If you're ready for an adventure like you've never known before, then come and set foot in Xenses adventure park near Cancun – where nature takes centre stage. You'll be thrown into different ecosystems and activities, and embark on a voyage of discovery through air, land and water as you bring your senses to life on this half-day trip.With so many different scenarios to challenge your mind and body, Xenses is where new adventures begin. You'll have a choice of more than 15 activities including the tree-top Bird Flight zip-line, a hike through caverns in the Labyrinth of Underground Arteries, swim in a salt river, enjoy nature in all its glory at The Eden and release your inner child at the mud river.There's also an original town and the Xítric Garden to visit as well as the Xensatorium where you'll experience all different ecosystems. And to cap it off there's some unexpected illusions and fun for all the family along the way. Half a day of untapped exploration in nature.

Poor
Weather meant 2 rides out of 4 were closed. Not really much to do after the 2 slow rivers and the town which is just one street. We would’ve been trapped for 3 hours in the rain had we not got a taxi back. It’s ok but not good value for money and not much to do there.

I wish we were told to take water shoes My wife wore flip flops so could not go on any rides or mud bath Food was so expensive 500 Mexican for burger chips and a can Waste of £80 per person in our opinion

We loved the whole experience! The downside was the amount of time that we had in the park. We needed more time. We were picked up at 7.30 and told it would be a 40 min transfer to the park. One pick up was late joining the bus (Hilton Waldorf) waiting almost an hour at this hotel for the car to bring them to the coach, so we didn't end up getting into the park till 10am, where we would have expected to get there around 9am. We paid for the photo's but we missed some photo opps in the pinwheel

We received 20% discount as we booked multiple trips at the same time. This was a good selling point. The trip allowed ample time to visit every area and complete all activities however during peak season, this may be more of a struggle. Would have been nice to have a photo package discount like with the other parks (Xplor and Xel Ha) as a main part of this trip is taking photos of the illusions.

We enjoyed everything we managed to do , BUT didn't have enough time to do everything , could do with at least another hour possibly two that way you wouldn't have to rush everything ??

We only had enough time to do each item once , would have preferred another hour so we could do some parts again . Would have liked more information before booking with regards to clothing requirements as water shoes would be ideal along with a uv tee shirt .

Xences is a really good place, but you never had enough time in this place, the bus arrived over 1 hour later than original time of pick up time , so was rushing about in park to do as much as we could , think there 15 activities you can do , we managed about 8 , then had to rush to bus , never even had time to collect our pictures, so £170 was not worth it

It was absolutely fantastic only thing we would change is a later pick up my mum has a disability and so felt quite rushed and only got to experience everything once although glad we did see everything. Would highly recommend

Everything from start to finish was excellent, we had a party of 6 from ages 4 to 61 and all different abilities, and everyone of us found it a great , some did everything offered and some only did half , but we all enjoyed our day , the topsy turvy street was a HUGE hit for us all , worth every penny . A must do while visiting Mexico.

Enjoyed the experience overall. However, the only thing that was a let down. It wasn't explained very clearly that you need swimsuits/water shoes in order to full enjoy the experience. As said previously an amazing experience.

This place looks really good. I went alone with my 3 year old, he could barely do anything. This obviously meant I couldn't do anything either as I have to look after him. I would love to go back but Tui should not recommend (in fact actively deter) guests from booking this with only a small child.

I felt the park in general was really good. A lot of new experiences that we enjoyed. Though overpriced especially through tui. If I did it again I would get my own transport and tickets myself. The transfer itself took too long going and coming back and didn't add anything to the Trip we couldn't get going ourselves.

Staff didn't explain how it all works, wasted 10mins trying to work it out, nobody could speak English. NOT enough time, only managed 3 activities. Value for money....yes if you got more time.

Xenses was a brilliant experience, particularly the evening one as it was very quiet with little queuing required. It’s completely bonkers and thoroughly enjoyable for all the family! Only downside was transport back which was pretty disorganised and took forever (left park at 10.50 and got to hotel 20 mins away after 1am). One of the best experiences we had in Mexico!

Bit overpriced. Missed out on main attraction at park at 5 03pm as staff said they were preparing for night visitors arriving for 6pm opening. Not advised about the cut off time. Very disappointing given the money we spent for 4 people.

Great site, interesting town road looking like you are walking up hill but your not. Fun water slide, zip line and salt water/mud circuit on one side make sure you put everything in your locker. The other side of the park is a tunnel of complete darkness so if your claustrophobic/scared of the dark this isn’t for you as you are left to find your way by hand experiencing different senses believe it or not. If you don’t take out the picture package you can’t take all the same shots as they can.

The pre talk on the coach explained everything you needed to know about the trip. Thought it was pretty expensive when I spoke to people on resort that paid about half the price we did by booking it locally l.

Amazing park. So much to do and see. Only complaint is you don't get enough time to see it all. Our bus was 1 hour late picking us up and this meant we had less time in the park. Take beach shoes with you as they're expensive to buy once you're inside and you do need them. Do the Path of Feeling first as the queues get longer towards lunch time. The path of doing is great fun especially Xensatorium. The street will have you totally confused. If you feel dizzy/sick just look down and it'll stop.

Goede gids, goede uitleg. Tijd is perfect (voor grotere groepen bij meer volk misschien te weinig). wel een kwartier in het busje terug moeten wachten op andere passagiers. Meerdere mogelijkheden om terug te geraken is aangeraden.

Me and my wife (both 25yo) booked here and after a day at Xplore, we were really worried that it would be too much but surprisingly, it was a really good day. The layout of the park meant you had a choice of whether you wanted to do all of the dry activities first or the wet. We opted for the wet and they were great. We queued a little for the slide but it was a lot of fun, same with the mud pool and salt river. I would highly recommend the photo pack as it captured everything we wanted.

Quite confusing at first , signage could be more clear it wasn’t until we asked several who worked there we got the required information . Several of the experiences were closed , Had to wait for some of the attractions to open , we were there early but shouldn’t have to have waited ! At least there was not a lot of queuing , only on the sensatorium , which was excellent,

Experience was fantastic, much better than I expected. I get why there’s not a lot of information about the activities online. It was better to be surprised. But a lot of the experience was water based activity and the app didn’t show any photos or say it was water based. Would be useful to add info on what to take with you. Thankfully we went prepared but would have been extremely disappointed if we hadn’t.

This was one of the best trips that we did in Mexico. The only thing that let it down was the rep and the coach were late (nearly an hour late arriving at the park)so we had less time inside of the park and it was a massive rush to get to the coach for the departure time and we missed some of the attractions.

Overall the park is great fun. However, bear in mind the price you pay expect an additional $90 plus on top for the photo package. This is pretty much essential as you can’t take you phone Round with you as no lockers en route and lots of wet parts. Also the ridiculously early start when in reality you are stood around waiting for 30mins post pick up time and then at every stop. Our pick up was 7.15 we got to the park at 9.30.
