Wat te verwachten
Op deze halve dag maak je een boottocht naar de verborgen diepten van Punta Cana. Er zijn verschillende vertrektijden, in de ochtend of de middag. Je vaart over de smaragdgroene wateren van het Atabey reservaat, waar je glinsterende lagunes vindt die perfect zijn voor een duik. Werk je kleurtje bij op het dek terwijl je naar de jachthaven van Punta Cana vaart, waar ook een koraalrif ligt dat je perfect met een snorkel op kunt verkennen. Zoek daarna verkoeling met een duik in de natuurbaden van het strand van Playa Blanca.

If you want to spend an afternoon with a bunch of half drunk uninhibited tourists, this is your tour. The tour has two stops, one where you can see a few fish lured there by the crew and where you get trampled by these tourists in the water, and the other where said tourists stand in the water in a natural pool with drinks in their hands. There is no beauty in this. The separate visit to one single cenote at the end was very short and you didn't see anything else of the park really.

De leden van de organisatie waren top en deden echt hun best. Het snorkelen was niet in helder water. Was geen mooie locatie. De tussenstop aan de zandbank was wel de moeite. Mooi helder water.Terwijl muziek op de boot en drank. De cenote was echt niet de moeite. Wij hebben al een paar cenotes gedaan en dit was de minste. De waterval was gemaakt van polyester buizen. Uitstap was veel te duur. Andere uitstappen gedaan die meer de moeite waren en stuk goedkoper.

L’excursion en elle même est très bien mais pas adapté on est venu nous chercher à 10h40 et retour à l’hôtel à 17h30 rien eu à manger et surtout aucune explication en français??? Pour la nourriture passe encore pour nous mais ma fille de 5 ans avait faim

The staff were all excellent and helpful. One walked us to the fresh water lagoon for a swim before a short bus ride to the boat, we were lucky to have a reasonably sized group so was not crowded. Drinks were excellent and the fruit and crisps made nice snacks. Photographer was friendly. Photos are an extra $50 which was not too bad compared to other places and we were able to download them the next day. Would have liked to have seen more lagoons at the park but overall a great day

Another amazing excursion. We started off on the catamaran, could go Snorkeling, those that didn't want to could stay and sunbathe and drink the rum. Then off to shallow turquoise waters for all to enjoy, views were absolutely stunning. Smaller group but everyone so very friendly, then off through the jungle a short way to swim in the lagoon... wow, what a stunning place, crystal clear fresh water, baby turtles come out to say hello then back onto the coach. Definitely value for money.

Service and host were 10/10, fun and always providing you with free drinks (including rum!). The cenote was beautiful and so peaceful. The trip was around 6 hours overall from Bavaro hotels and would definitely recommend.

The cenote is amazing!! Absolutely the best part of the trip. The snorkelling was good but definitely impacted by the weather which is no fault of the tour group at all. They do try to make it a party trip but don’t force it which is nice.

I enjoyed all aspects of this experience, my only comment is that it would have been nice to have had more time in the Eco Park. If just the park was an option, I would have chosen to do just that and booked a separate experience for the catamaran. Top tip, don't forget to bring your sunglasses as it was so bright on the water and on the boat - I accidentally left mine at the hotel!

I really enjoyed this excursion, the staff were really good and the snacks (fruit and crisps) were a nice touch. The only part I thought let it down was how rough the sea was for snorkelling however I know that cannot be helped. Overall we had a great day and new experiences.

The snorkelling was good and we had ample time to swim around the reefs. We were taken to an area with lots of fish. Food, drink ( alcoholic and non) and snorkelling gear was provided. We felt the best bit was the natural pool, there was an area to jump in and the water was so clear and cold it certainly cooled us down !! The guides were great and although photos were taken, there was no pressure to buy. Would recommend !!

Loved the whole experience- gave us a snapshot of the eco park and the sea. Great snorkelling and the lagoon in the park was beautiful. Found the music on the catamaran fun but just that bit too loud!

This was a great half day excursion, Daniel our guide was amazing from start to finish. The boat staff also great, ojos Indigenas is a hidden gem that was perfect. This trip was perfect ?? if you don’t want crowds all the locations we stopped at we were the only people there. Drinks and snacks on the boat was just enough. Only negative was the toilets and the smell at the port area, apart from that great day and back at the hotel for 2pm

The people on the front desk were ok.Tui rep Emanuel was ok. What went on the hotel is another story we did not know that it is a party hotel as the Canadians and Americans it is there spring break the 2 weeks stay that we had in March was over run by them. We got ignored by the restaurant staff in all of them unless you gave them a tip you got there attention.I would go back but to the Rui Bamboo as I’ve been twice and enjoyed every minute

L’expérience a vraiment été enrichissante. Le guide parlait français et a donné beaucoup d’explications sur les environs. Willy était génial ! D’ailleurs, ils ont fait très attention à notre sécurité lorsque nous avons fait du snorkeling Le seul bémol pour moi a été le transfert (1h pour arriver à Cap Cana et 1h30 pour le retour…) C’est vraiment long et ça fait perdre du temps Conseil pour le guide: un peu plus expliquer ce qu’est Ojos Indigenas

Great excursion, not hours and hours long so it’s perfect length. Amazing boat ride on crystal clear waters and the chance to snorkel. Ecological park was beautiful. Staff were great and always made sure everyone was happy and had a drink! Would definitely recommend

We booked for the Friday and waited for over an hour for our pickup and nobody came we had to go see the TUI rep which was disappointing but he rearranged for the Monday.the actual trip when we finally got on it was great there was a small group of 13 of us and was very friendly the staff was great giving us local information and was great fun and very friendly a fantastic trip overall.

Heel afwisselend. Jungle, zwemmen, varen en snorkelen. Mooie vissen gezien. Witte stranden. Snacks, fruit en drankjes in overvloed. Leuke muziek op de boot. Top dag gehad.

Taxichauffeur heen en terug haalde overal iedereen in, reed veel te hard en reed gevaarlijk. Hij had heen en terug, 2x 1 uur zijn eigen muziek aan op zijn allerhardst. Op de boot was het personeel ongeïnteresseerd en helpen je totaal niet. Ik heb vanwege mijn handicap hulp nodig aan boord te komen ze staken nog geen vinger uit.

The cruise and the use of the lagoon was incredible with the latter being an extra surprise that we weren’t expecting. The snorkelling was amazing and the tour guide was very informative and the health and safety aspects were top notch. The only downside was that we had some photographs taken by a professional photographer on the boat. Whilst these photos were fantastic, I was disappointed that he tried to charge us double the initial price. He wanted $80 and then reduced this to $40 when we said no. I wonder if any other guests fell victim to his scam and ended up paying an extortionate amount just for some photos. Nonetheless, I would recommend this excursion. It was the perfect amount of time and we had a brilliant time overall.
