Breng drie uur door op zee en vaar met een exclusieve catamaran langs de zonovergoten kust van Tenerife. Deze adults-only boottocht staat helemaal in het teken van relaxen. De bemanning zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, terwijl jij achterover leunt met snacks en all-inclusive drankjes. Er is tijd om te zwemmen in de schaduw van de Teide, of om gewoon te relaxen op het dek. Wat een genot.Zodra je aan boord stapt van het elegante schip word je als een VIP behandeld. Boeken via tui app is goedkoper, toch geboekt via tui agent ter plaatse, buffet aan boord beloofd maar dit was een broodje, wat chips, wat koekjes en meloen. Drank wel ok. Ze doen hun best om de walvissen te spotten wat bij ons ruim gelukt is. Ook de snorkel plaats is ok, helder water en vissen te zien.

Vriendelijke en heel Behulpzame kapitein Om naar voren op de boot te gaan toch zeker niet evident als je wat moeilijker te been bent zelfs bijna onmogelijk Er was 3 uur a 3,5 uur gezegd maar was eerder 2,5 Uur vertrokken om 10.15 en terug om 12.45 uur En als we toekwamen moest alles vliegensvlug je had de tijd nog niet om terug deftig je schoenen aan te doen We vonden het varen en wat we gezien hebben zeker de moeite maar wel heel duur als je alles bijeen telt

Kleine groep en super leuke kleine boot met enkel de kapitein wat wij een beetje onverantwoord vonden. Wat als ..... Kapitein Javier was wel top en deed alles wat hij kon om het ons aangenaam te maken. Hij zei zelf dat er normaal 2 bemanningsleden zijn.

It was a difficult trip for the crew. One lady had a serious health condition and 50% of the passengers were sea sick. The crew dealt with everything, they are absolute stars!

Ik wil graag een klacht indienen over onze boottrip. Helaas viel de ervaring erg tegen en kwam deze totaal niet overeen met wat vooraf aan ons was beloofd. Bij het boeken werd duidelijk aangegeven dat de trip all-inclusive was. De drankjes waren gelukkig goed geregeld; wanneer iets op was, kregen we gewoon nieuwe drankjes. Het eten daarentegen was erg teleurstellend. Vooraf was ons verteld dat er onder andere schalen met fruit en verschillende lekkere hapjes aanwezig zouden zijn. Dit was helaa

Prompt pick up and return journey, slight wait to board boat while maintenance was being done, crew was only one who didn't speak very good English but was overall nice and pleasant. Food was adequate nothing more and could of been better for the price paid. Overall happy with trip as we saw whales and dolphins.

Ein gelungener Ausflug, insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis. Abholung am Hotel, Transport zum Hafen, Empfang und Infos am Ticketschalter bei Susie, vorab schonmal sehr gute Infos zum Ablauf. Auf dem schicken Katamaran dann mit 12 Personen und Javier und Slavo als Bootsführer Richtung LaGomera. Viele Delfine und Wale gesehen, dazu genauere Infos von Javier erhalten. Top. Badestopp an kleiner Bucht. Leckere Snacks und alle möglichen Getränke. Ausflug auf Englisch und sehr gut verständlich. Super Tag…

Couldn’t fault any aspect of the trip. It was exclusive, guides were amazing. Captain and first mate ensured we had a wonderful experience. Had very close up experiences with dolphin and whale pods for extended amount of time. Lovely swim in the sea, refreshments. Would thoroughly recommend, worth every penny

Top gids, carlos heeft ons goed geholpen met zeeziek en informatie vertellen. En gewoon een grapje maken af en toe. Erg leuk. Boot is netjes, mooi groot. Zitplek voldoende. Eten kon iets beter, waren echt snackjes vooral. Transfer reed pittig, maar wel fijn busje.

