Przedstawiciel firmy nie ma pojęcia jaki pokój sprzedaje ...I mówi co innego niż jest w hotelu. Po awaria i zalaniu pokoju pękła rura w pomieszczeniu gospodarczym nikt z hotelu nawet nie porozmawiał o tym ....? Był tylko hydraulik i sprzątaczka ...kierownictwo hotelu nic zupełnie nawet jedno zdanie przepraszam??

I enjoyed the whole experience because it was not what I expected. The only thing what put me off was the stairs and the shoes they give you to wear !! So maybe suggest bringing your own flip flops ??
