Prachtige plek, betoverend. Fijn om iets van de achtergronden te weten. Enorm aardige gids, geboren in Barcelona, daardoor Engels met flink accent waardoor het voor mij niet altijd gemakkelijk te volgen was.

We were late getting in to the Basilica due to security checks which was fine. The guide (mark advised that this would not affect the time provided for the tour ie 90 minutes we started on time at 12:30 but then spent 20 minutes waiting for security queues but tour finished at 14:00!!

Very nice tour! I didn’t do any research or see what it was like inside before hand so seeing it for the first time was incredible. Rosa our guide was fantastic, knowledgeable, she gave all the information we needed and answered all our questions. Having a small group felt personalized, the timing was perfect in the day when the sun shone through the windows it really lit the entire place, such a fascinating and iconic place I’m so pleased I chose this tour, I’m sure you won’t regret it either!

Wir hatten eine Rundgang mit Guide "in spanisch" gebucht da diese nur noch in unserem Zeitraum da war. Wir waren die einzigen und der Guide hat für uns alles"in englisch" erklärt. Sie hat einen tolle Rundgang mit viel Hintergrundinfos gemacht. Danach konnten wir noch alleine alles ansehen. Da wurde aus den 1 1/2 Std schnell 3 1/2 Std. Aber diese Zeit sollte man sich auch nehmen für die ganzen Eindrücke. Muss man unbedingt besuchen!

David war ein exzellenter Tourguide in der Sagrada Familia. Seine Begeisterung war ansteckend und er kannte viele Details. Das Erlebnis ist sehr teuer für Familien. 1. Das Erinnerungsmail einen Tag vor dem gebuchten Termin ist gut. Hier sollten jedoch keine Fehlinfos übermittelt werden. 2.Nicht gefallen hat mir die gesamte Organisation, insbesondere die Nichtinformation über die Änderung des Treffpunktes mit dem Guide, absolut inakzeptabel !. Das es dann doch noch geklappt hat ist nur mit der Unterstützung aus DE zu verdanken und etwas Glück. 3. Der Barcode des Ticket ist nicht die Eintrittskarte, die muss dem Kunden mit Buchung übergeben werden.

The instructions on the email said meet outside the ice cream shop which is not an acceptable meeting point as there are many places this could be. We waited in the rain for half an hour and no one came. No one called to contact me to see where we were. There was no contact number for the local guide. Therefore we missed our allotted time as we were left stranded. This was made worse due to our baby becoming distressed as we were outside getting wet and left feeling unsafe while waiting.

What a beautiful place to visit, my son and I appreciated the great tour guide. I am visually impaired, so between listening to the tour guides brilliant knowledge (Ellixandra) and my son's explanations of what he could see, I enjoyed the whole experience. It was nice to be able to take photos too.

Wunderbare Führung, sehr freundliche ubd sachkundige Führerin! Mariona hat die Führung äußerst interessant gestaltet und uns alles sehr anschaulich erklärt. We couldnt find last minute tickets in the official websites therefore we purchased tour over Musement. Price of the tickets are more than double of official individual tickets. But if you could not find last minute tickets, it is a good option, Sagrada Familia is a must in Barcelona. Good tour.

Die Besichtigung der Sagrada Familia ist ein Muss bei einem Barcelona Besuch. Aber die Führung hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Das Englisch war zu schnell & undeutlich gesprochen, so dass das Verstehen schwierig war. Die Informationen waren auch eher dürftig. Was uns sehr gestört hat, dass die Führung 1,5 Std dauern sollte, aber nach einer Stunde war abrupt Ende - ohne dass man individuelle Fragen stellen konnte. Schade! Dafür massiv zu teuer! 2 Erw. 2 Kinder (die nichts verstanden) 200 €

We loved everything about this tour! The Sagrada Familia was phenomenal. We really enjoyed the museum and loved that we could stay as long as we wanted in Sagrada Familia after the tour was over. Our tour guide, who I can't remember her name, was incredible! She knew a lot and clearly explained various historical and current details to us. She was happy to answer questions and the tour felt very well paced. My only feedback was that the hearing devices weren't the greatest. Otherwise, all good!!

It was a very good tour. I would suggest clearer instructions for meeting place. We found 2 small ice cream shops in the street both of which were closed when we arrived and we were not sure if we were in the correct place. The sign was not big so you had to be reasonably near to spot it.

We booked the trip and the options was a set time on a set day this was fine however when we arrived the tour was vin Spanish. This was not an option on the booking. There were 2 other couples in the same situation. The tour then became a fast track entrance only for £50 each

Unser Guide Jaime hat die Tour sehr proffessionell durchgeführt und die Informationen zu allen Stationen gut erklärt. Unser Sohn, ein Teenager, sagte, es hat sich fast angehört, als wäre er mit Gaudi quasi abends am Küchentisch gesessen. Der Eintrittspreis ist recht teuer, aber mit der tollen Leitung und dem geschickten Durchschleusen durch die übervolle Kathedrale war es den Preis wert. Wir sind froh, dass wir dabei waren.

Een advies: de locatie van de gids voor een ijssalon voor de Sagra Familia, was niet geheel duidelijk, Op de ontvangen voucher stand een moeilijk “ leesbaar” plattegrond. Advies, vermeld bij, “ voor de ijssalon” de straat waar de ijssalon is gevestigd, er zijn meerdere ijssalons in de directe omgeving. Excellent guide with superb knowledge and obvious passion. The tour was wonderful. I learned a lot but I gained far more in wonder and amazement. If you can, do this tour and be prepared to have the wow factor again and again. It passed too quickly and only complaint was that it would have been better if it has 30 mins longer in order to cover everything inside. That is no reflection on the tour guide as he was brilliant.
