Tui guide was not great. Came across quite bored and not very interested. Kept talking about getting tips. The tour guide in Mostar however was brilliant. Could not rate him enough. Very knowledgeable and very engaging. The views of the town and the bridge were excellent.

Coach driver and guide , plus tour guide through the city were lovely, however we were told this excursion was 8 hours and ended up being 12 - this was without any border delays. We were told sometimes there are up to 2 hour delays on border crossings. We were very lucky being the only coach in and out each time I feel the time scale needs updating on your website when selling so people are aware it’s a lot longer than sold as

We enjoyed the tour, it was very informative. Mostar we found beautiful but very busy, this made it difficult to find something to eat and look around in the time left after the guided tour and getting back to the coach.

Tom our tour guide on the coach was amazing and very knowledgeable. He kept us informed all the way there and back and his information was very welcome and made the journey very interesting. Ken our tour guide in Mostar was again amazing and very knowledgable aswell as funny. We were amazed at how much he told us about Mostar. Overall an amazing day trip and one of the best ones we’ve ever had.

More time travelling than in most areas, bus ran out of freezer fuel for air con, not the best experience we have had would not recommend it to anyone. I know it ran out of freezing because we know so no excuses please thanks Paul and Helen, ps tour giude was great, tour guide in mostar did not look after the elderly people

Well informed guide, good information about the history of Mostar. Beautiful city . Only down fall is boarder control, the amount of time taking document , having them checked to move to another one and do the same there. Margo was exerllent guide along with Ken in Mostar

This experience was excellent, the guide on the bus and local guide were excellent very knowledgable and passionate about their history. There are signs about pickpockets and both guides made sure we were aware of this. Wear good shoes as some of the streets are sloppy due to wear and tear.

Mostar was a VERY busy place, and walking with pace over the cobbles to keep up with the tour guide and group was tricky. However, the guide was interesting, had a great sense of humour, and a personal slant on what happened in Mostar during the last wars, which the group was interested in. The Ottaman house was okay, but a long track in the heat and crowds made the tour longer than expected. Free time was good. We had been warned about keeping your bags safe during this visit, good advice.

Ramassage avec détours parfois dans de nombreux autels. 2H aller retour contrôle douane.Pour 1H30 de visite guidée ultra rapide de la vieille ville de Mostar pour 2H quartier libre trop long et peu utilisé sans plan de ville pour 2 arrêts pipi courts sans intérêt à la place de Blagaj à 20 mn.

The day was extremely long we were on a coach by 7 am then transferred to another after an hour . Then travelled for a further 2 hours . We had the tour the guide was friendly and informative . However there was a lot of waiting around and by the time we got to try the coffee and then free time for the small village , it left us just 1.5 hrs to have lunch explore and get to the coach ! Was way not long enough ! The monstar is beautiful very crowded but the day is basically on a coach

Trop de temps passé dans le bus à récupérer des participants dans différents hôtels (environ 1h)+40´´ d’attente au pont de Dubrovnik à cause d’un car qui a eu un accident. Très bon guide local à Dubrovnik mais visite à la queue leu leu dans Mostar bondé. 1 arrêt à l’aller qui ne sert à rien .. pause pipi Un arrêt au retour dans un joli village juste pour la photo. Trop cher pour ce que c’est. TRÈS DÉÇU

Mostar op zich was leuk om te ontdekken, de weg ernaar toe was verschrikkelijk, +-8 uur in de bus door de vele grenscontroles en het uiterst lang wachten was er teveel aan, sorry maar dit nooit meer!!!

Guide accompagnateur (Tomislav) excellent, ainsi que la guide locale. Se serait un plus que d'équiper les participants avec des oreillettes pour avoir les explications du guide en audio, car il y beaucoup de monde et on ne peut pas toujours se regrouper. On nous ne averti pas au départ que les passages de frontière avec la BiH sont très longs, à l'aller comme au retour.

The tour we were on was mainly catered for French speaking tourists. Although there was an English speaking guide on the coach he didn’t explain much about the history of Mostar etc or dealt into deeply. The local guide at Mostar was very good and we understood everything she said

We stayed in cavtat so found the trip long. Left at 6.50... Mostar nearly 1pm...left at 3.45.. bk at hotel at 7.45... border control cost us about 50 minutes into Bosnia and 20 minutes bk out. It's a long time spent inside a bus. Driver and English guides were brilliant but we had a French guide for our cross channel neighbours and he just wouldn't shut up. Luckily he didn't travel back with us from Mostar.

