Very overpriced for what it is. The guide and transfer were great. I would never book with musement again as they cancelled the first booking 14 hours prior to pick up via email. This left us with nothing to do the following day. It also takes 3 to 5 days for your refund to be processed.

Pour le prix payer... arriver à 9h30 et deja partir a 17h15, est aberrant... avec le temps d'attente, le déplacement d'une attraction a l'autre... nous avons pu voir 1/5ieme du parc. C'est une information que nous aurions du avoir avant d'exécuter le paiement!

We didn't know where to find guest services to be able to seek out fast pass for my children We were not given any maps to use When asked at guest services - when we found it - they wouldn't advise the discount we should have been given for the disability children in our group. Tui reps at the hotel had said they would refund it if we had them write it down. They just refused. Tui at the hotel wouldn't give the discount

Lite /mangelfull info. ang. Transfer. Vanskelig å få info ang. Retur. For liten tid i team parken. Anbefaler reisende å bestille transfer selv, så de kan få bedre tid i parken. Tui. Brukte 3 timer på en tur som normalt tar 1.5 timer. + retur. Og man får ikke sett kveldsshowet. Land of legends var fantastisk, men man må ha bedre tid.....

Eerst en vooral proficiat voor de heel goede organisatie van dit eve´nt. De bus was netjes op tijd en de gids was echt top. We kregen heel goede en correcte informatie en zelfs uitleg over omgeving en historische feiten. De trip was ook niet te lang. Het park zelf dan ...moet je doe´n voor de heel mooie waterslides...echt fantastisch. De coasters zij´n ook leuk vooral omdat je er in de zwembroek gewoon in mag. Nadelen: het park is irritant duur. Eten extreem duur, kastje huren 15 euro...hallo ?

Suomenkielinen opas oli hotellillamme ja varasi matkan meille. Hän oli kuitenkin tilannut kyydin Ali bey resort hotelliin. Olimme Ali bey club and park hotellissa. Odotimme kyytiä melkein 45min. Toinen Tuin järjestämä retki tuli ja kysyimme kyytiämme. Tämän bussin Opas oli todella huippu!! Hän auttoi meitä eteenpäin ja järjesti yksityisen kyydin. Toivon että hän saa paljon kiitosta ja hyvää palautetta!! En valitettavasti saanut hänen nimeä ylös! Ja myös iso kiitos vielä kuskille joka toi meidät

Beautiful place to visit even out of the theme park zone! Big delay in setting off back to our resorts despite being on time at pick up point! Everybody was told 1700 hrs no later, however still had to sit on coach waiting for almost 40 minutes for a missing family! Then a further delay waiting for separate transport for another couple on the trip which was unacceptable. The guide should wear a recognisable uniform and carry a banner like other company reps did so easier to spot if lost!

Leider ist der Park voll für Russland ausgelegt. Mein Englisch ist leider sehr schlecht. Es muss ja nicht unbedingt in Deutsch gesprochen werden. Aber traurig nur, daß alles nur in Türkisch, Englisch, und Russisch angeschrieben ist.

Delayed Pickup: We were scheduled to be picked up at 9:00 AM but were left waiting until 10:00 AM. I had to speak to security staff to find out what was going on, only to be informed that there had been a crash affecting our driver. This was not the case the driver had gone to the wrong hotel and people were left on that coach for nearly 3 hours. The same park itself was excellent and we decided to get a taxi back which cost more money but we miss valuable time which sabotage our day.

Kann leider nur 6 Punkte geben, da der Park insgesamt super ist. So jetzt das große ABER: 1. 1 Tag mit Kindern reicht auf gar keinen Fall, da es sehr viele Schwimmbecken gibt und Fahrgeschäfte, deshalb ist alles für Erwachsene unmöglich. Ich x wenn man abwechselnd geht. Die Preise im drin sind unermässlich, obwohl Eintritt schon happig, aber sich gerechtfertigt ist.

Alt i alt var opplevelsen en fornøyelse. Det var mye å finne på for små og store barn, men likevel synes jeg personlig at attraksjonen passer best for små barn. Gjerne i alderen 3-12 år. For tenåringer var det mest de store karusellene og delfinshowet som fristet. Det var også ganske dyrt for biletter og turen generelt. Også maten inne i parken var ekstremt dyrt og det lønner seg å ta med noe mat, som forøvrig ikke var lov. Vi gjorde det likevel og det gikk fint. Guiden på bussen var helt topp

The dolphin show was the highlight of the day, the park is huge and cannot be done in one day, my disabled son who is 8 years old gained a fast track pass but couldn’t hardly use any of the rides other than Nickelodeon land because of his height, which you didn’t need a fast track pass for. Our tour guide dropped us off and no one knew where to go, then our group went through security to the shops until the park opened but we wasn’t allowed and no one could understand us.

