Ten en cuenta que deberás abonar 500 MXN por persona al subir al transporte con destino al Parque Jaguar de Tulum. Los niños menores de 11 años están exentos; no obstante, es posible que se te solicite un documento de identidad como parte de un control.

La edad mínima es de 16 años para los conductores y de ocho para los pasajeros.

Se ofrece un seguro opcional contra colisiones y daños por 15 dólares estadounidenses por conductor.

Hay servicios de fotografía y vídeo disponibles por un coste adicional.

Es necesario tener conocimientos básicos de natación para participar en las actividades acuáticas del tour.

Esta excursión no está recomendada para viajeros con movilidad reducida, problemas respiratorios, que se hayan sometido recientemente a una intervención quirúrgica o que padezcan enfermedades cardíacas, así como para mujeres embarazadas o personas que no puedan realizar actividades físicas moderadas.

La journée était très bien organisé, le guide super sympa. L'activité vraiment très enrichissante au niveau culturelle. La visite de la grotte vraiment impressionnante. Nous avons un peu moins apprécié l'activité quad parce que nous n'avions pas anticipé que l'expérience serait difficile physiquement au vu de notre âge, mais sans regret , nous ferons plus attention la prochaine fois. Vraiment très belle journée, je recommande

The cenote swim was simply gorgeous. Could have only been improved by having longer in there but we appreciate that it is only so big so only so many people could go in at one time. They tell you there's little point looking under the water but there is! ATVs were so much fun!! Muddy puddles and big smiles ?? The ruins were lovely but needed longer there to make the most of the site and the market that was there. Guides were amazing and a fabulous day overall.

Great

All 3 activities were really good. However a helmet for the Canote swim would be a good idea. The ATVs can easily burn your leg, and doing the Tulum ruins first before it got too hot would be better. Extra insurance for the ATVs should be included as should the extra 20 dollars each for Tulum-considering cost.

Extremely disappointed in the extra charge for access to national park, I wasn’t best pleased with this being an added cost in the first place but to turn up and find out that the $20 is per person with as a family with 2 children this was $80 that was in expected and not mentioned any where by TUI it mentions a $20 charge extra but nothing about per person, very misleading. All these costs should be included when you pay over £430 for a single day trip. Shocking from TUI. Trip itself was good

The whole team of staff looked after us well the throughout the day. Everything was as advertised. We felt safe, informed and had a fantastic day guided by Horacio. The buffet food at lunch time was very good. Tulum guide was very knowledgeable and 2 hours there in the heat was enough. The ATV guide was good and prepared for all levels of ability. Swimming in the cave was awesome and the added bats/fish was amazing to see.

Great tour but the 40 dollars to enter after you have already paid for the trip to tui needs to be made clear at the point of booking. The over selling of insurance is slightly annoying and ruins the enjoyment of driving the ATVs due to the fear factor.

The experience was amazing, activities were great and fantastic service, would definitely recommend. The aircon in the vans/buses could have been a bit stronger and it would have been nice to stop for a toilet break on the way back as we travelled for 3 hours without stopping so we were desperate by the time we got back!

This trip was amazing from start to finish both guides for the temple and at atv/cenatote were amazing, only thing with the temple is you only got 5 minutes free time to get some photo abit more time would be good to read the placks and have a good look about. Atvs jusus our guide very good and understanding, helped my partner and her confidence alot in the water, it looks very daunting swimming in a cave but speak to him and he will stay with you all way and keep you calm 10/10 bloke

Took way too long to get out on the trail. We waited almost a hour to get out riding. Then rode for about 20 mins. The whole day we just waited and waited for everything no communication on what was going on. ATV’s are kinda beat up. And couldn’t even get over 30kmp

Our guide was very serious and unengaging. We felt like we were being rushed the whole time. Lunch was way too early and he gave us about 15 minutes to choose our food and eat it. I felt rushed getting changed between events and it even felt like asking for a toilet break was delaying him and affecting the schedule. I also didn't appreciate the attempt to up sell us collision insurance for the ATVs. Surely the company already have insurance for the vehicles.

Amazing ATV ride through the jungle and a swim through a cenote , Alberto our guide was great! A really good tour round tulum also, so amazing to see. Very well organised. Would definitely recommend this!!

Positiv war, dass der Ausflug an sich gut organisiert war. Wir wurden am Hotel abgeholt, es gab Mittagessen, wir wurden zu allen Aktivitäten gebracht und anschließend wieder zum Hotel zurück gebracht. Den Preis empfanden wir allerdings als unangebracht überteuert, vorallem weil wir nochmal zusätzlich Steuern an der Maya-Stätte zahlen mussten. Die versprochenen Stellen zum Schnorcheln gab es nicht. Der Zeitplan war sehr straff, sodass keine Zeit blieb um sich etwas umzusehen.

Swumming in cenote was amazing. ATV was good but better if track was more open so could go faster. Tulum was good but very hot in afternoon. We were told that Tulum would be in morning which is why we booked.