La ville de Mostar et le parcours sont magnifiques Trop long en bus et explication guide en français puis en anglais ne nous avait pas été mentionné ! De plus 5 arrêts au total pour prendre dautres personnes non mentionné non plus c'est trop pour un petit séjour afin de rentrer plus tôt le soir et profitez de la piscine ou mer avant le dîner.

The cultural differences were very evident. The journey is long and the city very hot. The border crossing ialwsts inconsistent in time at the border. We had the added mis-fortune that our driver had forgotten to take his identity pass with him resulting in over two hours waiting for his son to bring the identification from Dubrovnic. The city is very hot and a popular destination. Our guide was informative. We were due to visit a mosque however we only saw the outside.

Très belle ville!!! Par contre trop de bus par rapport au temps libre dans la ville. Le guide sur place ne pense qu’à nous faire consommer dans ses boutiques et son restaurant ( chose que je trouve très désagréable) et qui gâche toute la visite de cette belle ville.

Temps de transport trop long et attente à la frontière abusive. Trop d'arrêts pour récupérer des personnes sur le trajet aller et retour. 2h45 à Mostar uniquement pour la visite de la vieille ville, ça fait peu. Peu d'intérêt au retour pour une pause de 20 mns, dans un village. Heureusement que les guides sont sympa, ça compense en partie. Cette excursion est certainement à revoir dans son programme et son parcours, en tout cas trop chère en l'état.

It was a 13 hour trip with only 3 hours in mostar The rep said it would take 2 hours to get there were it took over 4, the guide was very informative we had a flat tyre,the bus driver was incredible, plus other buses stopped to help?? you wouldn't get that back home

Although the tour was very well guided and transport very good it was strange that we arrived 1:15 late (according to the Mostar city tour guide). The only hold up was traffic at Mostar which accounted for 15 minutes. Thus our free time was one hour after the city tour. This meant that we were very rushed to get lunch and couldn’t explore further parts of the city.

8 timmars sittande i olika resmedel för 3,5 timmars vistelse framme. Guiden var super. Trevlig kunnig kvinna. Framme inte mycket att se förutom bron vars lika finns gott om i Venedig ??. Väldigt lite egen tid så så man missar hela helhetsintrycket. Växelkursen till Euro från KM stämmer inte utan alla har sina egna. Vissa saker går inte att köpa med kort även butiken tar kort för andra varor ??

Positiv: freundliche Mitarbeiter, die Fragen beantwortet haben und ausreichend Zeit an den Haltepunkten. Stadtführung in Mostar mit ausreichend Freizeit zum Essen und bummeln. Negativ: ca 5 bis 10 min entfernt von der Brücke ist ein Derwischkloster, das sehr interessant und schön gelegen ist. Es wurde leider nicht angefahren und man konnte auch nicht eigenständig mit dem Taxi hin, da sonst nicht ausreichen Zeit zum Essen blieb. Das ist schade. Letzter Halt auf leerem Parkplatz schlecht gewählt.

Loved trip into Bosnia. Would have preferred a little more time at first stop in the old hillside village. Mostar was a great experience in hindsight we would have not done the organised city tour and just spent the time there exploring as there is a lot to see.

Mostar est une ville splendide . Les guides sont très intéressants que ce soit dans le bus ou en ville. Le temps de trajet aux frontières est assez long. Le temps libre n’est pas du tout celui annoncé (1h au lieu de 3h) on a l’impression que le chauffeur a un chronomètre en mains pour arriver au poste de frontière avant les autres bus!

Sanya and Ameni, our group and local guides were excellent. Informative entertaining and educational. The town of Mostar was incredible with its mix of cultures and history. We were lucky with the border crossings and so had extra time to view the town, and to take the river boat trip, which was great and cooling. The stop on the return trip was worth it weight for the cooling pomegranate juice

Faire 8h de bus aller et retour pour n'avoir que 1h00 libre c'est honteux. Et nous dire pour vendre le voyage qu'il y a 2h jusque la frontière et 30mn après pour arriver à mostar alors qu'il y a 1h30 après la frontière honteux. Le guide sur place sacha rien à redire par contre celui qui nous accompagne dans le bus Thomas préfère parler en anglais et en français moins d'explication pour rappel look tour opérateur francophone.

