Bar service around Elite pool excellent, polite, came to you rather than you having to go to them for drinks . Bacon over cooked every day. We had our own pool, in Cape Verde someone cleaned our Poole and terrace everyday including the dividing walls. We have our own pool in Mauritius in Elie, whilst the room is cleaned twice a day, the pool and terrace have not been cleaned one, and the pool has leaves etc in it - this was disappointing for the money paid

Der Fahrer war super. Transfer hat gut funktioniert, pünktlich, nett und informativ! Nur hat man leider zu wenig Zeit im Park und aus diesem Grund stimmt Preis Leistung nicht. Wir haben einiges verpasst, da der Fahrer seine Zeiten einhalten musste. Ist auch ok, aber man sollte bis 17 Uhr bleiben können, solange der Park auch offen hat. Ansonsten super.

Best experience of whole life. This ticket doesn't include any extra activities as lion walk, cheetah interaction etc. Book extra activities straight from the park website caselaparks.com at least 4 weeks before vacation. Lion walks were sold out 4 weeks beforehand. Lion walk & cheetah interaction were unforgettable. We felt very safe thanks to guides. We also booked eco-safari rider (private safari) and we saw closer animals than others from safari bus. Traffic jam is bad so 48km took 1h 50min!

Leider konnten wir nicht mit den Löwen in Kontakt sein ohne Zaun dazwischen. Es waren keine Infos zu den zugänglichen Zeiten dazu. Sehr schade. Ansonsten war der Park sehr schön und weiter zu empfehlen. Super auch für die Kinder.

Nie mielismy zadnego przewodnika w trakcie zwiedzania. Osoba ktora nas zawiozla na miejsce nie udzielila nam zadnycn informacji. Organizacja bardzo shaba. Bardzo jestesmy nie zadowoleni z tej wycieczki.

Kuskimme oli äärettömän ystävällinen! Paljon hyviä keskusteluita ajomatkan aikana, ja tuli paikan päällä sisäänkäynnille asti varmistamaan, että pääsemme ongelmitta sisään. Missä TUI voi parantaa, on elämyksen info. Missään ei mainittu mitä sisäänkäyntiin kuuluu (safari + vuoristorata). Nämä kannattaisi ehdottomasti mainita sen sijaan, että mainitsette ainoastaan ”entrance ticket”.

Die Schildkröten und die Safari waren sehr gut. Insgesamt mit dem zuverlässigen Fahrer (sehr lobenswert) und dem problemlosen Zugang zu Casela war sehr gelungen.

We enjoyed the freedom to tour the park the way we wanted to. No restrictions, just walk around at your own pace. Our driver was excellent, punctual, friendly & knowledgeable about Mauritius, it's people & history.

Der Transfer hat gut geklappt und auch am Eingang hat alles ohne Probleme funktioniert. Der Park war sehr schön und ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Got to casela, couldn't take drinks we had bought in, no park map so we had to find where we wanted to go to. Loved tikawala ,but safari poor, no commentary by driver at all. Wouldn't go here again.,but the food is really good and no to expensive

Park was brilliant but not enough time there so felt rushed. Got dropped off at 10 and collected at 3 so everything felt super rushed. I think the excursion should last until 4:30 when the park closes so you have time to see and do everything as we missed out on a lot and therefore wasn’t value for money.

Der Einlass war mit Online-Tickets etwas chaotisch und hat ein paar Minuten in Anspruch genommen. Im Park angekommen war es dann ein schönes Erlebnis, coole Safari, eine tolle Rodelbahn, hautnah mit grossen Schildkröten. Gepflegte Anlage und ein empfehlenswerter Ausflug.

The park was good, I feel like it's a bit pricey for what you get, a lot was closed, restaurant in park was good value for money. The rollercoaster ride was so much fun, the safari was good however I would have appreciated the guide telling us what animals to look out for and what was coming up in the zones. Our transfer was booked for 8.30 as confirmed by summertime, the driver came at 8 without our knowledge and wanted to leave without us, very unhappy we were not there at 8 and unwelcoming.

