There's nothing quite like a candlelit tour of a haunted mansion house and some spooky tales to get your spine tingling. You'll make your way to Rose Hall Great House at night to hear stories of love, murder and mystery while admiring the antiques that fill the house.Sitting high on a hill, overlooking its vast grounds, Rose Hall Great House occupies an impressive location and an equally impressive past. You'll join a guide at night to roam the corridors and rooms by candlelight as they regale you with the stories about the previous owner John Palmer, his nephew, and above all his wife Annee.Unbeknownst to her husband, Annee possessed ‘black magic' powers that ultimately led to his death as well as the demise of two more husbands and countless lovers. Admire the beautifully restored home brimming with antiques and decor from the 1800s. Then end your haunted excursion in the dungeon, now transformed into a tavern, and wash away the evil spirits with a glass of liquid spirits.

Nobody turned up to take us on the tour after numerous calls back and too with tropical and rose hall we found out tui didnt confidm the booking and we were told that the tour wouldnt go ahead unless tjere were 6 of us so why accept my booking and take our money

Really enjoyed the experience-made special as the guide was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic.It was interesting knowing the history,although sad that people were treated so badly at the time.The only thing I didn’t like was the bar at the end.We didn’t really need to have a drink.

It was a lot of fun, a good mix of history and an immersive experience. The actors weee fantastic and the guide made it fun. The optional drink is 10 dollars so be prepared and bring some cash - but you do get to keep the rose ball branded glass the cocktail comes in. There are other, cheaper drink options.

This trip was great. If you are of a nervous disposition, maybe not recommended. We had such a laugh with the group that we went around this house with. It was worth spending the money for that. My partner and myself watch a lot of horror movies, so this did not scare us, just made us jump as people jumped out all over the place, which we all found so funny. Overall a very good laugh.

The trip was very short, overall the tour was around 30 mins, spent longer waiting in the gift shop before the tour. The show was entertaining.

Our guide Ricky was fabulous, very entertaining. Drinks at the end $10 each and one 1 member of bar staff on. Over 25 people in our group so could not get served in time before we had to continue to the final part of the tour.

The tour guide Chanelle was amazing, very funny and played along. Tour was very good, lots of historical detail but kept you on edge. Very good set up and surroundings. Would 100% recommend a great experience and good value for money

This was a great experience spooky and the guide did a great job of telling us about the history of the house. Downside was it felt a little unsafe at times particularly as it was so dark and with uneven ground a fall could have been easy. Drive each way was not a friendly experience and the driver taking us home went very fast with no seatbelts this felt unsafe.

This was so much fun, whilst at the same time terrifying. The guide Ricky (Raymond) was fabulous and had a very difficult group in ours, but he did well to keep us under control. The only thing I would say is to Tui to say please be really clear to either get this printed off if buying through the app or if already on the holiday, to book it through the rep and get them to print it off. It was a stress we didn't really need.
