Northwest tour (from the West)

All of Madeira's natural highlights steal the show on this full day tour. You'll walk along the Encumeada Pass for impressive views, visit the Véu da Noiva Waterfall, learn about the island's plants in São Vicente and drive up to Paul da Serra for sweeping panoramas – all in just one day.You'll start your adventure in Ribeira Brava from where we'll snake our way along mountain roads up to Encumeada Pass. Hop out the vehicle and set off on an hour-long walk to take in the scenery over the south and north coasts. Then it's back on board to São Vicente to learn about Madeira's native flora.A short drive later, and you'll be at Véu da Noiva Waterfall viewpoint in Seixal, which will have you reaching for your camera. See the natural lava pools in Porto Moniz before heading to Paul da Serra for far-reaching views of the Rabaçal laurel forest. The return journey takes you via Fonte do Bispo and Prazeres.
