I want to make an official complaint about this excursion. Regarding the TUI arranged transfer and the timings we actually had at Sky Lagoon. The whole thing was like a race to get through it to be on time to get back to the pickup coach! Genuinely thought the driver was joking when he said back at the bus before 8.30pm when he dropped us there at gone 6.30pm. Sky lagoon was incredible but the rush ruined it. We payed £288 for this! Unbelievable!!

We thought it works be more relaxing to take a nearby spa however we arrived at 6.40 and were told we needed to be back on the coach at 8.40. We felt we were very rushed with introducing time, getting undressed and dressed which took at least 40 mins of the time. We had no time to relax through the experiences or enjoy food afterwards although that might have been closed anyway. It was not cheap so we should have been given more time. Really disappointing but the Lagoon was lovely.

Had Tui reciept of payment for experience. However not on Sky Lagoon system. After a lot of waiting around and time wasted, I had to pay to do experience. Very stressed and reduced time in Lagoon. Not the relaxing experience I wanted for the last night of tour.

Loved the lagoon and bus driver was also fab. Time restriction was fine for us but others seemed much more rushed. The 3 hours advertised included the transfer times so realistically only 1.5 actually in the lagoon. Fab experience in the dark and with the snow. Loved it!

It was a 2 hour experience, not 3 - It's a bit naughty claiming this in the experience description when it includes travel to & from it. Having paid over £100 each for the privilege it was unacceptable to receive two-thirds of the package. (That said, the venue itself and the facilities were great)

The bus was 35 minutes late which meant less time in the lagoon and we didn’t have time for food at all that evening as the northern lights tour was straight after. The bus driver rudely demanded we be back by 9pm and then turned up at 9.20. I loved the lagoon but wouldn’t book again with TUI as I would arrange my own transport to maximise the great experience.

Excellent transfer to and from the Sky Lagoon with pick up at our hotel. No ticket required on entry - Lagoon staff aware of TUI customers so just asked for name and checked in quickly. Lagoon is expensive and can be crowded due to being quite small.

Magical, relaxing, perfect end to the day. There was nothing to not like. No need to purchase anything, plenty of free water to drink afterwards, towels and shower gel and conditioner supplied. Options for food if wanted.

Stunning spa, the evening slot was amazing to see the city in the background. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't originally book the blue lagoon due to the recent volcanic events however I as soon as I entered the lagoon was I was glad with my decision. Drinks from the bar where expensive I ordered 2x mocktails as I attended with my teenage daughter this cost me just over £17 and they weren't even nice neither us finished them.

The Sky Lagoon itself was great, one of the best experiences we have been on. But when we arrived it seemed they had lost our booking. Despite paying £160 for two, we were told theat we did not have a booking. "Who did you book with?" we said tui, for which the answer was "how do you spell that?". How do they not recognise TUI? Eventually they found the booking, and the sky lagoon was great, but this was a very bad start.

No TUI rep on the trip. Bus driver didn't announce hotels we were stopping at on way back. Also he got called back to the lagoon having left three people there. Checking in and checking out very slow. More reception staff required to avoid queuing. Those were the critical aspects of the trip. The actual Sky Lagoon experience itself was very good and would highly recommend

Disappointing that it states ‘3 hour pass’ when we didn’t get to spend 3 hours at the lagoon! We got picked up at 5pm, got to Sky Lagoon around 5:45, then picked up again at 8. By the time you get changed and into the lagoon, and considering the time to get out/changed again, you only get about 1.5 hours! Sky lagoon is amazing and would recommend but wouldn’t book with Tui due to the poor time management!

The 7 steps were great. We enjoyed the experience there but was pushed for time. When booking, it said between 2-4 hrs. But it was not. When the driver dropped us off, he said we had to leave at 8pm. That only gave us 2.5hrs there. After queing up to sign in which was 20min then 10min in the changing room we got into the lagoon at 6pm. So we only had 1.5hrs in there before getting out and showed for 8pm pick up. Worth the money, NO.

Brilliant experience - the Spa itself was fun. We will go again but having completed the 7 steps ritual this time next time will prob just use the pool. An infinity pool in the cold and looking out over the Ocean was something we will never forget. The only disappointment of the evening was that the coach driver passed by the bottom of the road our hotel was on and took a circular route back. We could have been back at our hotel much quicker had he considered what was best for us no himself.

The lagoon in the dark and cold is a brilliant experience. However even for Iceland the TUI price is extortionate. The pick up from our hotel was over an hour late so overall the evening was much less enjoyable than it should have been.