Theme park rides closed including the main rollercoaster. Some Waterpark rides closed. Not explained to us that you couldn’t use our wristband that we added money to for the restaurants outside ie Burger King and Starbucks! Not told weee there the lockers or changing rooms where situated. When getting refund for wristband they tried to keep 60 lira and said there is a 5000 max but didn’t tell us this at the time

Enjoyed it all, some things can however be a little expensive, we only had 1 bad experience and that was a lady that worked in the “Mr Porters cafe” not the lady making the food but the lady serving and taking payments, she was rather rude, didn’t seem to listen much and just was interested in rushing you to to take payment

Many rides were closed, not advised prior to booking. Found odd with so many visitors from abroad many staff had very poor English. Food very expensive in park. On positve Tui guide very good and kids had good time.

As it was put if season more than half the park was closed and a few of the main big rides too I dont think the reduced priced reflected the closures however whilst there we had a good time and my teenagers didnt mind going on more of the kiddie aged rides. Sadly there was a road closure so it took double the time to get there on the coach. The tour guide let us chose the pick up time - 4 pm was ample and we got there at 10:30

The transfer to the park was good. Land of Legends itself is impressive, but the queues are very long which means there is not enough time to go on many rides or slides. Would have been good to leave when the park closed, just an extra half an hour.

We were not told we would be leaving the park at 16:45 hrs. And it seemed that no one else on our trip was, - we were told we should be back around 19:30, so we assumed that we would have left at 18:00. Very annoyed about that for a £220 excursion. (Should have read that on the previous reviews... ) The lockers were nearly £12 not the £4.50 we were told - had we know that we'd have taken enough for just one. And 9 of the 18 rollercoasters were not open - and staff didn't seem to care!

Our guide was so so lovely and brilliant. Didn’t catch his name but he did the guide on the first of October and was brilliant so lovely and very informative! Even apologised for being 15 minutes late which we of course didn’t mind .Park was good aswell , we brought fast track when we were there as it was busy that but not really a necessity if you don’t mind waiting a little longer for rides. Overall really good experience!

Landd of lendends is an amazing theme park, the only bad thing I can say is that for the money paid for the day is abit much for what you can actually do. There is not enough time in the day to even get around the water park never mind the theme park.

Generell ganz gut, die Attraktionen sind gut in die Szenerie eingesetzt mit einer guten Auswahl. Allerdings ist der Themenpark sehr teuer. Außerdem sollte man mind. 60kg wiegen, um alleine alles machen zu können. Sonst kann es wie bei mir dazu kommen, das man die Attraktionen gar nicht erst erleben kann ^^

Pick up and drop off was on point very friendly. However land of legends isn’t worth wasting your time in going, the queues are ridiculous we were there from 10am till 5pm and only managed to go on 2 slide. A whole day of our holiday was wasted on going here. I don’t recommend in going here at all. My kids were so upset that they didn’t get to go on more slides. Don’t waste your money or your time in going.

I was scammed with the pricing, I have been told to pay 7050 TL for only my daughter swimming with dolphins, and then for 2 digital photos and one 20 sec video they have told me to pay almost 6800 TL. I have found later from another person that she paid £86 for 2 kids swimming with dolphins and all of 4 of them having pictures and video in the package. I was offered no package even though I asked for one, I was told that for myself I would have to pay also 7050TL and then for the pictures.

This trip is very expensive and too short, we got on 4 water slides and for an overall cost of more than 400euros with food. It is not worth the money: The food in the park is very expensive and the staff on the entry were rude. The TUI guide was helpful and nice.

Der Eintrittspreis ist OK. Aber die Preise für Essen und Getränke im Park ist horrend! Es sollte zumindest (vor allem im Sommer bei 35 Grad) zumindest kostenlose Trinkwasserspender geben! Aber alles in allem ein tolles Erlebnis!

Im allgemeinen war The Land of Legends ein super Ausflug, für einen Tag leider doch zu wenig Zeit, doch dafür kann TUI nichts dafür. Der Park ist so groß und man muss sich ja doch wenn der Perk gut gefüllt ist ein wenig bis lange anstellen. Mir und meinem Sohn hat es auf jeden Fall sehr gut gefallen.

