Venetië is gebouwd op meer dan 100 eilanden en is beroemd om zijn netwerk van schemerblauwe kanalen, omzoomd met verfijnde architectuur en doorkruist door prachtige stenen bruggen. En tijdens deze dagexcursie van Istrië naar Venetië steek jij per boot de Adriatische Zee over om in alle vrijheid deze romantische Italiaanse stad te verkennen.jij komt in stijl aan op de San Basilio pier, midden in het hart van Venetië, om jij ontdekkingstocht door 'La Serenissima' te beginnen. Terwijl jij door deze legendarische plek wandelt, is er genoeg tijd om een aantal van de hoogtepunten van de stad te bekijken. Mis het legendarische San Marcoplein niet - een piazza dat wordt gedomineerd door de prachtige Byzantijnse basiliek van San Marco en de klokkentoren.Maak misschien een gondeltochtje, zoek zoveel mogelijk bruggen op en duik in en uit de klassieke eetgelegenheden - er is hier van alles te doen. jij gaat op eigen gelegenheid naar de haven om Venetië in de vroege avond te verlaten en terug te keren naar Kroatië nadat jij een van de topsteden van Italië hebt gezien.

Let op: uw paspoort is noodzakelijk. Deze excursie gaat over de grens van Kroatië naar Italië. Gasten moeten de volgende gegevens naar de boekingsmail sturen, porec.booking@tui.com,when en deze excursie boeken: voor- en achternaam, geboortedatum en paspoortnummer.
Venetië heeft een toeristenbelasting van EUR 5,00 per persoon ingevoerd om de stad binnen te komen. Deze moet ten minste vier dagen voor jij bezoek worden betaald, anders loopt de belasting op tot EUR 10,00. Deze belasting kan online worden betaald via de website van het toeristenbureau van Venetië
Tot nu toe zijn de data waarop de toeristenbelasting in Venetië in 2025 van toepassing is: elke vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag in mei, juni en juli, plus 18-30 april, donderdag 1 mei en maandag 2 juni.
Het is verplicht om deze toeristenbelasting op de geselecteerde data te betalen. Als jij niet betaalt, wordt jij de Entree Venetië geweigerd.
Het is maar dat jij het weet, deze ervaring vereist dat jij de grens oversteekt van Kroatië naar Italië. Om dit zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen, vragen we jij om de voor- en achternaam, geboortedatum en paspoortnummers van iedereen op deze boeking te vermelden.

Great
Amazing experience, Venice well worth the visit. We booked beat the queue tickets to get into St Marks Basilica which was well worth a visit and got us out the sweltering heat. We booked water taxi and gondola tickets which was well worth the money. As expected a lot of tourists, the further away you walk from St Marks Square the cheaper things become.

From the minute we stepped on the catamaran we felt well informed. All the staff were very helpful. The guides were great. We took all the extras and everything went like clockwork and we felt like we got to experience a taste of Venice in the very short time we had.

We had a fantastic day. Transfers from our hotel went smoothly. Great guides from the catamaran company. We had about 6 hours in Venice. Once we were on the catamaran we were offered ‘add ons’ which we took up- transfers by water taxi to and from the port, lunch and a gondola ride. Some people were more adventurous than us and made their own way around. It is a long day but worth it.

We loved our trip to Venice from Rovinj. I would have liked to know more about the facilities on the boat in advance. I would also have liked to know that there are optional extras (lunch, gondola, boat trips, guided tour) because we would have planned our day around those in advance if we'd known. Also the transfer back to the hotel from the boat was a bit chaotic (Rovinj gets very busy by the harbour in the evenings).

You should mention it’s 6hrs travelling on the sea And also the costs for transfers from boat to centre before booking so people can make a decision and not get trapped into spending more money than they budgeted for.

Well planned excursion. Highlights were the gondola ride and the lunch at a lovely wee restaurant. The weather was 38 degrees so having a guide was essential to save us wandering aimlessly in the heat! Had plenty free time once we got our bearings and sampled ice cream and drinks in St Mark's Square. 3 hours each way from Rovinj was a long haul but still ample time in Venice without feeling rushed.

This is a trip that should not be missed. It was smooth running from start to finish, we had an excellent experience and a day in Venice which was amazing, informative and we left knowing that we had checked so many things off our bucket list! There are no complaints at all and I would advise anyone thinking about the trip dont let the price put you off , its one of the best day trips I have ever had, value for money, historical and informative.

Great way to see Venice. It's a long day but worth it. The catamaran was comfortable, indoors so also warm! They open up the upper deck on approach to Venice which is great. We took up the offer of the planned excursions with the guides which I would say is a good idea. If you don't then it will be more expensive and you could spend a lot of time wondering what to do. when you only have a day you need a plan. The guides were really good and we had a great day.
