Tulum was top en interessant. zwemmen in de cenote was echt fantastisch en super gaaf. De gids Hazael was echt een topper!!! Leuke, vriendelijke man die zijn vak verstaat. Snorkelen was een domper, we hebben niet veel kunnen zien, water was erg troebel. En we werden verrast door een tropische storm en onweer. Helaas, dat is de natuur. De gids was erg op z’n hoede en heeft ons in veiligheid gebracht.

This was a really great full day trip. Three experiences plus a meal. It was very well organised and structured and the guide was helpful, entertaining and kept the day running smoothly! The day started at 9am and we had lunch at around 4pm after the 3 activities which was quite late in the day. Water and biscuits were offered on the minibus before. The tour at Tulum included 1 hr free time to explore the ruins, I would have liked more information about the ruins on the tour. A great day out!

It was a nice combination with the ruins and cenote. Our guide, Emanuel, did a good job. I appreciated he did not push for a tip, unlike Anthony on the Cancún Adventures catamaran tour.

Overall an excellent tour. Well organized, coordinated and executed by the service staff. The tour guide, Mario was outstanding giving all the important instructions and also taking care of the needs of all of us. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful to everyone including those who needed extra care, including us. I wish I had more local currency to give to express our appreciation. The driver Victor was also courteous, helpful and and safe driver. Both are Assets to the organization. .

Jammer dat er weinig tijd was in Tulum. Gids die mee was, was slecht verstaanbaar. Zwemmen in de cenote was een hele belevenis! Ontzettend leuk. Lunch in restaurant erg laat, na 15u pas, maar wel erg lekker!

The closed cenote and inlet snorkeling were the highlights. Both Javier and Alexandra (Alex) were very friendly, enthusiastic and conscientious throughout the excursion!! We had a lot of laughs and good conversation too.

Guide Tulum beaucoup ********** court, seulement 2 arrêts soit environ 10 min d'explications seulement puis nous sommes tous seuls au milieu des ruines !! Plage de la fin à Akumal super sympa mais pas me temps d'en profiter. ********** de choses dans cette excursion, on a le temps de rien.

Each of the activities was amazing. David, our guide, moved us through the day in a relaxed but prompt manner. We felt safe at all times. The lunch location was a perfect end to the day. The only bad thing was someone in our group had 400 pesos stolen by an employee at the main store at Tulum. Though this isn’t TUI’s fault, maybe a warning or guidance on how to most safely make a purchase would be good.

We appreciated the tour guide, Moses. The experience felt authentic as he is Mayan and we traveled to Mayan ruins, cenotes in the jungle. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was conscientious about guest safety and attentive to individual guests needs. He is reason I gave high score. Van is too small for leg room, an uncomfortable ride. Snorkeling excursion was too short. Food was good quality.

Tour guide and driver were excellent. Got to know our small group and advised of local wildlife and culture. Made us feel at ease in cenote cave. Ensured we were all together and OK on Tulum tour pointing out added extras on way too. Snorkeling in lagoon was fabulous with checks we were all enjoying ourselves and pointing out fish. Magic tricks at end were a surprise. They made a great duo and we had a group photo at drop off.

De trip was super leuk! Onze reisleidster voor de dag Jessica deed t zo leuk en wist van alles. Vooral de Cenote was heel gaaf! Vond t wel aan de dure kant. 157 euro per persoon en dan de tip voor de chauffeur de reisleidster en personeel in de strandbar nog! Dat was een dure dag, gelukkig wel heel leuk

Een fantastische dag!! S morgens opgehaald door de grappigste gids ooit! Begonnen in Tulum met rondleiding. Was met mijn 2 zoons( pubers) zelf zij vonden t interessant ?? klein uurtje rondleiding, toen nog een uurtje voor ons zelf. Daarna richting Cenote. Alleen busreis was al leuk! Zwemmen in de Cenote was fantastisch. Ook hier weer gelachen met onze gids. Toen richting lagune om te snorkelen. Heel bijzonder, prachtige vissen gezien. Als afsluiter lunch aan een prachtig strand. Onvergetelijk!