Trip was brilliant great staff on board the catamaran got to see the whales and dolphins great trip worth the money, only issue I need to mention although we were collected at the front of the hotel the rep failed to let us know it would be white Tenerife and to look for the Tui logo so we knew who was collecting us. Other than that totally enjoyable trip

Der Transfer kam etwas zu spät zur Abholung vom Hotel, aber wir sind trotzdem noch gut losgekommen. Die Guides waren sehr nett und kompetent. Sie haben unterwegs viel erklärt. Das Schiff ist in hervorragendem Zustand. Getränke an Bord waren inklusive (Wasser, Bier, Wein). Wir haben wirklich viel gesehen und eine Menge Spaß gehabt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Die Tour hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren 12 Gäste, top! Wir haben bestimmt eine Walgruppe mit über 35 Tieren beobachten können, ganz nahe dem Kat. Das Essen war auch sehr schön angerichtet und hat geschmeckt. Die Erklärungen waren sehr interessant und die Crew sehr freundlich. Einzig mühsam war, dass wir auf den Transfer vom Hotel weg 30 Minuten warten mussten. Am Hafen erneut für Gruppe 2. Transfer retour mussten wir erneut am Hafen warten bis die 1. Gruppe abgesetzt wurde. Sonst top.

This is not advertised correctly on your site. It says it’s a catamaran tour which includes swimming and all inclusive. We didn’t stop anywhere to swim, we saw whales and dolphins, while that was amazing there was nothing on the website saying that’s what we would be doing. There are specific boat tours on your website that says specifically whale and dolphins, which we didn’t book. We wanted to swim and weren’t able to due to minority vote to look for dolphins. Very disappointing

So ein Event steht und fällt mit den Guides. Wir hatten Johnny und Raul. Beide haben einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Was uns auch gut gefallen hat das sie den Abstand zu den Tieren eingehalten haben. Wir konnten sie trotzdem gut sehen. Außerdem haben sie auch eine Plastiktüte aus dem Meer gefischt. Eine Tour würden wir weiterempfehlen.

Sehr freundliche und kompetente Crew. Wir haben Wale gesehen, waren in einer hübschen Bucht schwimmen und das Essen war in Ordnung, auch wenn Schinken/Käse-Brötchen nicht so meins ist, aber es gab noch ein paar andere Dinge und ich war ja nicht zum Essen da.

We enjoyed the boat trip itself, and seeing whales. The captain/guide/safety person was the same person. He had to ask guests to help him - he was a nice man (Raul) though. We were promised "door to door pick up", "bubbles" and "luxury" - we got none of these. Our pick up was late. Suzie (at the pier) was very rude and aggressive, blaming us for being late. She spoke to us like we were stupid. Our welcome drink was a cup of water. Our luxury snacks were a sandwich, olives in a bowl and crisps.

The trip was not what we were sold. The catearan whilst limited to 12 people is still too small for that number. Pick up was 40 minutes late with no phone call, which was promised when we booked to keep us informed. When we arrived the lady who gave us a briefing was extremely rude and dictatorial in her introduction that she immediately took all the fun out of what we were expecting. The food and drinks were rubbish, ham and cheese roll and water, coke or Fanta. Very poor indeed! Rubbish!

Very nice trip -saw pilot whales and had a great time. Small hiccup with snack, ordered vegetarian with Tui rep but only cheese and ham rolls provided. Sorted by swopping the cheese from my roll with my husband’s. Guide said they hadn’t been notified of dietary requirement.

Die Abholung war verspätet und man sagte uns, dass etwas schief gelaufen sei. Es hat dann auf dem letzten Drücker doch noch geklappt. Für eine VIP-Tour fand ich die Sitzgekegenheiten ausgesprochen ungemütlich. Da hätte ich mehr Komfort erwartet. Ansonsten waren die Guides auf dem Boot aber sehr nett.

