We were never picked up for the trip. Received no information as to why the trip had been cancelled and a nightmare to get a refund.

Great

Although the waterfalls were beautiful and the boat ride was great it was a much longer day than advertised with 7 hours travelling. The additional cable stop on the way back wasn't needed and the guide said it was only 5 minutes from the break stop, but actually took over half an hour. The restaurant was very friendly but the vegetarian option was poor.

Great

We understood the journey was long this wasn’t an issue but the bus was very uncomfortable which made travelling unpleasant. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information during the day. The waterfalls were fantastic to see and the opportunity to take a raft ride to get closer was great, our raft “captain” was very entertaining and good fun! The shops and street vendors were great too. Unfortunately the food was not very good, the chicken tagine was very dry.

Poor

A visit to the Argon oil factory was totally missed from the itinerary. We were supposed to to stop after about 20 mins for breakfast, it was 2.25hrs before that happened. The guide left the coach before we were dropped off at our hotel. Your refund policy is appalling. Unless we are refunded the £100 on your original offer, we will not be using TUI again for any excursions. Please feel free to call me 07950 965794 to discuss further

Excellent staff. Problem with transport breaking down rectified quickly and calmly. Lunch was very good but lacked veg or salad accompaniment , but what was served was delicious. Cost needs to come down to bring in line with Find my Guide and similar companies to attract more customers.

Absolutely fantastic day at the waterfall, our guide was very lovely and friendly. Plenty of time to take a boat under the waterfall. Meal included after you reach the top and before getting back on the coach. Highlight of our holiday

The waterfall itself were lovely to see it is definitely a HIKE not a walk the transport was a bit lacking. Very poor food choice for somebody who is gluten free.

Poor

At no point were we informed about the distance to the waterfalls, we were misinformed about the return time. The lunch was not pleasant with the only option of meat or veggie. The whole day was 12hours because the coach went through the centre of Marrakesh to drop off the guide before take us back to our hotel which resulted in us missing our airport transfer by minutes and costing me the price of a taxi and causing stress and anxiety for me and my daughter. This ruined the whole experience!!!!

Great

Our guide was very knowledgeable, giving information in different languages and the waterfall was amazing. The food was delicious too and stopping off the gorge was a really interesting stop at the end of the day. Pre warning about the people giving you food to feed the monkeys would have been good because they do demand money after being quiet persistent about "helping" you feeding the monkeys! Otherwise a great experience that we really enjoyed!

Great

Great

Trip takes you out into the country, good clean coffee stop and toilet, change for tips required. A nice wander with the waterfalls and views. Lunch was nice, anyone afraid of large monkeys do not go, they jump onto the table and steal bread even with our hand clapping and waiter trying to shoo. Could be daunting. Usual stalls but a relaxing day out and beautiful things to see. Bus trip approx 2 hours each way with short break halfway

Poor

It was 11 hours and not 4-8 hours as billed. The majority of the time was largely on the coach. The trip to the stalactites was not worth the detour, the time walking down the steps for no view as the earthquake last year had dislodged boulders and made the walking route unsafe to continue on. It was also a much longer slower journey back to the hotel from the last stop.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like. Our guide was informative the whole time from the start of the journey to the end. Interesting facts and knowledge of the country whilst travelling, ample stops (as we had some distance to go which initially was a concern) and we felt very safe with the driver round the winding roads which initially was another concern. The waterfalls were of course amazing, as was the location for lunch which was delicious. The last stop, also an amazing site of stalactites

The booking in the app said 4 to 8 hours duration and ours was 10. In total we had about 7 hours on the coach. Had I known this was the case I most likely wouldn't have booked the trip. Our guide was knowledgeable but insisted on using a particular route down to the fall's saying that the other route wasn't safe. It became evident that the other route was fine but the one we took had lots of shops/stalls and our guide knew everyone. Due to this we missed some of the views of the falls.
