The tour did not take place. We woke early and waited from 7:00 am for pickup, missing breakfast, but no one arrived. TUI later stated there was no record of our reservation (I have the tickets) and offered no assistance despite repeated contact attempts, resulting in extra call costs. Our itinerary had relied on this booking. We drove to the park ourselves to try and salvage the day and paid for parking, but the park confirmed no reservation existed. Simply shocking! formal complaint issued.
