Minimum age for the Flavours of Jamaica tour is eight years

Minimum age for the ATVs/Mud Buggy tour is six years

Rest assured, our camel rides adhere to stringent care standards, ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of the camels is prioritised throughout – this includes giving them plenty of well-deserved rest breaks throughout the days they're working

The duration of the activities varies depending on the selected option, ranging from 2.5 hours to six hours, plus transportation time

Pregnant women can join the Flavours of Jamaica Tour. If you're within the first three months of pregnancy, you can also take the Jitney Tour, but the other tours aren't suitable

Drivers for the Mud Buggy or ATV must be over 18 and hold a valid driver's license

For the Zip Line tour and packages, participants need to wear appropriate clothing such as a shirt, shorts or pants and closed-toe shoes

There is an optional ATV protection policy available on-site to cover any damage to the vehicle

Not suitable for expectant mothers or guests with back problems

Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility

Height, weight and/or age restrictions may apply

The transportation to and from the venue was a nightmare. The van driver Gregory if she did the speed limit by 40 to 60 km/h, has other cars on the left and right hand side of the road. On the way home the driver stopped at a gas station to “meet someone” and then proceeded to be gone for more than 30 minutes. During this time we will walk inside the van. Eventually, my spouse had decline up and over in front of the van and climb out of the front door to let all of us out.

It’sa complete money scam. We pay $411 usd for two people. Upon arrival we had to pay for lockers and insurance. We also paid for digital photos that they never sent. We spent most of the day waiting around for the activities to start. The staff were flying back and forth on ATVs and it was just completely disgrganied. Complete waste of your money. Pick another business to do your tour with.

Great day on the ATV’s/Buggies and to finish off in the Secret Waterfall. At the end they offered and we negotiated purchasing the photos but the guy disappeared. It would be good to retrieve them? Thanks

We enjoyed the buggy ride. However, it could have been a longer experience. We realised you just go round in circles. Then the other part of the trip, was a shambles as we waited for 1 and 1/2 hrs for someone to pick us up for the river trip but that didn't happen at all. Even one of the staff called the tour and they said 15 mins, which turned into never. A waste of our time and money.

The Park was really fun and the staff are very friendly! Only thing that could have gone better was that we found out it was cancelled due to low participation the day of so we had to reschedule for the next day. We should have been told that it was cancelled way before instead of last minute.

The excursion was fantastic but they ran over time lunch was offered at 4.30pm but they had to put more jerk chicken on as run out so it would have been another 45 mins before we ate...one person from a different resort had to get back to her small child so we agreed to leave before the food was ready so she could get back..she was a part of the taxi party. Disappointed at the end after such a good day.
