We had a great time! Your staff (namely Sue the coordinator, Kenneth the coffee culture expert and Lindsey our driver) were exceptional and very professional! The animal exhibits were informative and the zip line experience was exhilarating! Thank you all!

We felt very safe at the eco park and on the zip lines. There was a problem with the transportation so we arrived almost an hour later so misses one of the things we wanted to do. The park is beautiful and the food was good.

Exactly as described and staff willing to go extra mile to make sure you had fun. I backed put of a solo atv and went with the guide and had a superb trip !!

Average
Hugely overpriced for what you get. Zip lining is fun, quite painful at times though due to the hard breaks at the end if the line. Zoo takes about 20 mins to cover off and the beach is the hotel beach. The zoo guides are helpful and informative. Overall takes about 3 hours including lunch. It was a nice morning. Absolutely not worth the cost compared to other trips of same price.

Despite the torrential downpour that happened after our zipline! Was perfecto! The zipline experience is a must! And then sanctuary was fantastic! Most of the animals were hiding during the rain, understandable, but as soon as it stopped were very clearly visible. I would highly recommend the 'cultural experience' too. Kevin the guide was so amazing even taking time out of his tour to answer questions! Was a fantastic day out and recommend to all who visit guantecaste! Pura vida!

Fabulous staff and well organised. Lovely complex. Have to select your main activity which we didn't know so paid extra for the horse back riding, super.

There is a bit of everything here - horse riding, quads, zip wires including the unique “superman” after a steep tractor ride, culture tours, animals sanctuaries which grants you close-up encounters with animals such as the sloth! There were also monkeys, some other mammals, snakes, crocodiles, frogs, butterflies in enclosures… You also have access to the beach, we were did kayaking. We didn’t do everything here, as we had already done some of it on other trips. We felt very safe security wise.

Excellent adrenalin rush. Never once feared for my safety, even though I've a fear of heights. Well run and definitely an experience I'll never forget. Adventure Pass a must buffet lunch allows unlimited drinks, which would cosy $5 each otherwise.

The adventure pass is a must to do the zip-wiring and see the zoo and grounds. Lunch is included - buffet and all good. Kayaking and snorkelling were also included but the sea was too rough to do either on the day we visited. The zip-wiring is a MUST DO activity - the first time we have ever done it. The staff are so professional and the equipment excellent. A real buzz to do the longest zip-wire in Costa Rica. All the staff are lovely and the zoo staff very informative.

Zip lines were amazing including the superman. Buffet lunch was great. Animal enclosures were incredible and the staff were more than happy to give you a quick tour around them and answer all your questions about the animals