Excursie was erg leuk echt echt waar voor je geld. Wij werden om 06:20 opgehaald bij het hotel en waren om 18:30 weer terug in het hotel. Vanaf de plek waar wij zaten was het wel 2,5 uur rijden, dus je zit veel in de auto, maar hebt ook veel om te doen. Volgorde was top, alleen lunch was erg laat. Leuke activiteit om eens mee te maken als je in Mexico bent!

Trip was lovely but everything were to fast, no time to enjoy the places, driver were fine but our guide she did not let as to take pictures in the cenote(photos were taken by a photographer) she did not want to wait in the queue, said we can take them later on what wasn't true. We paid $60 for photos!!! And we missed the best one. No time to rest a little bit.. just rush rush rush... I still recommend the trip but will make sure you don't miss anything.

Loved Tulum - would have liked a little more time here. Loved the Cenote swim - was just the right length. Sadly, we did not get to Yalku because of a storm. Loved Punta Venado and would have gone here separate;y if we had known about it Manny was a fantastic guide, really knowledgable and clearly so proud of his country's beuaty and history. His passion was infectious!

The Tulum ruins part felt a little rushed - and the guide had to explain everything in both English and Spanish, so there was a lot of standing around in the heat while he did that. It would have been better to have had one language for each guide. Then the free time at the ruins was quite short. The cenote swim was awesome and the lagoon snorkelling really great despite the lagoon being quite murky (no one’s fault!). The beachfront lunch was lovely - great venue.

The Tulum part was good a part guided tour followed by free time. The cenote was scary it was less of a swim and more like pot holing. The lagoon was disappointing. I would rather have gone to Akumak bay for a swim

Toller Guide. Mara hat alles super erklärt und uns gut durch Tulum geführt. In der Cenote hatten wir Glück, das wir zeitweise alleine waren. Der Schnorchelgang ist eine reine Touristenabfertigung und hat uns nicht gut gefallen. Zu viele Gruppen waren gleichzeitig im Wasser und die Schwimmwesten waren eigentlich nur störend.

The activities were great, a really good variety of culture & adventure in one go. The downside was the driving in between each activity but it was a good opportunity to rest. It would have been nice to have longer than an hour at the beach club for lunch as it was as so beautiful, by the time we had eaten there wasn’t much time left to enjoy it. Also lunch was very late at 4pm so ensure guests have had a bit breakfast before the trip.

Mycket bra utflykt. Men… väldigt kort tid i Tulum, vi fick en timma vid ruinerna och det tog ca 15-20 o gå ner till där butiker o bussar var. Man ville gärna titta runt lite där också . Cenoten var helt fantastisk . Även lagunen. Det sista åkte vi till beach club o åt , maten var fantastisk . Chauffören körde i vårt tycke fort och vägarna var väldigt guppiga, det enda negativa

väldigt stressigt ! För kort tid i Tulum och dålig guidning , vi fick gå själva och hade bara 1 timma på oss. Vilket inte var nog. skumpig väg till Cenoten , härligt att simma där men stressigt, sen var det in i bussen med blöta badkläder för skumpig färd mot snorklingen , snorkla med massa andra vilket gjorde vattnet grumligt , sedan en ny skumpig färd mot "utfodringen". Utflykten hade varit fantastisk om vi fått mer tid i Tulum och mer tid att snorkla.

I would highly recommend this trip, especially snorkeling in lagoon exceeded our expectations. The only thing I would change is the time spent in Cenote, it was definitely too short to enjoy full experience.

Die Tur war allgemein recht schön Der Aufenthalt in tullum leider viel zu kurz und zeitlich begrenzt genau wie bei allen anderen Aufenthalten 30min in der zenoto und beim schnorcheln ist einfach zu wenig Zeit. Dadurch fühlt man sich durchgehend gestresst. Der guid war super und aufmerksam.

Unfortunately the Minibus arrived 40 minutes late, Tulum would have been a fantastic experience if we’d had a proper guide. The cenote swim was fantastic and the best part of the day. The lagoon was ok, but water was murky. During the transfers between locations the guide continually spoke to the other guests In Spanish and we were given little information. The Beach Club Lunch was at 3:45pm and it just wasn’t worth the 1 1/2hr round trip for a Burrito. Overall too rushed.