The land of legends itself it amazing, but it’s really upsetting that we paid almost £400 to TUI for this experience and had to leave at 4.30pm to get showed changed and meet the guide to come back , the park is open until 7pm and some of the park 10pm , this is a lot of money to pay when other excursion companies cost the same and pick you up at 10.30 pm , almost £400 to go on two rides is not acceptable, I know TUI can’t control queues , but peak season should be later pick up

My daughter and I go on this trip every time we visit the hotel. This time its our fourth visit. Booking the trip is always easy the reps are so friendly and helpful. The bus arrives at the time it states and is a comfortable safe journey. Explanation about the park is always clear to understand. Even though I think the trip is a little pricey overall the experience is a good one from start to finish.

Park price point far too high-trying to be high-end but infrastructure does not support all that claims to be on offer: regional power cut meant many rides didn't work for hours. Lots of other rides closed for maintenance - in peak season! My son even quoted, "The rides are legendary as no-one has been on them to tell!" On complaining, all we were offered was free ice cream each! Appalling customer service and felt like a lot of money for very little. Locker additional £12! Dolphin show great.

Um den ganzen Park genießen zu können, inkl. Shows, braucht man wahrscheinlich 2 bis 3 Tage. Bei einer Attraktion fast 11/2 St. Wartezeit. Geht sich dann bis zum Bus fast nicht aus. Haben dann abgebrochen. Haben somit nicht allzu viel machen können.

To make the experience better, I would recommend giving an option to do a half day excursion for people that do not wish to shop or only visiting for rides as the day is long. The experience in some of the shops in the main shopping centre wasn’t great as the staff were rude

Transfer hat super geklappt. Der Park ist rissig hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht alles prima. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und sehr sauber der Park. Essen Trinken lieber außerhalb des Parkes ist günstiger.

Transfers made visiting land of legends easy, and entry prices were reduced compared to buying direct. Only downside was leaving a little earlier than we would have liked - we could have spent longer in land of legends. But overall good, we knew this when we booked the trip.

The TUI rep was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Gland of Legends was really exciting for all family including two boys age 15yrs and 16yrs. Would have liked to stay longer than 5pm to make it worth the high price., didn’t have enough time to go on many rides. Boys were disappointed to leave so early, but had a good time. The driver had “Road Rage ”, drove really fast, had near misses, he was shouting and arguing with other drivers, pressing his horn. We were grateful to get back alive

Leider hat der Guide nur Englisch gesprochen, obwohl versichert wurde,das er auch Deutsch spricht.Abgeholt wurden wir vom Hotel 1 Stunde später,und keiner hat information bekommen. Die Reiseleiterin wusste auch nichts davon. Die Preise sind nicht wirklich überschaubar gewesen,man musste immer aufladen gehen und man hatte keinen Überblick wieviel noch auf dem Band ist, was man bekommt. Ansonsten war es sehr schön.

Hello, this was the worst trip we have ever taken on vacation. The Land of Legend area has room for many more people than there were! Despite this, the waiting time for the attractions was several hours!!!! The attractions were very poorly organized by the staff. The slides were not used 100% (there were huge breaks between the children who used them). We definitely do not recommend the trip and would rather spend a day with the children on the beach at your resort.

The park is clean with a good range of shops and restaurants. However, wait times are often much longer than posted—15 minutes turned into 40. Many rides were closed or had 60-minute waits. Be aware: most rollercoasters require children to be over 150 cm, which wasn’t made clear at booking. Also, the day feels short since you’re picked up 2 hours before closing. You’ll likely need more than one day to fully enjoy the park. Disappointing overall. Would not recommend for the price you pay.

Die Bezahlbändchen sind umständlich konstruiert. Besser wäre es, wenn man für jeden Bezahlvorgang das Bändchen ranhält, alle Ausgaben summiert werden und man am Ende beim Rausgehen alles auf einmal in seiner Wunschwährung bezahlen kann - statt dass man im Voraus eine Summe X als Budget raufzahlt. Man weiß ja nicht, wieviel man ausgeben wird...

Guide was excellent. Not given enough time at theme park, collection for return journey was too early, needed at least another 2 hours there to be able to get around the whole park and have time to change clothing before journey home.

Lots of the rides were closed or shut off so we were not able to go on a lot of them. So the price paid didn't reflect the availability of things to do in the park

There was so much to do that we found the return time of 5 pm too early. We should have booked direct and got a taxi. I spoke to another holiday maker at our resort who had a terrible experience two older men taking photos of her blonde daughter which was distressing to hear. There were no queues for water rides except one ride (15 mins). There were too many height restrictions on smaller rides that didn’t make sense. Our 2 yr old couldn’t go on many of the small rides.
