Unfortunately, lunch was left for last and everyone was starving. Highly recommend that this is changed between blue hole and konoko falls. Also, the lady guide at Konoko Falls was rude. The guide from the bus was not that nice either. Very lazy. On the positive side, everything was nice at Blue Hole, the staff was excellent and the natural pools were stunning

We were not told we had to take water shoes and the guide on the bus was very insistent (and rude) we had to purchase them at the first stop. We also were not told our first stop was the blue hole and not konoko falls which was confusing. The guide on the bus didn't actually do anything except tell us how poor she was and needed tips to feed her family. I do not want to hear this on my holiday. Overall we all enjoyed the falls and the blue hole with their guides. No issues with our driver

The blue hole was great experience, but felt the Konodo falls was rushed, didn’t get lunch until 3pm. Felt the guide, was in rush and no time to enjoy the falls. Lunch should have been serviced before enjoying the falls

We loved the tour and our tour guide Nicisha or Mammie as she likes to be called and Dean our driver we very informative and the day went smoothly. The only down side of excursions in Jamaica are expensive, and it doesn't go to the guides just the big wigs.

Really enjoyed our day to the Blue hole and Konoko falls. The guides at both locations were very attentive and helpful, we felt safe at all times. Didn't think I would enjoy the jumping into the water at the Blue hole but it was very exhilarating and so glad we did it. The only slight change I would have preferred lunch when we arrived at Konoko falls then do the walk around looking at Flora and Fauna. This took about an hour so time to let your lunch go down before tackling the climb.

Our tour guide at Knoko Falls was very knowledgable and friendly, but felt the tour was a little rushed. A lot of information to take in. Also the lunch provided was a mixed bag with no options to really change it. Meat…Chicken mixed with pork! I do not eat pork. Vegetarian option was lack lustre.. no thought. Tour guide on and driver on the minibus were great!

The actual excursion was very fun, however the organisation was awful! The driver went the wrong direction about 4 times, they didn't ring ahead to let the staff know we were coming which resulted in a 2 hour long wait in the minibus with no explanation as to what is happening. When we eventually got started, we were forced to eat our food in the minivan due to the establishment not preparing for our arrival. Felt like poor value for money because of this.

Väldigt trevlig utflykt! Fina miljöer och kul att få både hoppa i och gå upp genom vattenfallen. Dock behövs badskor då du går genom vattenfallen och inte kan använda något annat. Detta var inte tydligt i beskrivningen och vi fixk köpa på plats. Tyvärr är guiderna vid blue hole väldigt påstridiga och kräver att få dricks. Detta trots vi betalt väldigt mycket för utflykten

We were taken to a rip off shop initially in case people didn't have footwear or waterproof phone cases.It would be better to give people more information prior to trip.Blue hole was amazing guides were great The animals weren't well looked after particularly crocs and tortoises. Lunch was a bit mediocre.

I think the whole experience was very good from getting off the coach to getting back on. The tour guide was very informative about the history of the island and the place we were visiting. When the guide at the falls took is up he was very considerate of everyone in the group. I loved that you walked up the falls and if you wanted to jump on and swing into the pools at the bottom you could. I couldn’t fault any part of the trip.

Bra tid, en heldag. Blue hole var superb, besöket till Konoko Falls kan göras bättre, gick lite för fort att gå igenom museet. Några av djuren såg heller inte ut att ha de bästa förutsättningarna till ett bra liv (framförallt krokodilen). Där bör ni (TUI) kunna påverka.

Konoko falls were amazing. Tour guide was great and very helpful with the older generation climbing the falls. Stooped at various locations so people could get the best pictures. Blue hole was a great adrenaline filled experience. I would say if your not agile then this is not the place for you as you climb the fall ad jump into pools going back down. Tour guide was great but it was all very rushed.... The only let down was the tui rep on the bus...she was rude and not welcoming.

Gids was niet aanwezig wegens ziekte . Wel respect voor de buschauffeur die klein beetje cultuur wist te vertellen . Toch gehoopt op ervaren gids ! Naar aanleiding van eerdere vakanties op Jamaica weet ik dat het ook anders kon . Alles moest zeer snel gaan , lunch pas voorzien op het einde van de excursies. Wat zeer laat was uiteraard. Wel mooie uitzichten gezien .

Das blue hole war mein absolutes Highlight!Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Wir hatten super Guides die uns sicher zum Ziel gebracht haben und zudem noch meinen verlorenen Ohrring wiedergefunden haben!!Danke nochmals an die zwei Jungs ???? Der Konoko Fall war schön, allerdings hat da die Organisation von unserem Tourleiter nicht gepasst. Es hieß wir können nach dem Park,bevor es zu dem Wasserfall geht,nochmal zum Bus uns umziehen und die Sachen wie Zigaretten da lassen. Leider war das nicht so??

