De kust van Sal vormt het perfecte decor voor een boottocht. En op deze adults-only catamarantocht wordt er maximaal gebruik van gemaakt. Je vaart over de azuurblauwe zee tussen Palmeira en Monte Leão. Waarbij natuurlijk zonnebaden, aan je cocktail nippen en een verfrissende duik in zee op het programma staan. Maria, een van onze deskundige lokale gidsen, zegt: "De bemanning aan boord maakt deze tocht echt bijzonder. Ze zijn super professioneel, maar altijd in voor wat plezier. Ze zijn meesters in het creëren van een stijlvolle, feestelijke en relaxte sfeer op de boot.”Als je voor de transfer hebt gekozen, begint je dag met een pick-up bij je hotel en een rit naar het verzamelpunt in Palmeira. Daar stap je aan boord van een gloednieuwe catamaran. En wanneer het anker eenmaal opgehaald is, zet de kapitein koers richting de westkust. Intussen zoek je het perfecte plekje om alle zonnestralen te vangen – je hoeft dan alleen nog maar te kiezen welk drankje je eerst neemt. De vriendelijke en deskundige bemanning staat klaar om je comfort en veiligheid tijdens de tocht te garanderen.Klinkt als de ultieme ontspanning, toch? Aan boord word je verwend met gratis drankjes, snacks en lokale muziek. Daar kom je pas echt goed van in de vakantiestemming. Zodra we onze idyllische plek bij Monte Leão hebben bereikt, laat de kapitein het anker zakken voor een koele duik in zee. Ik vond het erg gevaarlijk bij het overstappen in de boten. Als hier dagelijks zoveel mensen gebruik van zou het een stuk veiliger zijn om een steigertje te bouwen met een trap.

De trip begon een half uur te laat, dat wekt irritatie op bij de wachtende en je komt terug volgens plan,dus de boot vaart een halfuur minder. Wat betreft de boot en bemanning dat was prima geregeld en zeer positief.

Nice experience to see Sal from the sea, crew were great, friendly, helpful and professional. Liked to swimming pool add on, plenty of drinks. The snacks were tasty and plenty. It’s a shame it’s only 2-4 hours, but that was the duration we paid for, next time maybe all day.

far too many people on the boat. Took 1.5hrs to pick everyone up and get to port. Couldn’t sit comfortably and enjoy the cruise. as soon as you got up someone took your seat. No ice for any drinks so I had to drink flat warm Coke or warm Orange juice because I didn’t want to drink beer or prosecco. The crew clearly love their jobs and did great but it would have been a lot more enjoyable in a smaller group.

Geld hätte man sich sparen können, Boot viel zu voll, viele alkoholisierte Engländer, Transfer dauerte genauso lange wie Fahrt auf dem Boot, Crew sehr bemüht, alles in allem ein Event auf das man verzichten kann. Das Geld nicht wert.

Zuerst ein wenig erschrocken über die Menge der teilnehmenden Leute, hat sich unsere Stimmung schon mit der Ausfahrt aus dem Hafen schnell geändert. Wir hatten super Plätze (Liegefläche) auf dem Vordeck), begleitet von Reggae-Musik begann die Fahrt aufs offene Mehr! Die Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen in einer Bucht war herrlich. Auch über die gereichten Snacks und Getränke in ausreichender Menge können wir Gutes berichten. Dann kam die Showeinlage der sehr jungen Crew, die uns begeisterte!

The catamaran itself and the staff were amazing. The big disappointment was the amount of people on the boat. there wasn’t enough room to sit comfortably and enjoy. I feel that should’ve been about half the amount of people on board. So you would’ve had a choice of sitting outside or inside. Squished in on a bench seat, we couldn’t appreciate the gorgeous views outside. Such a shame as the crew were amazing and worked so hard. Way too many people on board the boat to enjoy the experience as sold

Sehr schönes Erlebnis. Die Stimmung war fröhlich und ausgelassen. Das Team hat einen kompetenten Eindruck hinterlassen und stets für ein gutes Sicherheitsgefühl gesorgt. Meinerseits war lediglich die Musik ein bisschen zu laut, dieses hat einem ein wenig das Naturerlebnis genommen.