Just the best trip. There were only three couples on the boat so that made it almost a personalised experience. The boat was very clean and stylish and fabulous, the guide was very funny and attentive and friendly. We saw pilot whales so close up as the boat stopped and drifted towards them, amazing as there were so many. And we also saw dolphins playing about in the water as an added bonus. Plus we rode a load of bouncy waves from the wake of a big express ferry. Plus plenty to eat and drink.

Für ältere oder behinderte Menschen war es schwer sich außen auf dem Catamaran zu bewegen. Es hätte mehr Möglichkeiten zum festhalten geben können. Die Crew war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Robert and Havvy? were brilliant.. very helpful and knowledgeable.. we saw whales and dolphins. Slightly overcast which was good.. (still need sunscreen re the wind). We liked that there was only 12 people on board.. it was a bit more expensive but we were picked up at the hotel..

Attente d une heure avant le transfert puïs attente devant le bateau puis attente après le bateau en plein soleil sur un parking avec une odeur d urine désagréable pour prendre le transfert retour à l hôtel Équipe du bateau sympathique Cher pour la prestation D autre part nous avons été débité deux fois du prix de l excursion car on nous a dit que le premier paiementt n avait pas marché et la correspondante tui ne nous a proposé aucune solution nous disant juste c est une erreur inadmissible

Seeing the Whales and Dolphins was great. Transport to and from was awful. Food on the boat was sub standard. I don't eat bread and lunch was a cheese and ham sandwich. (This was supposed to be a Premium Experience). IThe pick up was over an hour late. The lift to the boat was a fumes filled workers van. No room for two in the front. He nearly drove into another vehicle. It was a disaster. Very very poor service. The lady at the pier was aggressive and rude. There was no safety talk.

La diversité des paysages(la forêt de pins de lauriers le volcan Teide)des plages(eaux cristallines),la gentillesse des gens,le temps bien sûr,les routes,l'infrastructure de notre hôtel (Riu Arecas Adeje).Nous avons apprécié d'avoir été accueilli et renseigné en français dans beaucoup d'endroits. Moins apprécié LA FIN DES VACANCES.

The food was very basic and the loos were difficult to pump to flush but the main concerns were trying to walk round to the toilet from the front of the catamaran as there wasn’t anything to hold onto. The wire surround was very low and quite a few struggled getting to and from the front

Overall, superb experience and lucky enough to get up close to pilot whales which was sensational. Guides were very pleasant although a little more narrative and insight would have been interesting but spoken English wasn't the best. The highlight of our holiday. A beautiful catamaran and we were well looked after by our captain, Robert. Got to see some pilot whales up close and learn more about them. Highly recommended.

Felt pick up driver drove too fast both journeys, felt rushed. Crew welcoming and friendly. Sea extremely choppy and weather conditions very windy. A quarter of passengers were sick, another one felt queasy so put on sickness wristbands to prevent herself becoming ill. Swimming also not feasible. Seeing wildlife great. Food and drink readily available if able to partake. Overall question whether it was suitable for a smallish boat to go out in such rough sea and windy conditions.

Es fehlten vorherige wichtige informationen.Wir mussten unsere Schuhe ausziehen im Stehen, bevor wir das Boot betreten durften. Es gab nur zuckerfreie Getränke. Nur hinten konnte man einigermaßen eng sitzen. Dort war die Sicht schlecht. Nur fitte Menschen konnten sich bückend auf dem stark schwankenden Boot nach vorne begeben. Die Fahrt war sehrcunruhig wegen des starken Windes. Gegen Seekrankheit konnte kein Mittel gegeben werden. Urin auf dem Boden der Männertoilette..

Everybody was really helpful. The restaurant staff really efficient ,quick at attending you at table with drinks and clearing the table. The cleaning staff also good ,kept room clean everyday and fresh towels daily.

Omdat je maar met Max 12 personen en geen kinderen aan boord bent is het allemaal beter en rustiger geregeld . Genoeg lig plaats voor op de boot op het voordek Daar de boot niet zo hoog is bijna de dolfijn met mijn hand kunnen aanraken.
