De dieren zien er goed verzorgd uit, en er zijn gelukkig strenge regels met een duidelijke uitleg wat wel en niet mag en wat de dolfijnen niet fijn vinden.Je bent echt 45 minuten in het water ze aan het bewonderen, aaien en samen aan het spelen

The dolphin part of the experience was a 10/10 would absolutely do it again and recommend it to others. The guides and experience was amazing. YaKul however was disappointing. There was no guide, no clear instructions or help given. The food options were poor. The baguette didn't list what was in it. What if someone had allergies or couldn't eat something for various reasons. Also the restaurant had multiple options all were in the same price range as our choices so should have been an option.

Das mit den Delfinen war super, echt zu Empfehlen ?? aber das Schnorcheln in Snorkelling at Yal kú Lagoon war nicht so toll. Da waren gefühlt mehr Menschen als Fische, außerdem war das Wasser sehr trüb (dreckige) und viel Seegras. Das Essen dort war sehr lecker und die Leute dort sehr nett!

Really enjoyed everything about this day. We did the dolphins swim first. Dolphins are well looked after and the facilities are clean. We then went to do the snorkelling which was nice. Lunch was standard but we enjoyed it. Highly recommend. My little boy had the best day and it was lovely to see the smiles.

The day was run very well, from being picked up from our hotel on time, being taken to Delphinus (for dolphin swim), then the same driver taking us to Yal-Ku, and taking us back to our hotel once done. Christopher the dolphin trainer was amazing, made us both feel at ease. Mike the Photographer was great. He was very friendly, and we now have loads of great pictures. Could not fault the day at all, and probably up there with the best things I have ever done.

Fab day out and good value for money the photos alone would have cost $165 dollars and were all included. We had our own dolphin experience as a family of 3 and found it really informative the dolphins were well cared for and our 11 year old had the best time, highly recommend.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The staff were very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble. Time in the pool with the dolphins was truly fantastic and made better by only being the two of us . One trip you should definitely attend and not miss. Carn't thank tui enough for arranging this trip, definitely a 5 star experience.

The time with the Dolphins at Delphinus was absolutely amazing! Best experience. The only downfall to the day was the distance you then need to travel to the lagoon for snorkelling whilst being wet from the Dolphins

Loved the dolphins but at the snorkel swim we didn’t have a guide and no supervision or help. It was crowded, we didn’t know which way round we should go or anything. We followed another group for about ten minutes then got out.

Het eerste deel met de dolfijnen was top, heel goed begeleid en heel leuke ervaring. Jammer dat het tweede gedeelte, de lagune (wij wisten niet dat het snorkelen was) zo tegensloeg. Je werd er afgezet en je kreeg een snorkel en vinnen. En dat was het ?? Ik zei tegen de chauffeur dat we dit deel niet meer wilden maar hij reed weg. Vanaf 11u tot 14u werden we dus alleen gelaten. Er was niets anders te doen dan snorkelen in vies water waar je geen meter voor je ogen zag. We zijn er 2 min in geweest