I liked the fact we were told so many historical facts about the ruins, and all the different things why the buildings were all separated. Also the second activity I was quite nervous as I’m not particularly strong swimmer but was made to feel at ease with the tour guide Sergio. The last activity was snorkelling which I was over thinking but with the help and ease of Sergio made it en better experience which I will never forget. I think the whole day trip was amazing.

Hele leuke excursie, waarbij je best wel veel in de bus rijdt, maar met leuke muziek en stukjes jungle zeker niet vervelend. Tulum is mooi, de cenote prachtig, De lagoon niet heel bijzonder, mede doordat er teveel mensen zijn. Helaas is alles een toeristische atractie en daardoor drukker dan je zou willen om van de mooie dingen ongestoord te kunnen genieten.

The ruins and explanations were great. The Cenote and snorkelling in the lagoon was amazing. The lunch at the beach was nice. Downside was the whole morning was a rush from place to place with not much time spent at each place. We were given free time at the ruins to look around for about 30 mins but it was a 15 min walk back to the meeting point. Everything was rushed so no time to take it in or get photos. Great variety of fish at the lagoon, the cenote was great experience, again just rushed

Absolutely amazing experience. Ran by cancun adventures. Our tour guide Omar was amazing. He knew so much about tulum and what we were doing. The cenote swimming was amazing. They will take your photos and you can buy them for $50 USD. The swim in the lagoon was brilliant, really enjoyable. Finally relaxed in the beach club at the end with lunch. Amazing experience would recommend to anyone!

Im happy that we chose this experience and not just a Tulum tour. Tulum was amazing and if you love history its great to see it.!! Its very very hot and our guide gave us umbrellas for shade - thumbs up - it was definitely needed.!! Cenote was absolutely beautiful and Memo our tour guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable and funny!! The food at the beach club was lovely - however it is a long day and i would advise getting breakfast in if you can.!

De excursie was heel leuk en variërend met een leuke begeleiding. Tot slot was er een afsluit in een beach club. Je had keuze tussen 3 gerechten en deze waren allen super lekker. Zeker een aanrader! Let wel op dat je eventjes op de bus zit naar Tulum.

De bezoeken aan de cenote en de lagune zijn veels te kort en worden afgeraffeld. Je zit langer in de bus tussen locaties dan dat je in de cenote en de lagune bent. Maya ruines zijn ok maar weinig uitleg door gids.

The whole trip was brilliant from start to finish. Pick up time unfortunately made us unable to get any breakfast, which meant we went from having an evening meal and not eating another meal until we went to the beach at 14.10. Even having a pick up time half an hour later would allow people to get breakfast especially when needing to balance blood sugars for conditions like diabetes

Guide & driver we’re both very friendly & helpful. Guide was very knowledgeable. Day was filled with lots to do and was very interesting to learn more about the Mayan culture. Only negative is that the bus was a very bumpy ride which at times made us uncomfortable.

Es ist halt alles sehr touristisch und man wird zur Eile angetrieben. Gerade die unterirdische Höhle war der Hammer und schade, dass man nicht mehr Zeit für die Besichtigung hatte. Alles in allem war unser Guide sehr kompetent und rücksichtsvoll, auch für Kindern ab 8 Jahre ist es super und sie werden liebevoll behandelt. Es lohnt sich den Ausflug zu machen und die Sehenswürdigkeiten anzuschauen.

Der Guide war super freundlich und hat einem alles super erklärt. Der Fahrer hat einem immer geholfen und hat sogar unsre Handtücher zusammen gelegt, als er das Fahrzeug gereinigt hat. Der Ausflug ist das Geld wert, man erlebt einiges und es lohnt sich dieses Erlebnis zu buchen!!! Cenote ist ein Traum, in der Lagune sieht man Fische und der Tempel ist sehr interessant.

Leider ca halbe Stunde Verspätung Ein kleines Bus mit alle Plätze belegt- in Corona Zeit , sehr unvorsichtig, da wir alle über Stunden ganz nah beieinander saßen, und nicht alle die Maske vernünftig getragen haben. Die Erlebnisse in sich waren toll und die Guide waren sehr bemüht und haben deren Job zur 100% gemacht
