was delayed with no problem, overall it was definitely worth the extra cost.

It was amazing, we had our own drop off point, we were met by two lovely members of staff who helped us throughout. Took our passports, took our suitcases through initial security and our own bag check point. We went to the front of the queue for exit stamp and then security and up to the lounge. Never experienced anything like that before. Book it, it made us feel really special. A brilliant end to what has been such a relaxing and lovely week. Thank you.

No one at Dalaman airport knew we had booked this so no one was there to greet us. We checked our bags in then went to the info desk who sent us to the fast track desk. No one was there. We went back to info desk who rang someone from fast track . He arrived and told us we weren’t on his list. I showed him our vouchers sent by TUI and he was happy to take us through security and escort us to the lounge. He was extremely helpful and explained that TUI hadn’t passed on details of the booking.

From being greeted off the transfer bus to sitting in the airport lounge - 10 mins. Dalaman airport was super busy when we were passing through which passport control alone being a 2hr queue. Well worth it especially if you have a late flight going out.

Words can't express how the whole experience travelling with TUI from booking the holiday until we arrived home. Staff, flights, hotel was outstanding. We are definitely booking with TUI again. No questions was silly to ask. Always came back with a quick response.

Great service that meets you from your taxi and takes you to the front of all the queues for baggage and security x2 . Good, well trained staff on hand. The lounge is well positioned and a short walk to the gates. The lounge was an oasis of peace compared with melee downstairs. The downsides are it is relative expensive and the snacks could do with being given more thought given the excellent food that is normally available in Turkey. Chicken nuggets, really?

Lounge was lovely and relaxing the only thing I didn’t like was it looked like the hot food had been there for a while! But soft drinks were good and would still use this service! Staff greeted us on arrival. Showed us around. Somewhere comfortable to sit food and drink was superb. as we had a middle of the night flight managed to get some sleep. Will do it again without a doubt. Highly recommend. Needs staff on cip longe desk to show u where to go. But otherwise perfect end to holiday.

(1) We have been 7 times before and there’s been a 10 year gap since our last visit (2) Loved the fact all branded drink, ice cream, mini bar included in price (help yourself to bottled water great) (3) Food was fantastic and great that every meal can now been held down on the marina if you wish (4) Kids Paradise was great and snack line all day is great (5) Enough sunbeds and great to see a large proportion in covered area (6) Kids sea swim area a great idea

The service was excellent from beginning to end. We were collected from outside the terminal, our cases loaded onto a trolley and from that point we were wizzed through Check in, passport control and security… from start to finish it took no more than 15 minutes from the point of collection to being seated in the CIP Lounge! Amazing ! We felt very VIP ! Lounge was spacious and very comfortable. Selection of food and drink was great. Access to Departure Gates was very easy also. Perfect!

Loved our holiday - superb accommodation and staff very friendly. The choice and quality of food was very good, quality of alcoholic drinks inconsistent but reasonable. On arrival rep directed us to a coach instead of private hire. On check-in told a la carte all booked but we could go on a reserve list. Hotel did not impose published rules regarding reservation of sun loungers. Allowed guests to leave towels on beds well before 7am without attendance.

Staff at hotel were pleasant, helpful and friendly. The Tui rep Chloe was very good. She was extremely informative and helpful. Food was very good. Only thing missing was an iron in the room. Bathroom on first visit was not spotless clean, but was rectified as soon as possible.

the hotel was in an ideal position. Access to the beach with parasol, tables and lounges. 3 pools, one adults only with no music, Alex the barman was extremely attentive to customers needs. Entertainment at night, until 9.30pm it was "children on stage", then adult entertainment. Access to marina and shopping mall via "bus", just outside hotel. Retail shops and restaurants just outside front door. The room was ideal, always hot water. Lovely balcony with chairs. Reception good

All round excellent hotel in beautifully kept gardens. Food good. Everywhere kept clean. Entertainment was fantastic. Could not fault anything at all. We are definitely going to return to the Sarigerme Park.