A great trip with a nice small group. The stop at the Shop was over priced, so don’t get pushed in to purchasing anything if you don’t want to! Over all a great day out!

What a great day. We stopped at a duty free shop in ochos Rios. Get water shoes, you'll need them to $13. You start at blue hole where your guide helps you get to the top of a waterfall. There are fresh water pools to jump into. Then onto konoko falls. You go through the gardens with a guide explaining all the plants. Then, you climb the waterfalls. Super experience. Once finished, you get lunch. Then home.

I must stress we had such a positive experience on both combine trips with the tour operators and venues. Our issue or the let down was tui and our reps . The rep on site that day was very unhelpful , was extremely snappy and rude .we had an issue regarding pick up location due to hotel being new at the time , instead call the guide she decided to tell us to get a taxi costing us an additional 5 usd per person for a less than min drive up the road.

The only thing I did not like was the restaurant staff. They were not helpful. When asked about purchasing a drink, the tone was aggressive.. I was told 'go there & order it'. When I got to the window box to order, no one was there, and no one information given.

Sowohl das' Springen' ins Blue Hole, als auch das Klettern an den Konoko Fällen waren wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis. Es gab direkten Kontakt mit Papagei, ********** & Co und eine Führung durch die tropische Pflanzenwelt. Ein cooles Abenteuer mit Riesen Funfaktor! Die Guides waren stets auf Sicherheit bedacht und sehr hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert, für (fast) jedes Alter und auch für weniger sportliche Personen. Die Guides haben auf Wunsch auch fotografiert. Top! Gerne wieder!

We were picked up an hour late and because of this the second activity was cut to 45 minutes, the guide at event was rude and aggressive but our bus guides were lovely, and the first activity was good.

Big thanks to Amaril for recommending this, it was one of our favourite experiences in Jamaica. Climbing waterfalls, jumping and swinging into the crystal clear waters, and our guide around the gardens (Nadil?) who was brilliantly informative and entertaining we’re all highlights. Highly recommend.

The Blue Hole was stunning. Beautiful scenary & the "Hole" which was actually a mountain river descending levels into basins of cool crystal blue water was fabulous. The Guides, Kevon & Jay were first class & really looked after you. Konoko Falls itself was surrounded by lush vegetation. Slightly underwhelming compareded to Dunns River being very steep to climb. The animals/birds/herbs tour was highly interesting. Thank you to Jermaine, Kenroy & the remainder of the Guides for their knowledge.

Toffe bezigheden. Het beklimmen van Konoko falls is prachtig en als je je niet laat leiden door de polonaise aan toeristen is het een heel fijne plek om even te zitten en genieten. Downside: De tour duurde bij ons 9 uur waarvan 6 uur in de bus. Onze gids was vooral erg luid. Veel van haar verhalen kwamen er op neer dat we haar flink moesten fooien. Tijdens het shoppen voor waterschoenen (wel echt nodig) mochten we vooral nergens anders heen vermoedelijk omdat de jongedame een dealtje had lopen.

Blue Hole and Konoko falls were amazing and the staff at both were incredibly helpful, and great with the kids. However, we were extremely rushed, because our guide decided that she would rather we stopped at her mate’s gift shop than explore the falls. We wasted an hour getting a hard sell, when we could have been climbing the falls. Also, she made a LOT of inappropriate comments for the group: it was mostly young families, and the dick jokes and comments about underage sex were not appreciated

The staff/guides were very helpful and encouraging. You always felt safe knowing they were there supporting you through your fears. It did say lunch wasn't included which was fine but an absolute suprise when we were given lunch at konko falls.

The waterfall in konoko falls was amazing to climb. The lifeguards were brilliant at making sure we all got to the top and that there were plenty of photo opportunities. However we were rushed around the gardens with little time in the museum. Blue hole equally a wow moment, however the current is very strong. Guides were fantastic at making sure you felt safe and knowing what your doing next and where your going. Very well organised.

On the plus side the driver and guide were very good. The Komodo falls were more impressive than I had expected. Not far from Ocho Rios, so ideal for those staying there. I’m not sure it would be worth the extra hour or so’s drive for those staying further afield.

Really enjoyable trip. Driver Ricardo was particularly welcoming and excellent driving on some rocky roads! The Blue Hole was terrific fun for water lovers and adrenaline seekers. Friendly guide. Take a waterproof camera case for your phone but there is also a guy taking photos which are very good and you can buy after. Then onto Konoko Falls. First a walk around the botanical gardens which was really pretty and relaxing and a few animals in the mini zoo. Then you climb up the falls with a guide. Our guide Kenway was fab and carried my phone and took lots of pics for me. Terrific fun and finished off we a lovely lunch and fruit punch (even though the description says no lunch included, it was!).
