The driver was great. The design on the bus made it easy to spot. The pick up and drop off was smooth. The guide, Marco was on another level, his care of his passenger was second to none. There were some German guests, he did his best to help although he was not as fluent. The tour was informative.

The local guides on Lady of the Rocks and in Kotor were lovely and very informative. The overall guide, Tomislav was rude, impatient and shouted at me so badly when I was taken ill and held up the group for a few minutes. that he made me cry which completely ruined the whole tri for me. Completely inappropriate and unforgivable as he attacked me before finding out the situation and, then doubled down and had another go after he knew I was sick! Too much coach for 2 sort visits.

Lovely trip, marko was great, very informative and helpful. Border crossing back took a while but out of the guides control. Kotor lovely and will go back there. All round a lovely day.

Notre guide était très bien. Dommage qu'il y ait trop de monde encore à cette époque, il faut faire vite pour descendre du car car sinon la police intervient. Beaucoup de kilomètres pour rejoindre le site et passage à la frontière,qui n'a pas été trop long par chance ce jour là, mais peut être très long certains jours.

Waiting for 3 hours at boarder control was not mentioned in the description and we were told this is a regular occurrence. Also pick up from Montenegro at 14.30 with no allocated toilet stops for the return. How is anyone expected to not go the toilet for over 6 hours? Especially when we have elderly and pregnant women on the tour. The guide told the customer to complain to his embassy when he said he wasn’t satisfied with no toilet stops. Also the city guide in Montenegro was to quiet

For us personally, this was HUGELY disappointing, due to the disparity between time spent on the coach and the time spent on the actual visit. The total time spent on the coach was 9 hours 15 minutes. The time on the visits including when getting off the coach and getting to both the venues was 4 hours total. This overshadowed the visit. Additionally, in Koto, 1 hour was a guided tour, there were lots of guided tours in different languages, often at same place, difficult to hear. Disappointing

Guide accompagnatrice (Sonjia) très moyenne dans ces commentaires et explications. Guide locale fait le "service minimum": tour de KOTOR bâclé en 40 minutes. Il serait utile que les participant soient dotés d'oreillettes pour avoir les explications du guide en audio: beaucoup de monde sur place et difficultés à se regrouper. On ne nous prévient pas au départ du temps très long pour le passage de frontière avec le Monténégro, à l'aller comme au retour.

Les visites étaient sublimes, mais nous n'aurions pas fait cette excursion si nous avions su que autant de temps dans le bus nous attendait, en effet nous avons passé 7 heures dans le bus pour 4 heures de visites. Il aurait fallut nous prévenir, car le guide le savait et la déléguée de l'hôtel qui nous a vendu l'excursion a omis de nous préciser ce désagrément .

Well organised and informative tour - Sonia our rep guide was excellent, great knowledge which she shared bitesized which meant that everyone listened. Paul our driver not a morning person but found his personality as the day went on! Kotor was beautiful and for us kept its charm and authenticity more than Dubrovnik Old Town. The boat trip to the Lady of the Rock was worthwhile. We felt that reversing the tour would have been a better, as waiting in traffic to Kotor was frustrating for all.

Le temps de transport (8h aller-retour) était démesuré par rapport au temps de visite (2h). Nous n'avons fait qu'une partie des visites prévues. Nous n'avons pas pu nous arrêter à Perast ni sur l'île Notre Dame des rochers. Ensuite, la visite de Kotor a été écourtée. Le guide et le chauffeur n'étaient pas responsables de la situation mais nous aurions aimé être prévenus de ces possibles difficultés (douane et circulation) au moment la réservation. Le prix de la journée était de ce fait excessif.

The bus journey took 6 hours to get to Kotor between the border crossing and slow traffic. The guide knew the border crossing would take hours but we were not warned about it. Because it took so long we didn’t get to do any other part of the trip apart from Kotor

The guide, Marco was knowledgeable, friendly and was fluent in both French and English. The trip was surprisingly hassle free and we enjoyed both stops in Montenegro. The ascent of the wall to the top looks an excellent challenge but it was too hot today. Montenegro was not expensive and the history was fascinating.

Very rushed visit to church. Clearly the site is over run by too many coaches that can’t cater for the crowds. No mention of the time it takes to get across border by the tour guide. Took 2 hours to get to Cator old town, which is apparently the norm. All in all very disappointing for 5+ hours on a coach. Would not recommend this trip at all !!