The trip was excellent. It was a nice big clean catamaran. The location was perfect. I enjoyed jumping off the boat and swimming in the see. The snacks and drinks were perfect. Then the entertainment was very good. Overall a great trip that was value for money. All the staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend this trip to other guests.

£230 for an hour in the sea and two trips around 50 mins wash, there & back in the boat is massively overpriced. The staff make an effort but I wouldn’t do it again for what you get it’s not good value. Boat trips were a full day now it appears they want to do two a day

een mooie catamaran met super bemanning. heel vriendelijk en we zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. eten en drinken. een aanrader ! Naar de catamaran leek ons wat met te veel mensen in 1 grote rubberboot. maar goed. Wel allemaal een reddingsvest om tijdens deze overvaart naar de catamaran

£60 for 2 glasses of Prosecco-choppy seas and no gluten free food other than fruit. Honestly a waste of our money. I told the rep in the hotel about an intolerance and he said ‘no problem we will give plenty of notice for you to have food’ There was nothing but fruit to eat on board and it was laughable. The sea was ridiculously choppy making people unwell which also meant no dancing or drink too ups at certain points making it lack value to for money. No guide as we travelled or anything.

Our catamaran trip was on a very windy day. Unfortunately that meant that the crew didn’t do any dancing but I’m glad they stayed safe. The captain did a great job at keeping us safe. The food and drinks were good.

The time spent on the catamaran was actually quite short, and the food could have had a bit more variety, though refreshments were always available. As such the overall cost was high. The crew on the vessel were lovely and the entertainment was super.

The catamaran cruise and staff were excellent and we were lucky enough to see a loggerhead turtle swimming nearby. The only difficulty we had was getting in and out of the sea pool they put up. As we weren't confident enough to swim in the sea we went to use the pool. The steps getting into the pool were hard to use, very deep and slippy. And then getting out was also extremely difficult, we had to have two people pull us up out of it - one was the captain and another guest.

Alina und die Crew der Sedane haben den Tag zu einem echten Highlight gemacht, freundlich, hilfsbereit, umsichtig. Das beste war jedoch, dank überwiegend gut gelaunter Urlauber und einer äußerst fröhlichen Crew war die Stimmung phänomenal. Ich kann die Tour nur empfehlen für jeden, der offen für Geselligkeit ist.

Ze zouden deze trip: ‘all you can drink on sea’ moeten noemen. Verkocht door tui reisleiding omdat we graag snorkelen. Je wordt in een grote bus gepropt met 58 andere reizigers. ( maar verkopen het max 30 man) Erna op plastieken bootjes per 20 om op de catamaran te gaan. Ah ja laatst opgehaald hotel mottigste plaatsen aan boord natuurlijk. Zuippartij! Oh en het beste van al: 2 kleine vissen gezien! Terugkeren idem als heengaan met verschil bedelaars die aan je trekken! GELD NIET WAARD!

What an experience! Great entertainment and a wonderful boat ride. Snacks be careful if gluten free but plenty of drinks. Lots of comfy seating and they have towels on board.

The entire cruise was aboslutely great, giude tour was very nice and helpful. Drinks and food choices on the board were sublime. We had a chance to rotate with the others to explore different parts of the catamaran, unfortunately due to current pulling us back towards the boat, snorkeling was not possible but the pool that they had available was fantastic. Overall would definitely recommend as a morning trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful,the dancing was great,the only thing was getting on and off the dinghy,my 23 year old son is autistic and is very clumsy,so as well as keeping him safe I felt uneasy,but overall it was extremely nice,the food was good.

Drinks just kept on flowing, food was excellent and plentiful. Vibe on board was rocking. Only minor negative was the snorkling and the lack fish but defo recommend for an afternoon out

Ich war der einzige Deutsche unter Engländern und es wäre für die Zukunft besser es auch deutschsprachig anzubieten. Gerade für ältere Generationen die nicht so sicher mit der englischen Sprache sind. Für mich persönlich hat es kein Problem dargestellt und hatte eine gute Kommunikation mit den anderen Ausflüglern.
