Everything was fine . Timings were kept up so not to much waiting about. Viewing of coast very good. Seen cruise ship Harmony of the seas which was in Miami last time I booked on it so was surprised to see it in Palma.

Booking process was easy, well assisted by members of the TUI staff. Boat was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and cheerful. There was nothing to dislike about the experience.

Loved the boat trip from Palma Nova to Palma. We had a super time going round the market stalls and just enjoying the sights. The Cathedral is beautiful and worth a visit. This was one of the highlights of our holiday

The ferry ride was excellent, slightly delayed on pick up on both ends, but staff were friendly and kept us informed. Was great to know more about the sights on our return to palma nova from Palma. Excellent value for money

Loved every minute of it , Palma is an absolute beautiful place to visit , got a bit of everything and the cathedral is An Amazing work of art , market on and flamenco dancers on the street , lovelybplaces to dine . Boat trip over and back was nice , plenty info from the captain , drinks available if wanted . Overall , a great experience.

We were right in the middle of the harbour ..which was a great place to be with the cathedral about 5 minutes away once you navigate the road crossings...lovely scenery on the way to Palma we really enjoyed the trip

A different way to travel by boat rather than a coach. Journey was fun and interesting with some notable landmarks and buildings pointed out. Bar& Toilets on board were an added bonus. Boat was on time for inward and outward journeys.

Enjoy the sail, found it very interesting. It was good to see all the boats parked at harbour. Staff were very helpful with my walker even giving it a name “Ferrari”

We were going to catch a bus to Palma for the day and the rep informed us of this ferry, it was close to our hotel (10 minutes walk). Going across the bay to Palma took just over an hour, was in lovely sunshine and good seating either in the sun or out. Was not too crowded on the day we went. Crew were great and friendly, had 4 hours in Palma and then trip back. Would recommend.

What a fantastic experience. So glad I went with my wife. It is one of the best shows I have seen. Not to be missed. The Water fountain show was also amazing. The theatre itself is table service and with both my wife and myself being tall, leg room was not an issue.

Ferry crossing very good and takes about an hour. On the way back it was a bit choppy but had four hours in Palma to look at the shops and going to C and A .

Really safe boat trip over to Palma. Good experience. Snacks and drinks on board, available to buy. Many areas of the boat to sit for best views. On return, staff were asking for tips and ringing a bell when they got a tip, making it embarrassing for those who didn’t want to tip. After all, we had paid a lot of money for the trip and there was no extra service given, so why tip?

It was easy to book through the TUI reps who answered all of our questions. The ferry arrived on time at a pick up point only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The ferry staff were very nice and friendly and again answered all questions. We had plenty of time in Palma ( about 3 - 4 hours). There was a bar with drinks available. Maybe the staff could have pointed out points of interest when we were on the boat, but otherwise, excellent value for money and well recommended

The water taxi is nice and different and only takes 50 mins, also gives you a good 5 hours allowing you to explore the city of palma well enough