Faute de participants français, l'excursion a été annulé mais j'ai quand même maintenue l'excursion en anglais, compliqué le guide local parlait trop vite et pas assez à l'écoute surtout sur le pont très glissant et je lui ai exprimé mon mécontentement. Il ne parlait pas du tout français mais aurait quand même du être vigilant pour kes 2 personnes française, apparemment même pas au courant par l'accompagnant du bus

Very pretty coastline and gentle drive. However, with an initial ferry ride and hold up at customs, it took 6 hours to get to the destination, which was not clear from the trip description. Just 5 hours on the return journey, leaving a mere 3 hours in Mostar

We spent more time travelling there and back than we actually spent in Mostar. The guide in Mostar was very good, but it was a 10 hour round trip and only got to spend 3 hours in Mostar itself.

Nous avons aimer MOSTAR, mais pas l'attente a la frontière = 1h15 minutes d'arrêt en frontière et 1 h au retour, 10 heures de transport pour 3 heures de visite à Mostar. le guide était sympa = lundi 26 mai

Nous avons eu 5h de toute pour allez à Mostar alors qu'on nous à parlé de 2h30. Même si nous avons eu 45min à la frontière le trajet était très long. Le guide sur place n'a pas pu faire toute la visite comme prévu car visiblement nous avions plus 1h de **********. Nous n'avons pas pu visiter la mosquée prévu dans la visite et la visite à eu lieu au pas de course. Je suis déçu d'avoir passé autant de temps dans le bus.

le car est arrivé 25 minutes en ********** au départ. Très bons guides parlant très bien français et très interessants, aussi bien dans le car que sur place à Mostar.

The guides were great and we enjoyed our time in Mostar. If we had known that the travel/waiting at the border time would take up over 8 hours of an 11 hour plus day we simply would not have gone. After the guided tour we only had time to get lunch with no time for further exploration or shopping. TUI should use its clout as a major source of tourists to request a speedier border process. An hour/hour and a half when there wasn’t a long queue was ridiculous.

Le problème est surtout le passage des frontières. Mention spéciale sur les deux guides de la journée et encore plus pour le guide de Mostar. ????

It was a 13 hour day for only 3 hours of time in Mostar. We wasn't pre-warned about this when booking. Also our tour guide for the coach journey was very rude to passengers when they asked for their passports to be personally handed back to them, rather than just passing them through the coach via all the other passengers.

Le guide du car était désagréable. Par contre celui de la visite de la ville était top Nous sommes très déçu de cette excursion car nous avons eu 9h de car pour 3h sur place et en plus comme nous sommes arrivés avec une heure de ********** nous n’avons pas pu visiter la mosquée car c’était l’heure de la prière

This was the second excursion we have been on and we found both guides to be good. In relation to this one, because of the tour rep selling the tour to a blind man and a visionaly impaired woman, the time we spent there was well reduced and we were forced to leave it and walked around on our own.

Rep failed to inform us that we would be at a standstill at the border for over 2-3hours. On arrival at Mostar we had a blind couple with the party with no one responsible for their safety and well being. This slowed down our guided tour considerably,we did not have time to visit Ottaman house or have free time in the old town. We would definitely advise anyone taking this tour. The blind couple should have been strongly advised not to take this tour because of health and safety issues.

La ville de Mostar et le guide sur place très bien . En revanche le parcours en bus et le passage en douane bien trop long . Une visite à réaliser par soit même car les passages en douane en car et très très long.

We signed up for a day tour of an historic city. We were informed that we would arrive at Mostar & have 4 hours (1.5hrs with guide) & 2.5hrs to explore, eat & savour the City. It took almost 5hrs to arrive, the city guide had to rush us through a couple of sites, we were then left with 1.5hrs to eat, drink & try to explore in a torrential downpour (Impossible). We arrived back at the hotel at 7pm.

Not enough time there far too long getting through boarder control Not told about this. People were allowed on tour with disabilities and it was unsafe for them and held everybody back. Very good guide in Mostar