The whole experience was fantastic. Marko and the driver(apologies I’ve forgotten his name) were brilliant. Very informative and knowledgeable. With a brilliant way of explaining things. It’s a long day but to be expected due to the nature of the trip. The only complaint I could have is we were picked up first so by the time we actually crossed the border into Montenegro we’d been possibly 3 hours without a comfort break. Perhaps opening the toilet on the coach would be very beneficial.

This was a great day trip, Marko the guide was exceptional. He knew so much about the area and history of Croatia and Montenegro. The trip itself was very good, the two places visited were worthwhile. It was a hot day which makes such a trip quite tiring towards the end, but that is to be expected and did not affect our view of the experience. We would highly recommend this.

Pick up from our hotel was by Taxi, we were then dropped off in a layby on the main road outside Dubrovnik to wait for the coach, same with return trip, although taxi driver on way there and coach on way back waited, I felt to improve the experience, the drop off could have been at one of the hotels the other guests were picked ip from, indeed, the last pick up was a hotel only 10 minutes away, this would have provided us with a greater feeling of security.

Palvelu oli hyvää ja oppaat myös. Old Townin Opas puhui liian hiljaa, joten piti kuunnella ihan läheltä. Menomatkalle jouduimme odottelemaan tullissa n. 20-30 min läpipääsyä, vika ei liene kuitenkaan matkanjärjestäjän. Luostarisaari oli hieno kohde ja venematkat sinne ja takaisin sujuivat hienosti.

Visite de la ville de Kotor réalisée au pas de course. Balai incessant de car déverssant des centaines de touristes à Kotor (sur tourisme). Départ précipité de la ville à 14 h pour finalement rentrer à l’hôtel à 17 h au lieu de 18 h initialement prévu malgré plus d’une heure d’attente à la douane en plein soleil dans un car sans Clim sans pause sur le trajet pour pouvoir acheter de l’eau comme la pause faite le matin lors de l’aller pour les toilettes.

It wasn’t clear to us when we booked we would be on a coach bus picking up a lot of other people from different hotels. The time spent on the coach bus was not worth it. I would have preferred to book a rental car and drive myself.

We were picked up at 05.30 in the morning from Kalamota island and then had collect from anther 5 or 6 hotels which alone took 2hrs. it was then 45 mins to the border which took over a hour to get through. After that another 1 hours on the coach to destinations. This was then repeated for the return journey. In total we had 3 hrs in Kotor in a 13 hr day. Given the this trip was titled Highlights of Montenegro I think it's mislabelled given that most of the time was in Croatia - on a bus or boat.

Le guide était inexistant dans le bus, aucun commentaire concernant le voyage, pas d'explication de ce qu'on voyait à droite ou à gauche. Le guide sur place a bien expliqué mais a été expéditif. On a l'impression qu'elle était pressée. A l'entrée de Notre Dame du rocher, on nous a réclamé de l'argent pour rentrer alors que c'était prévu dans notre excursion. Nous avons insisté auprès du guide pour que le groupe puisse accéder à cette chapelle et nous avons donc pu la visiter.

Very good tour with plenty of information from the guide, the route taken by the coach gives excellent views of Montenegro, that are not available when visiting Kotor by cruise ship. An excellent way to see a bit of the Montenegro countryside.

It would have been beneficial to have 30 minutes at the first island stop so we could walk around or have time on shore to visit the museum. The return trip felt disjointed with no information given ie how long the return journey would be and there was no 'comfort' stop. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly.

Pleasant enough trip with Tom as a very good and knowledgeable guide. The usual pick up from lots of hotels takes a long time when you are one of the first pickups. The guide in Montenegro was knowledgeable, however, needed a microphone as we couldn't hear what he was saying. I think a light lunch could have been provided. We enjoyed the visit to Our Lady of the Rocks. A lady with a walking stick struggled with the steps here so an alert about difficult access would have been helpful.

Great
Montenegro experience overall was good. The only comment would that some information had not been fed to our guide (re Ferry being included in trip) so we had to go back to the same place twice in order to go to the island.

It was a wonderful trip however the border crossing was a bit of a challenge as we had to get out of the bus which meant we were delayed both going and coming back. The guide was wonderful. I was so pleased the guide also warned us about switching our data off on our phones to avoid unexpected data charges. I and others hadn’t even thought about it making a difference as it was still in Europe but obviously not part of the EU. This needs mentioning beforehand I think

Picked up 7am , the guide was excellent! Very informative the whole journey & throughout the day. Short delay at passport control (half hr), 1st stop at Lady of the Rock approx an hour then onto Kotor old town , very busy there as 4 cruise ships in but didn’t matter. Brilliant tour best ever had with Tui!
