The top of the rock is a must see for anyone visiting New York. The whole experience is amazing. Go early to avoid the crowds. We went at 9am and the views were amazing and it wasn't too busy.

The views were incredible. The visual presentations were great. The people working for you were generally rude, with one exception. One man in uniform was a great and positive representative of your company, but only one.

Great from start to finish - the excellent thing was that you were not shepherded from one level to the next, you could take as much or little time as you needed.

I nearly missed out on this experience as it doesn’t say I need to pre book a time, luckily I managed to get in at the night on the last timing otherwise I wouldn’t of been able to visit. You should advertise that a time to go up to the top needs to be pre booked

Great
It was an experience to be above the city the only negative was the Tui downloaded entrance tickets only had a ticket number on them without QR or barcode I saw everyone else with one so asked a member of staff who said it’s not timed you’ll have to be given a time slot (which I did when booking) but wasn’t on my tickets. luckily I kept the email with time on it and they accepted it although I did haveto go to the desk to sort it out . I booked with Tui for this reason and they fell at the first