Also bei uns gab es am Eingang Probleme weil unsere Buchung nicht gefunden wurde. Da konnten wir zum Glück die Telefonnummer unseres TUI Ansprechpartner vor Ort angeben und mit dem wurde das dann sehr schnell gelöst. An und für sich war der Park und die Safari großartig und auf jeden Fall sehenswert.

Taxi driver to and from Casela Nature Park was amazing so a great start. The park itself is great and I'd recommend booking a walk with the lions and interaction with the Cheetah. We booked these through the park itself before the holiday. We had a fantastic day and really enjoyed the activities with the big cats. In all honesty you can probably book it all through the park and a taxi from the hotel and not use Tui at all just book a taxi for the day which is normal for Mauritius

Het was een leuk park waar je tussen de reuze landschildpadden kon wandelen en de giraffen eten geven uit je hand. Mooi verzorgde tuin ook waar je doorwandeld en waar de vogels zitten. De safari op zich was iets minder omdat er maar kleine dieren zitten. Je had er ook de mogelijkheid om met leeuwen te wandelen en op de foto te gaan, dit is wel tegen betaling.

Der Einlass in den Park war etwas unorganisiert und hat dadurch deutlich mehr Zeit in Anspruch genommen als nötig gewesen wäre. Der Park ist sehr gepflegt und vielfältig.

Ein tolles Erlebnis Erlebnis, ich habe noch die Zipline mit der Hängebrücke dazu gebucht und ein rundum schönes und aufregendes Erlebnis gehabt. Ein sehr gepflegter Park den es auf jeden Fall lohnt zu besuchen. Die Riesenschildkröten hatten es mir am meisten angetan. Einfach nur toll und sein Geld wert. Da ich im September dort war, auch nicht überlaufen und eher sehr entspannt.

Die Abholung am Hotel hat erstmal nicht geklappt lag aber am Fahrer nach einer WhatsApp ging es dann. Tolles Erlebnis speziell wenn Kinder dabei sind! Hat nichts mit den Zoos wie man sie bei uns kennt zu tun. Aber auch für Erwachsene sehr schön die Anlage ist ein Traum

Les informations sur les excursions en général ne sont pas assez détaillées/précises. On ne sait pas exactement ce qui est prévu et combien de temps ça prend. Les excursions devraient être séparées des transport pour que plusieurs personnes puissent prendre le même transport.

The taxi to Casela was brilliant he told us a lot about the country and spoke very good English so we could understand easily. Casela park was really good lots to see and do for all ages, unfortunately the safari was closed due to flooding but we still had a brilliant time. We decided we wanted to spend more time at the park and the taxi man waited for us even though we had gone over our allocated time slot.

Sehr gepflegter Park, viele Tiere die artgerecht gehalten werden. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das viele Attraktionen einzeln gekauft werden müssen.

We did a lot of different things in Mauritius, but Casela was the best. Park wasn’t too busy so felt relaxed and covid secure. Lots to see and do, we were there for 7 hours and didn’t quite get round everything. Walking with lions was the best part of the day. Things that could be improved- we weren’t given a pick up time so after booking had to contact the rep for details - she explained that it was a known issue and was very helpful. Other point of improvement is in the check in - they didn’t recognise our booking number. Somewhere along the line it hadn’t been sent through to the site, but our taxi driver was wonderful and after 20 mins waiting it was all sorted. We went as a couple and had an amazing day out, but loads of facilities/activities/points of interest for family groups too.

Auf jeden Fall ein Muss wenn man auf mauritius Urlaub macht. Man bekommt selten oder so gut wie nie die Chance so hautnah mit wildtieren interagieren zu können. Ein sehr schöner Park der einem das Gefühl gibt wirklich eine Safari zu erleben. Allerdings ist es schwer sich Im Park zurecht zu finden und man verläuft sich auch mal schnell...... Tut der Sache aber keinen Abbruch.
